以前細個的時候經常會專登去九龍城吃泰國菜,黃珍珍是其中一間。不過長大後,到處都是泰國菜餐廳,就不用特別去某一個地方吃了。不過當日下午在尖沙咀剪完頭髮之後剛好見到黃珍珍的招牌,就走進去探訪這間老字號。太熱的關係,先點了兩杯飲品消消暑就慢慢看餐牌。泰色奶茶奶味較重,如果茶味再濃些比較奶。而椰汁紅豆冰的調味剛好,椰味濃,紅豆夠甜。秘製燒牛仔骨: 牛仔骨燒到兩面金黃色好吸引😍 咬入口充滿肉汁,沾一沾另外附送的燒汁,少少辣非常惹味。泰式南乳燒雞: 皮燒得超級脆,南乳味都很夠。燒雞又不會很乾,雞脾位置很嫩滑👍🏻炸蟹鉗: 超巨型的蟹鉗😍 內裡有一絲絲的蟹肉啖啖肉果然是正宗的泰國菜,樣樣都好好味🥰

朋友9月份生日,相約食飯慶祝兼聚會,朋友鍾意泰國菜,於是係openrice 搜尋食店,見這店位於佐敦,交通非常便利,同時可以係openrice 訂位,所以即時訂位。餐廳佔3樓全層,地方唔算大,但都唔滿座,我地5人,餐廳安排咗一張圓枱,方便我地傾計先嚟係柚子沙律,柚子清甜,加上花生和少許洋蔥,清爽美味牛、豬、雞串燒,juicy,肉嫩黃咖哩牛腩+蒜蓉包,牛腩淋,但只幾嚿肉,個包粒粒蒜蓉,焗得好香口同脆,蘸個咖哩汁,好味朋友鍾意食魚,原本想要烏頭魚,但餐廳今日只有生魚,所以叫咗酸辣明爐生魚,這魚多細骨,肉質較實,唔易入味,麻麻咸魚芥蘭,冇咸魚味,芥蘭都ok芒果蟹肉炒飯,芒果肉少,但有粒粒蟹肉,炒得幾亁爽整體而言,味道都算ok

Curry Crab. Honestly, this has to be one of the best curry crabs I have had in HK. The crab meat were succulent and juicy. I found the curry exuding a very strong coconut milk aroma which was very much to my liking. Goes perfect with rice or bread! On a side note, for the spicy fans, you might want to ask for it to be a little bit spicer.

食泰國嘢,黃珍珍泰國菜館真的唔少得,因為香港人食都是知黃珍珍泰國菜館,九龍城黃珍珍泰國菜館都有去過食,是日同HONEY在佐敦分店食,環境比九龍城無咁迫,坐得好舒服~~我同HONEY點左雜錦串燒半打,泰式炒椰菜苗 ,芒果腰果炒飯,泰式炒粉同埋椰汁紅豆冰,椰汁紅豆冰好濃的椰汁味,紅豆粒粒有咬口泰式炒椰菜苗 真的好惹味,加上椰菜苗咬下好爽口,真的同HONEY爭住食 芒果腰果炒飯芒果腰果炒飯本身是素飯,估不到芒果加埋炒飯都唔錯,加上脆口的腰果,原來都好夾泰式炒粉哩個真的我最愛,大蝦加上酸酸甜甜的炒粉,有埋花生碎,真的愈食愈想食雜錦串燒半打,有牛豬雞,一人一串不同味道,加上惹味的花生汁,真的開胃飽飽的一餐~~

「黃珍珍泰國菜館」這名字,筆者可說是久仰大名了。因為每當提到泰國菜,身邊總有人會說出這間餐廳;今晚終於來到它的佐敦分店見識。餐廳在3樓,一出電梯就看到這熟悉名字。餐廳佔了全層,座位寬敞,感覺華麗。小食有4款,分別是香葉包雞、香辣魚餅、泰式炸蝦餅和泰式春卷。每款2件,剛好和朋友一人一件開心share。當中最欣賞泰式炸蝦餅,蝦肉打得起膠,惹味又彈牙。沾上泰式酸辣醬後更是畫龍點睛。而泰式春卷原來是用芋頭作餡,與平日吃的中式炸春卷截然不同,頗有新鮮感。乳白色的湯汁,充滿香濃的椰汁味。湯料蠻多的,因為雜菌是主角,整煲都是冬菇、草菇等不同品種菇菌。不過菇菌感覺泵水不夠,味道帶一點微酸。除了菇菌,也是車厘茄和其他香料,咸香中又有椰香,頗好喝。炒金邊粉頗大碟,下了茄汁來炒香,入口酸甜。蝦球有3件,肉質彈牙,唯嫌疑數量有點少,跟金邊粉的份量不大成比例。炒粉夾雜了芽菜、蛋絲等,口感不會過於單調。最初上碟時亦灑了花生粒碎點綴。椰汁味非常重,綠豆量挺多的。吃完主食再喝掉這杯,肚皮快要撐破了。

泰式炒粉~ 絕對係泰菜嘅基本菜式, 有時最基本嘅就會係最好食嘅, 所以通常食泰菜我都會叫佢, 而呢度竟然用櫻花蝦去炒,細細隻沾滿麵條,既有蝦味,又唔會影響口感! 大蝦就會係用新鮮嘅!因為食出啖啖肉都係彈牙! 調味方面更加冇得挑剔,滿分!
