整體體驗係好好既 服務好細心
大概有一半時間店員都會幫手燒
欣賞佢地手勢都係體驗既一部分
忍唔住剪左條reel去loop⸜ ෆ ⸝‍

每款部分既肉都有唔同既配搭醬汁/食法
成餐食和牛都唔會悶唔會膩
亦食到每片肉既特性
而我都好中意佢既醬汁調味
唔太咸唔太甜 好恰當咁去昇華塊牛肉
另外 大部分既部位燒既時間都唔過10秒
大概3-5成熟 見到仲會有啲粉紅色
剛剛好帶出和牛本身既油份又唔會破壞口感

壓軸既chateaubriand真係不得了(๑ŐдŐ)
佢取自牛柳既中心位置
成隻牛最柔軟最矜貴既部位
店長親自處理 又燒又炸再燒表面充分地sear左

隨意找的烤肉店,卻有很多驚喜。牛肉質量一流,服務生服務非常周到。每一道牛肉,都有不同的體驗。雖然價錢不菲,但物有所值。我們非常享受全過程。一定會帶家人和朋友再次幫襯。very enjoyable experience of high- quality food and service!!!
