Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

而家做到7點鐘,想食晚餐就要早啲啦,我同朋友慕名而來,咩都唔識,侍應好熱心咁推薦孖寶(肉餅+豬扒),推薦星米,仲有教我哋點加辣醬加辣菜脯食星米。我食嘅三樣餸都偏鹹,重口味,食完好口渴,建議淡口味者要慎重考慮。*生煎肉餅飯 $58煎到啱啱好,香脆又上色,厚身啖啖肉,肉餅本身好重肉感,唔會好多肥豬肉,咬落juicy有肉汁,肉味反而爭少少,有馬蹄粒同有少少甘味,陳皮甘味(?),我都唔係好確定係唔係陳皮。一啖肉餅一啖飯,食晒肉餅仲可以落辣菜脯撈飯,菜脯好細粒,而且偏辣,我覺得菜脯撈飯size啱啱好。椒鹽豬扒飯 $58食唔到椒鹽味,反而似蔥香豬扒飯,豬扒醃到好腍,冇左肉嘅質感同肉味🥲煎炸到熟度啱啱好,但好油,唔係juicy肉汁,係好油嘅汁,同我想像中嘅椒鹽豬扒飯有出入。星洲炒米 $56嘩,超級大碟,星米炒到乾身,又唔會好油膩,冇啲假黃色米粉色,有蝦仁叉燒青椒洋蔥韮黃,標準嘅料頭,每一啖好有層次感,超香超有味,加辣菜脯好食,加辣醬更好食,一啖接一啖停唔到口,係我食過最正嘅星米。 continue reading

大圍多嘢食就係人都知中學時期已經喺呢度蒲周圍食嘢最近發現好多舖頭已經面目全非多咗好多文青風嘅餐廳可能切合打卡嘅需要留得低嘅舊店都係食得過嘅餐廳今次介紹呢間餐廳其實都好多人認識金城茶餐廳基本上去到三四點都仲保持到人流主要都係想介紹佢嘅招牌菜:椒鹽豬扒飯 VS 生煎肉餅飯椒鹽豬扒飯佢嘅豬扒煎炸得脆身之餘肉質唔會好似柴皮咁硬調味啱啱好,入味又夠味,椒鹽配料充足,夠蒜又夠蔥又夠油啱晒我呢啲愛蔥之人雖然食完會口渴啲,但係食小炒飯最緊要係夠味加上佢哋自家製嘅辣菜莆真係好送飯另外佢嘅生煎肉餅飯都多人叫份量十足,面積大過你塊面肉餅肥瘦豬肉均勻,做得好厚都唔會唔熟,表面煎到好脆,入邊鎖到肉汁加上自家製甜豉油,冇得頂加多杯凍奶茶,簡直一流在場其實見到好多其他街坊都會嗌佢哋嘅常餐,呢間真係老顧客幫襯都夠食推薦 continue reading

難得入黎大圍,試下金城名物,因為下午茶時間先黎食午餐,所以兩個人叫左一個飯share,費事夜晚食唔落。🍛椒鹽豬扒飯豬扒份量唔少,豬扒切成細件方便進食啱哂懶人,豬扒半肥瘦幾嫩唔柴,有蔥、辣椒、蒜頭好送飯,夠入味香口係重口味之選呀😂題外話:成日黎呢間食嘅熟客話黎呢間要食蜜椒豬扒、泰式豬仔柳同椒麻豬扒。我第一次黎未食過,下次有機會再黎試埋,呢間餐廳真係幾多選擇,如果決定唔到不妨參考下。 continue reading
