家常菜的日本食堂

都考慮咗好來，究竟報唔報出嚟。諗吓為咗大家嘅福祉，應該比大家一個心理準備。其實都好少日本人開嘅餐廳係俾人彈嘅，要講嘅一間中伏的日本飯堂。其實都好少聽聞日本餐都會咁，間餐廳唔係服務差，但係收費同佢嘅食物質素唔係好成比例。心諗有日本人主理會有信心。呢間小餐廳聽聞係附近搬過嚟唔係好耐，只不過係幾個月嘅時間。有一次行經常上址係啱啱開左冇幾耐，連電話都未有。只見到一間門口好日式嘅飯堂，但又唔算係居酒屋，很有一種住家的味道，即管過嚟試吓。場主有兩個日本人及一個懂講廣東話的夥計。其實個日本場主係非常之強力銷售，或者日本人鍾意飲酒係正常啩。坐低就係咁推薦。嗰種殷切到似乎很正常，但係情緒之間你會留意到佢好想推介佢嘅酒，200 元3款。我都唔係一個好酒之人。都點咗一個套餐，$600 左右，但唔知係咪因為壽司而家日本唔嚟得，嗰啲全部都係下欄嘢，廚師發辦嘅家常便菜，味道亦都唔係講到啲乜嘢新鮮，又唔係高級食材。又唔似廚師發辦壽司，但係中環有間專食廚師發辦嘅壽司井，係五百幾蚊13 種鮮魚，雖然唔啱比較，但係我想講嘅係呢間餐廳嘅價錢同呢個食物質素好唔成正比，非常失望。又唔可以話佢呃你，但係確實一廂情願。菜式都冇乜嘢好講，大家睇吓我食啲乜嘢自己評價。埋單成千蚊。呢個視屏俾OK係做緊應該鐘 continue reading

    見到屋企附近新開了一間好似日本居酒屋嘅餐廳，入去試吓。老闆及廚師都係日本人，好正宗日本嘢食。每樣食物看似簡單，但背後需要好多功夫。例如洋蔥番茄沙律，洋蔥沒有辣，只有清甜，加入廚師特製沙律醋，非常好味。炸蓮藕餅，喺地道日本小食，蓮藕夾著肉餅，非常惹味。老闆非常友善，很喜歡同客人傾偈。望見其他客人都主要係日本人，相信食物係非常地道。老闆話每個星期都會有唔同嘅餐牌，所以絕對唔會食得悶。之後一定會再嚟幫襯。 continue reading

    新開小型日式居酒屋

    路過西環時嘗試了一家新開的日式居酒屋，裡面只有COUNTER的位，有點像日劇深夜食堂，店長和廚師都是日本人，店長說正式開業時還會有穿上和服的日本人侍應。因為當時餐廳剛開張試業，暫時只做OMAKASE，有前菜，沙律，刺身，主菜，飯和甜品等等，每款都做得很美味和精緻，我平日比夠大食都夠份量，可惜當時餐廳的酒牌還未出，店長就介紹了兩款他自己從日本輸入的啤酒，希望下次再去幫襯時可以嚐嚐這些特別啤酒和試試正式開業時的A LA CARTE MENU。 continue reading
