Out of all of the Japanese restaurants in Hong Kong, this one should be avoided. Their hand rolls are way overpriced for the mediocre quality. We ordered cooked vegetables, and they were all burnt. Service and decor were decent, and the music was good, but the food was awful (and burnt!!) for the extremely high prices. We left this restaurant feeling poor and hungry. Beware! continue reading

其實食日本餐, 大家成日都好識食, 但係成日如果攞著個MENU 叫, 其實叫來叫去都係嗰D...就發覺其實有D 悶。最緊要係日日返工比老闆CHUR 到暈, 放工真係唔想用腦, 吃OMAKASE 係一個好選擇。同朋友傾開, 有朋友介紹左呢間餐廳比我,佢話要吃時令同新鮮野的話, 一定要訂位, 佢叫我試下.....咁就試左我人生第一次的OMAKASE第一次吃, 訂位的時候, 蘇太(老闆娘) 問左我幾個問題, 了解我的喜好及有無野唔鍾意及唔吃得, 其實都幾窩心。星期五的晚上, 終於可以逃離老板的魔掌, 梗係即刻9秒9走。因為第一次去, 驚唔識搵, 搭的士….. 係第一街的街頭, 禁區牌落車, 斜對面就係。  SETTLE 好之後, 師傅預備左沙律比我地, 酸酸甜甜, 有蘋果, 有青瓜....好開胃....有驚喜....開始期待....之後有刺身拼盤, 好新鮮....厚切TORO及三文魚腩, 肉質鮮美甘甜,口感滑膩........其實師父都幾慷慨, 因為真係比我平時吃個D切得厚, ...赤貝好鮮, 完全唔腥, 難得坐壽司BAR, 即刻問師父之知道原來係北海道赤貝, 唔怪得喇.........平時唔好赤貝的我...忍唔住叫多一隻。買相好靚。之後, 師父安排左龍蝦刺身.......檸檬放在龍蝦肉下面....嘩......食的時候有檸檬清香....好REFRESHING再來一客生蠔......叫真蠔....再來一客深海大池魚壽司......有個冷烏冬....作為呢餐飯的CLOSING....好滿足。平時食開集團式的日本餐, 第一次係細店吃...唔多位..好CLOSE.....坐係BAR TABLE....聽到師父同客人吹水.....傾傾下...師父又會問你食成點.....了解你的口味......感覺好UNIQUE....今次試呢間店的感覺好好.....同老闆娘傾開計...原來開左幾年, 多數都係做熟客...所以要BOOK 位, 因為有時會FULL HOUSE...BOOK 左下次再來, 要試下熟野... continue reading

看到相片跟相中的價錢也不錯,今晚跟太太去試一下。坐下看到menu跟相中相差很大,大概3-4倍吧!相中的有穀帶子刺身$50,現實是$188一只,不過今天冇貨。反正來到也試試吧,我們點了活赤貝一只$180,三文魚腩sushi$58,海膽sushi各一客(我點$158),軟穀蟹卷好似$168,什錦炸天婦羅大概$128,一串和牛舌雞肉串好似$72 。食物老實說是新鮮貨是不錯的。不忿的是我們點的海胆壽司是$15x兩件的,埋單的時候收我們高一級的日本海胆壽司$19x(我不知道他給我們吃的是那一級的)但我肯定下單跟他說是要$15x那一款海胆的。我也不跟他們說了反正已吃下。最後埋單6款加一共$890 continue reading
