近期熱愛酸菜魚,難得又有志同道合的朋友,適逢開心的周末,當然要去訪尋高質餐廳,而今次我選擇了捌壹壹。餐廳以綠色植物作裝飾,座位寛敞,環境燈光柔和,感覺令人放鬆舒適;店員細心講解及服務周到,果然無揀錯。必食冷鍋酸菜魚 (𝓑𝓑辣) $258原本以為是凍食,原來是熱乎乎一整鍋上,只是不會一直開爐熱著。上枱時已經香味撲鼻,非常吸引。滿滿肥美鮮嫩滑溜厚實無骨魚片,而每片都帶點魚皮,不會過韌,亦不會很易碎,口感一流,最驚喜是我地拍照很久亦能保持熱度,不會過快變冷。而且鍋裡亦有大量配料,如寛粉,金菇,蘿蔔片,萵荀,大量酸菜及娃娃菜等等,非常豐富。如果食完酸菜魚仲未飽,可以加配料打邊爐,店員會溫馨提示必需食完/撈起所有魚肉及加湯,非常細心。手切安格斯雪花肥牛 $238滿滿油脂分佈平均的安格斯雪花肥牛,肉質鮮嫩,肉味濃郁,口感一流。炸響鈴 $38第一次配以酸菜湯底食用,有驚喜😋土豆片 $35大愛而又很少見的配料,當然不可不叫🤤 厚薄適中,不會很易爛👍大碗花菜 (𝓑𝓑辣) $88爽口椰花菜炒嫩滑肉片,雖然配以很多🌶🫑炒,但真的不辣,反而非常惹味。鲜果冰茶 $48大大杯,有多款鮮甜水果:蘋果,橙,菠蘿,西瓜,火龍果,非常足料;配上濃郁果茶,解辣一流。還有用茶製成的cute cute小熊冰塊,誠意十足且打卡一流。👍柚子梳打 $38杯底充滿著滿滿的柚子,配上梳打水,味道清新解渴。非常欣賞菜式都可以揀選辣度,很適合愛食川菜而又不太能食辣的朋友,非常貼❤️。 continue reading
