🎊每次上大陸玩都首選會食的「太二」酸菜魚來左香港了!終於唔洗上深圳都有得食!🫶🏻我率先去一試,究竟能唔能夠維持水準呢?🤔📔餐牌的種類很多,除左酸菜魚之外,仲有唔少小食、前菜、甜品款式,較內地的餐牌種類為多。除左酸菜魚之外,我地仲額外點左唔少小食。🐟首先講講個酸菜魚(3-4人份量)($388),魚肉厚身滑嫩、酸菜大大塊,湯底除左酸辣外,亦都有不少麻子,所以麻麻辣辣都稍重的,唔食得辣的朋友要叫多杯解辣飲品!🥤雖然稍辣,但食得好過癮🌶️,配上白飯食好滿足。佢個飯煲得幾好食的🍚,飯粒好飽滿,建議叫上一碗($12)或半碗($6)試試。另外,我地再額外配左脆豆腐($20)、紅薯粉($20)、粉絲($20)同金針菇($20),呢幾樣配料我都好中意,尤其個脆豆腐食落同平時豆腐的質地唔一樣,係好似食緊魚蛋的質地,但又有大豆味!👍🏻而金針菇呢D絕佳配搭更不可少啦!另外不得不提的是餐廳的小食都好好食,有些更是唔輸得過個酸菜魚!👑芝士紅薯波波($48)超出期望地好食,個紅薯波好煙韌,咬落口軟心,啖啖紅薯甜甜地之餘帶點芝士的咸香,令人想一啖食完再食一口!而呢個菜式都是之前深圳未食過的!🥰💕西瓜椰椰冰粉($22)另一個菜式亦是深圳未食過而又很有驚喜的!就是呢個西瓜椰椰冰粉,除左冰粉之外,配料很多,有西瓜粒、丸子、椰子碎、花生碎,仲有很驚喜的是椰子味的豆花,成碗的搭配好豐富,多重口感,食完濃濃味道的酸菜食,再食一碗解辣解味係恰到好處,而重點仲要只是$22一碗真係好抵食!😍💛其他小食例如鳳爪、娃娃菜都好食。店內以二人座位為主,亦有小部份4人及6人座位。店內工作人員以講普通話為主,但亦識得聽及講少少廣東話。而服務質素係真係不錯,有禮貌,而且上心幫你跟進上菜情況。總體來說,餐廳服務質素好、食物味道佳、餐廳性價比高,會再幫襯!🎉 continue reading

一開始係冇興趣..因為本人懶「論」骨,但個魚好好食..完全冇骨..仲有佢係魚肉多過酸菜.配菜加薯粉都好過癮.6個人叫完個3-4人份再追多個1-2,本身想飲埋啲湯..但一啖落口已經好確喉..如果有機會可以食左其他小食先..一黎就酸菜魚令其他味道淡晒,進食期間間唔中店員就會講一堆四川話?自問都算識少少煲冬瓜..但真係唔多聽得明佢地up乜..重點係三五分鐘就叫一次「乜鬼食魚拯救世界」?🤢都幾煩埋單落黎千二千三..都相當好..唔抵食🥹 continue reading

想當年第一次食太二已經是五年前喺深圳,果時覺得味道驚喜而且價廉物美,五年後終於等到喺香港就第一次食,預算到價格一定會比較高,唯一係希望味道及水準不變。我哋點左二人份太二酸菜魚,定價$258,另外加左一份$20薯粉。酸菜魚即叫即煮,一上菜色香味俱全,魚肉鮮嫩,魚湯酸辣勁十足,酸菜爽脆,薯粉煙韌,十分有咬口。一口接一口非常惹味。最後仲點左紅糖糍粑緩和下腸胃,糍粑略嫌黐牙,紅糖亦較少,相比下方叔叔嘅紅糖糍粑更為出色。 continue reading

相信大家都知道太二酸菜魚喺大陸好出名但由於太多人北上 過關都要用比較多時間咁選擇係香港食 以為可以方便啲點知🤯 等枱都等咗成個鐘😩(佢入4人枱都唔叫2人枱😤 少少嬲)入到去當然叫個例牌 老壇子酸菜魚($258)老實講 我對酸菜魚得3個評分標準:1. 湯底 少辣少酸 幾好飲嘅 但少少咸2. 魚 無骨 魚肉滑 呢個要讚 係好食3. 酸菜 無佢講到咁 酸菜絕對唔係好食過魚整體上,味道還好 不過返大陸食 抵好多 我哋額外要大滿貫小食拼盤($82)熱氣到爆炸 雞翼唔係特別味道 可以skip😂最後免費沖花茶 千祈唔好落咁多洛神花因為有機會愈飲愈酸 酸過個湯加解唔到辣🫠 continue reading

大名鼎鼎嘅太二,係深圳食過好多次,終於落戶香港,今日下晝係沙田又試試佢一行入餐廳,我感覺到所有侍應都應該唔係本地人,佢地樓面同事傾偈全部都係用普通話,上菜普通話,見有本地客用廣東話問問題,侍應姐姐一時轉唔返廣東話channels,甩甩咳咳咁然後比同事笑講返食物先,叫左兩人份酸菜魚,二百幾,正常香港地價錢,另外加左20蚊加薯粉。魚肉滑溜,味道同係深圳食嘅係一模一樣,不過黎到香港之後魚肉份量明顯少過國內;尤其個20蚊薯粉,竟然唔夠10條另外叫左個小皮蛋,48蚊,味道非常好。食完個二人份魚唔夠飽,我地又加左個魚麵 continue reading
