今晚同2個朋友去左銅鑼灣行街,行完之後我地就想食日本野,結果行行下就搵到呢間,我地order左秋刀魚同金目鯛刺身$200(因為秋刀魚而家係時令,所以真係好新鮮、好鮮甜、好好味)、日式厚蛋$80、雜錦鍋燒烏冬$180(隻蝦天婦羅浸淋左所以我覺得麻麻地)、牛肉照燒西冷$300(好有牛肉味,但係5太淋),茶壺海鮮湯$140(都幾得意個喎,個壺雖然細但係入邊原來有好多材料有蝦、舞茸菇)🤣,立魚湯$120、日式吉列豬扒$280(豬扒炸得好脆口,但係有少少靭),最後我仲order左一個椰子雪芭$120(呢個雪糕超級好味,雖然有d甜,但係好重椰子味仲有椰子肉勁正😋),最後店舖仲送多2個綠茶奶凍比我地食😊💃🏻,坐位都坐得舒適 continue reading

花盃平常出名於鐵板燒,是朋友生日或慶祝之選。今次午餐時間選外邊的壽司枱北海魚生飯定食(蟹肉、貝柱、海膽、牡丹蝦)$450和牛肉火鍋 $380Lunch set 先來一個和風沙拉及茄子漬。沙拉用了多款蔬菜+和風芝蔴醬,非常清新。茄子漬夠入味。魚生飯份量適中。蟹肉一絲絲,味道正常。貝柱,爽口新鮮,刻意切碎一部份,亦有原塊的,有不同口感。最期待的海膽卻略有苦味,不算新鮮。牡丹蝦是最推薦,爽口彈牙。魚生飯亦付有一小碗烏冬,男仕都夠飽。和牛肉火鍋的和牛正常發揮,不過上枱時已略嫌太熟。如能將和牛分開上,便能更好好享受和牛的美味。牛肉份量不少,加上其他配菜,配飯是非常足夠。總括來說,魚生新鮮,但和牛上枱過熟,以最後埋單兩個人超過$900,食物CP值只是一般,但裝修和風,服務不錯,枱與枱之間有足夠空間,普遍客人都非常安靜,這裡非常適合商務午餐。 continue reading

花盃一直係我哋鐵板燒嘅首選今次我哋夜晚黎食,晚市嘅鐵板燒set價錢大概貴一倍左右🥲,不過食物嘅話就選擇多啲,例如會多咗鵝肝、識郁郁吓嘅鮮活鮑魚同埋金鯛魚~ 喺師傅煮之前,佢會show晒所有食材出嚟,並加以介紹,咁當然仲會問有冇乜嘢唔食,如果有,師傅會用第二種食材去取代,不過價錢當然唔會變🤣前菜就有茶碗蒸、汁煮花螺、沙律。汁煮花螺幾好食,又爽口,同時唔會太鹹👍🏻鮮活澳洲鮑魚師傅將鮑魚處理完成後就切成薄片,再用牛油同埋少少黑胡椒作為調味去炒佢。本身我哋都成問過師傅唔洗落鹽咩?師傅話鮑魚本身係活嘅,所以體內已有海水,再落鹽就會過鹹,而且越新鮮嘅食材越唔需要太複雜嘅調味,less is more咁話,真係長知識🤫鮑魚片厚薄適中,火喉剛剛好,爽口彈牙。牛油及黑胡椒嘅香襯托埋鮑魚本身嘅鹹鮮,越食越想食,正呀喂~🥹金鯛魚要用 “驚艷” 黎形容 😱 煮法好講技巧,魚皮用滾油反覆淋上去直至魚鱗豎立,睇住師傅表演,真係好過癮🥹 食落酥脆好似薯片咁,一咬落去索索聲,而且魚肉保持到嫩滑質感好正、好滿足😌巨虎蝦師傅用番鮑魚個煮法,拆埋殼、挑埋蝦腸,一啖一粒🤤 蝦頭就留起備用,師傳話用蝦膏炒個靚飯俾我哋禾鵝肝煎得洽到好處,入口即化鵝肝油脂香味充滿成個口不得了🥹牛就係神戶牛,一如既往咁出色👍🏻 我哋加錢叫咗和牛舌….,切得太薄,不過口感都幾好。不過就對唔住個價錢囉….. #我哋中咗伏你哋先唔會再中伏 最後上埋個甘香到爆炸嘅蝦膏炒飯、魚湯,跟住就係重頭戲,最正嘅Hidden menu焦糖多士啦!!!睇落好簡單但整得好食唔係咁易,無論火候、糖同牛油嘅分量師傅都控制得啱啱好,做飯後甜品一流!滿足……好滿足…….🤤 continue reading
