我已不是第一次到此餐廳,其實每次到來,也必須訂位,它的食物質素和味道 🍝 也令我感滿意;每次例必點選 ,我最喜愛 Linguine + Prawn, Wild mushroom & Sausage + Lobster sauce 👍 但今次沒有 Lobster sauce ,改了 cream sauce ,以為沒有特別,原來也不錯呀!今次 lunch 到來,剛巧適逢是我們的結婚週年,所以,在 confirm booking 時,跟他們說希望在甜品碟上加些字句,果然,給我們驚喜,就是在甜品碟上,除了加上 "Happy Anniversary " 外,也在美味的藍莓芝士蛋糕上🍰 點了枝蠟燭 ,頓時氣氛也浪漫了一點,接著臉帶親切笑容的侍應,還替我們拍了張即影即有的相片作留念。這些小小的安排,感到他們對客人的細心和對食物製作的心思。 簡簡單單的午餐🍝 也可以令客人食得既愉快又難忘。 此餐廳值得推介 👍

You need to book before, and send in your choices by what'sapp. They are always flexible when it comes to accommodating dishes for vegetarians, or different tastes.

The restaurant is hidden away in the back streets of Sheung Wan, and not the easiest to find. When you make it in the building, there are some interesting signs in the toilet. But once inside Zone D itself, the atmosphere is calm and friendly. The portions are generous, especially as you work through five courses, so it's best to come on a very empty stomach.
The menu is not too fancy, but the food is simple European fair, with good ingredients, cooked to perfection. I've been back five times, and the quality has been consistent. In fact, on one occasion, my wife was so full from the food, she went into labour straight afterwards, three weeks early!

好飽呀...但仲有甜品...通常餐廳既甜品比較遜色,但....wahhhh...引死人咩...仲有Apple roll..最愛..來不及影相..
其實以咁既價錢一位確係值回票價,叔叔很滿意呢餐晚飯,佢話喺外國食唔到有咁好既水準!, 有心既餐廳不多,至少我今晚遇上!

除左個肉餅物體,其他印象都好深!

A,Salmon tar tar: 唔係講笑,堅抽冇味,seasoning=冇,Salmon咬落都係麻麻地貨色.   唔腥,有擺盤,所以我俾3.5分佢。    3.5/10
btw, soho間ibarico co 嘅salmon tartar有時幾好食
B,Oyster 配Salmon egg
隻Oyster....... 其實應該用黎燒... 呢~大陸街邊焼烤檔d燒𧐢呢~ 因為佢隻oyster好淡呀,又唔係極新鮮,咁就應該加好多蒜同調味料燒燶佢啦係咪?~

喺呢個時候,因為食完Appetizer 後確定中左伏嘅男朋友塊面已經黑黑地,但我地都為左唔令今晚變得更差,大家都好落力喺個咁唔舒服既環境去搵話題,呢d就係愛了~

說時遲那時快,終於到重頭戲了,登登登登~~!龍蝦湯!!

唔想提了,簡單咁講,呢個湯就係比男友個茄膏面更過份嘅極黑暗料理。。旁邊加隻大陸果d麻辣小龍蝦仔,用清水6熟既。。。多謝哂

個湯果種海鮮霉味,差d嘔。  負10分唔該.   -10

5。 Main
我地 2個main, 1個係牛扒,1個係龍蝦
已經冇曬表情,個龍蝦湯已經咁。。。
好彩,個main ok gei,  只係有少少覺得晒左果半隻龍蝦lor咁整。。5.5/10
塊牛扒,都ok嘅,唔un lor, 冇牛香味,d脂肪都唔香,中間又太生,不過叫幾軟熟。。 個dressing得個色,都係冇味。唉!! 800蚊一位呀! 4/10

最後甜品更加係一個完美嘅句號。我同女友都非常滿意!相信短時間內會再去幫襯。

The only disadvantages are due to it's open kitchen, you can feel your clothes and hair will absorb some odour after this lunch; while the penne was kind of slightly salty and (maybe contains some MSG) I got so thirsty for the whole afternoon.

Set 3-course lunch costs $128 [with appetizer (soup/salad), main course (3 choices of dishes with 4 choices of sphagetti and 4 choice of sauces) and drink/dessert.

However, re the choice of appetizers, you can choose either Salad and Soup of the Day. My friends selected soup (i.e. cream of mushroom) and my choice was Smoked Salmon Salad.  Both choices were pretty nice!  The soup was contained in a cup with some truffles on the top - my friends found it's really yummy.  For my salad, there were 2 big pieces of smoked salmon, with large quantities of salad vegetable which were dressed in sesame sauce.  In true, for girl, you will definitely feel a bit full already after consuming the appetizer.

For the main course, my choice is penne with chicken fillet, crab meat, shrimps in lobster sauce.  The portion was quite large to a girl.  I can only finish half and need to pack the remaining back.  However, the sauce was really salty and heavy.  Maybe I will try Tomato sauce next time.  The quantities of chicken fillet, crab meat, shrimps were quite large.  Overall, if the usage of salt and MSG can be minimized, this plate of penne will definitely be tasted more yummy.

Although I really wanna try the coffee here, as I found I was too full already, so gave up and only ordered hot lemon tea.

I will try again here later and it is a nice place for girl's talk.

呢間係一間意大利私房菜, 其實個location都幾岩辨公室既OL得閒lunch黎食餐好既。呢度其中一樣好好既野就係佢個自選意粉! 可以自己揀自己中意既意粉sauce, 肉類, 意粉類型; 彈性好大! 今次我就揀左龍蝦汁黎煮意粉, 佢煮得好好食, 好濃味, 同埋佢既份量岩岩好, 岩女仔食, 不過男仔食可能會有d唔夠。除左個意粉之外佢仲有餐湯同埋salmon salad, 佢一d都唔偷工減料, 好大件三文魚, 食到人好滿足, 整體黎講都好好食, 不過晚餐應該會好貴, lunch set抵d, 值得lunch time黎試下!

讓人想起灣仔Spoil cafe的lunch set呢! 也是自己選意粉、食材及醬汁。不同的是食材可以揀三款! 吃起來感覺也更豐盛。動動腦筋, 不同的食材配不同醬料mix & match, 倒也有趣。

因為pasta揀了味道比較重的龍蝦汁, appertizer 就只好捨蘑菇湯而取Caesar salad。沒想到這個沙律味道也一樣很重。沙律dressing偏咸, 卻是很香。麵包粒粒則是咸得有點過份了。而我比較在意的是菜葉比較老身一點, 加上重調味, 不怎麼refreshing噢。但喜歡香口的人一定會很喜歡!

另一位同事很聰明地一早order了少dressing, 果然看到只混了很少的醬在沙律之中。可以為客人customize 他們的order, 讓人覺得非常舒服。更貼心的是, 店員怕自己真的下得太少醬, 更付上一小碟沙律醬讓同事自行調整呢! 太細心了吧。

另外也見蘑菇湯非常漂亮, 小小的一杯, 不太多。質地是濃稠似糊仔, 不滑身, 喜不喜歡如此口感就見人見志了。下次來必定會試試他們的湯, 因為, 聞起來真的很香呀。

本來想來個海鮮大餐, 因為龍蝦醬汁一般比較重味, 配清淡食材在味道上比較匹配。不過對青口沒有多大信心所以最後還是要了雞肉。蝦和魷魚都是意外的爽口, 很新鮮呢! 特別喜歡魷魚和龍蝦醬汁的配搭, 可惜只有三件! 比較之下雞肉的份量可多了。雞肉反而沒甚驚喜。

味道極香濃, 龍蝦汁質地比較杰身。看到它們可以很勻稱地沾在長通粉之上吧! 加上長通粉中空的部分也可以裝到不少醬料, 可以想像到每一口都很「重口味」! 吃到最後的確會覺得有點太咸太口乾, 禁不住要多多飲水。但整體來說此醬很令人回味啊。

Lunch set order了咖啡一杯, 普普通通的。同事則點了是日甜點Banana pancake, 也慷慨地分了一半給我, 勁開心! 本來對pancake的印象麻麻, 總是怕它太甜太多cream, 但這件pancake 不此蛋皮薄而軟柔, 里頭的cream也不會多, 很light。香蕉片又熟又香, 搭起來好好吃! 如果可以的話真想回去再吃個一整份! 不過是日甜點天天轉, 碰不碰得上只怕要看運氣了。

另一個我覺得很貼心的小事是, 每張枱上都會放好兩支筆, 即是每人一支! 很怕去到一些餐廳是一大枱人share用一支筆... 傳來傳去的真的麻煩死了。而筆架, 是用酒塞挖了兩個坑洞製作出來的! 又可愛又美觀, 不得不讚。
世瑛大廈, 即是早前曾經非常火熱的pasta XXXX的那一橦大廈。個人覺得它比pasta XXXX好吃得多了, 但人氣卻是遜色很多很多... 所以說人氣這種事, 大概也是運氣比較緊要吧。

這間餐廳一直也在我的心水餐廳列上,奈何每年可以豪吃的次數實在有限,今年男朋友生日終於決定來這裡。雖然之前店員告訴我們地址是在先施對面,可是還是花了點時間才找到...原來大廈入口設在永和街。來到餐廳,暗暗的燈光,還有餐桌上的燭台,加上落地大玻璃和英文歌,很有情調,而且整晚只有我們一枱,感覺十分舒適。菜單前幾天便已經用whatsapp傳了過來,五道菜裡只有頭盤、主菜和甜品可以自由選擇。坐好後先送上一客蒜蓉包,暖暖的加上橄欖油和黑醋,十分香口。頭盤我們選了龍蝦沙律(+$100)及鵝肝(+$80)。先說龍蝦沙律,龍蝦很新鮮爽口,伴上芝麻醬汁,啖啖肉,十分開胃。鵝肝很大很肥美,煎得外脆內軟,只可惜有點筋。湯是蘑菇濃湯,附上一小匙黑松露。本來我們都不太愛黑松露,覺得味道太濃,不過既然附上了,也就先喝一半再加一點試試。出奇地松露沒有蓋過湯的味道,加進湯後散發淡淡幽香,感覺不錯。然後還有一道焗田螺。主菜之一是燒春雞配煙肉雞卷。雞肉很嫩很滑,不過煙肉卷就有點過咸了。另一道主菜是香煎三文魚扒。這碟確實煮得很出色。因為我一直不太喜歡熟的三文魚,覺得乾巴巴沒生的好吃,可是這碟卻完全不一樣,肉煮得很滑,加上茄蓉

這碟確實煮得很出色。因為我一直不太喜歡熟的三文魚,覺得乾巴巴沒生的好吃,可是這碟卻完全不一樣,肉煮得很滑,加上茄蓉,少少酸很醒胃,我們都十分欣賞。

Seabass wif smash potato and tomato salsa,black vinegar sauce: 十次食,十次都會讚歎嘅另一道菜,最主要係在於佢塊皮,脆得泥帶有chewy咬口,仲要連住些少魚脂,果種甘香加上香口,又令我食指大動!食呢道菜一定要將所魚肉,魚皮,薯蓉,salsa醬,(特別強調)以及被以為只用來裝飾碟子的黑醋醬,有食材同時送入口先係最好食!吳信下次自己試下!^_^
牛扒(+$100): 記得以前係用吳知咩牛小扒,宜家轉左肉眼,我中意肉眼多啲,好juicy,有肉味得泥吳會太硬,因為我brace 過牙,大硬嘅野會令到我牙痛幾日,食咩都吳好食,所以口感對我泥講係無敵重要。以前個牛小扒其實真係麻麻,要加錢我吳會叫,但宜家肉眼我會,雖然只係慳家叫一份泥share,但物以罕為貴,每啖都好滋味^_^
Apple crumble: 我無食過吳俾comment la,, 因為我係心太軟嘅死實派!
Warm chocolate pudding: 又係special request😅😅全晚淨係專登整俾我一個人食,因為當晚菜單上無佢份,得apple crumble and cream burlee ,, 我雖然萬分吳好意思,但我仍然是不敵耳邊的小惡魔,只好硬著頭皮作多一項無理要求ε-(´∀`; )好味! 事後大廚有行出新嘅open kitchen 同我地打招呼,佢好認真咁問我仲要吳要泥多個,我答吳洗ˊ_>ˋ因為我要守住我大食星人嘅真正身分,大廚,如果你有睇到我呢段食評,其實當晚我真正嘅心聲係會想要食多兩個咖😫😫

Other Info. : 成晚食得好開心好滿足,新舖吳洗行五層樓梯,有open kitchen可以同店員有多啲交流, 但無左以前舊舖嘅private corner, 情侶談情説愛會少了半份浪漫,但食物水準仍然很高,對於面對美食狼吞虎嚥的我來説,那份情調不宜在食店獲取,要談心到lounge 好了,不是餐廳。要讚的是大廚和經理對食客意見和要求好重視,連我咁麻煩嘅客人都無條件滿足,呢度絕對係加分位^_^經理啊經理,次次我都麻麻煩煩咁多要求,你已經寵壞左我條脷喇!期待下一次喜慶之日,再滿足我口腹之慾😋😋 價錢輕輕加左幾十蚊,以前basic$350宜家$380(好似),某啲菜式要加一百至五十,加左後平均五百per person,貴就貴左啲但物超所值,因為佢portion好大所以飽腹度同自助餐有得fight, 自助餐貴多不貴精,呢度貴精不貴多。同其他私房菜相比,先吳講質素口味呢啲主觀野,呢度加錢轉龍蝦foie gras牛扒之後嘅價同銅鑼灣煎西瓜果間差吳多,況且吳洗加錢嘅生牛肉同seabass 已經好好食,basic $380嘅set已經可以好滿足,所以呢間私房菜在於個人泥講係好recommend , 我見有好多試過嘅食客帶啲未試過嘅朋友泥,最後臨走果啲朋友都會攞卡片問詳情或即場訂枱,所以未試過嘅值得一試咖。^_^
