今晚和友人一行四人到訪,上環分店很寬敞,落地玻璃設計,空間感十足,店內抽風好,沒有任何燒肉味道。我們被安排坐靠窗位置,點了兩份<松>,兩份<極>。兩個套餐相差$200,店員解釋了頭7款肉都是一樣,分別在於最後一款,松的是kimura yaki ,壽喜燒汁加生雞蛋。極的是頂級的chateau briand,配上北海道海膽,非常奢華。我之前到訪中環分店都是店員幫忙燒全部的肉類。今次在上環分店,有一半是店員負責,另一半則是我們燒。我個人比較喜歡全部都是店員燒,所以下次再訪會選擇中環分店。總括所有肉的部位都十分好吃,套餐性價比高,和牛肉質和油脂分布甚好,每一口都很滿足👍🏻

Booked this a month in advance and had a really high expectation on this. We tried the Omakase Kiwami at $880/person that comes with 8 cuts including their signature Uni Chateau Briand. I’d say the quality wasn’t bad, but not that outstanding. Most of the cuts just tasted the same to me. Those 8 cuts also went so quickly that we didn’t feel full actually. 遲遲未試Yakiniku GREAT 係因為要留訂金之餘,時間只有晚上6點及8點兩輪選擇。不過一試之後,係甘願受到呢啲限制。有三款分別$580/680/880嘅套餐,我點咗$680夠為「松」嘅套餐,有8款唔同牛肉部位,再加一碗生蛋飯。肉類部位我記不清楚了,只記得第一道是火炙和牛壽司,肉類當中,其中一件為餐廳推介必食A5和牛板腱,仲有拜拜肉呢個咁特別嘅部位,及用來送生蛋飯嘅西冷。其實八道菜都好出色,配上特製醬汁,也有店員負責燒大部分肉,以掌握火喉,每啖肉入口即溶,油花香滑,會令人捨不得吞下。而拜拜肉這個部位太特別了,初嚐難忘它柔軟得來卻不失肉味,一試傾心。餐廳食物水準超群,服務及環境都很好,食完之後好想再光顧呢!

最後個海膽和牛丼更是驚喜,海膽好鮮甜,和牛肉好香,好淋,再淋上即煮既牛油醬油蒜片汁,好好食!
每位店員都好熱情,好友善
因為生日,所以店方會送上生日甜品,而且全間餐廳店員會一齊拍手唱生日歌,朋友好驚喜

好耐無食過咁好食既燒肉,氣氛又好,係好愉快嘅體驗

Yakiniku Great 用嘅係仙台牛,亦即係A5和牛。Lunch 我地揀咗Omakase松,因為和牛油脂太豐盈,其實7道菜都夠滿足🤰🏻


其實7道菜就係7個唔同部位,佢有塊牌仔標示咗有咩部位同埋建議燒幾多秒,其實都係FYI,因為店員都會幫你介紹埋燒埋,好好服務。🙇🏻‍♀️🙇🏻‍♂️


呢餐好耐之前食,具體每塊肉係點已經講唔出,每塊肉都用咗唔同調味料,所以各有千秋、都好好食,燒嘅時間掌握得啱啱好就當然,和牛嘅油脂香真係無懈可擊。🫶🏻


但令我最印象深刻嘅係最後個飯。用咗醬油醃製嘅蛋黃,配上薄燒嘅和牛,戳穿蛋黃嗰吓固然治癒,撈勻啲飯之後,又滑又香,完美嘅句號。💫💫
