Back to l’Atelier again coz my last experience was amazing💯 had a 3 courses meal ($590pp) this time and everything was superb as usual👍🏻 Nothing can be better to start with this perfect bread basket🥰 they got a lot of bread choices and most of them are of bite size👍🏻 so you can def try most of them🥖 /Amuse bouche/ It’s a corn cold soup 🌽 the colour was so lovely and looked appetising🥰 on top were lobster jelly, milk marshmallow, and popcorn. They were unexpectedly matching with the corn soup😂 ꧁𝔸𝕡𝕡𝕖𝕥𝕥𝕚𝕫𝕖𝕣𝕤꧂ /Salmon tartare with caviar and shiso leafs +$280/ Personally think the salmon tartare overrode the flavour of caviar🧐 tried out their Le Caviar Imperial last time and I think it’s better haha🤭 /Maine lobster in turnip raviolis/ Amazed by its presentation😳 I love the complex texture. Crisp and crunchy turnip slides wrapping the firm lobster pieces made such a gd combo! ꧁𝕄𝕒𝕚𝕟𝕤꧂ /Maine lobster spaghetti with coral emulsion +$150/ The pasta was cooked al dente. I love the coral emulsion so much. So rich but not greasy at all! /Slow cooked French pigeon with foie gras and mashed potato +$280/ Personally like their quail more. I think it’s a bit too oily and heavy for my liking… mashed potato so gd as usual 🥔 /Kagoshima beef and foie gras burgers with lightly caramelised bell peppers/ I didn’t try this mini burger but my dad claimed that it’s the best burger he ever had🍔 the beef and foie gras just melt in the mouth! The skinny fries were paired with ginger ketchup which I think it’s so weird😂🙈 ꧁𝔻𝕖𝕤𝕤𝕖𝕣𝕥𝕤꧂ /Pistachio mousse with raspberries, crispy sable and raspberry sorbet/ Love the contrasting coloursss! Pistachio mousse so rich in flavour! Like they raspberry sorbet as well so refreshing😍 /Apple tatin with vanilla cream and calvados sorbet/ Caramelised apple wasn’t too sweet🍎the apple tatin went so well with the calvados sorbet 🍸 Great balance of flavours! /Classic Mont Blanc with chocolate biscuit and crispy meringue/ Didn’t taste this hahaha but undoubtedly lovely presentation🤪 Didn’t order coffee/ tea last time coz wanna try out their hot choco🤣 One of the best hot choco I have ever had in hk! silky-smooth texture and subtle sweetness🍫 love its deep and chocolatey flavour! I can taste the bitterness of dark choco which I like it so much😂 Still my fav restro in town! Highly recommend to everyone😍 rmb to reserve a table online 3 months in advance🙈really hard to get a table there🙈

def one of the best restaurants that I have ever tried in hk! This Michelin two stars French cuisine located in landmark mandarin oriental. Love the interior so much! Looks classy but modern at the same time. Since this was my first visit to Amber, my fam opted for their full amber experience ($2088 pp). Everything’s on point and worth the price. There’s a vegan toast with olive oil to begin with. The toast was roasted perfectly with a crispy crust. For the amuse bouche, it’s a potato and leeks cold soup with mussels and fried potato. Love the creamy texture of the cold soup. There’s also foie gras lollipop🍭 raspberry coating added sourness and sweetness to this small bite. Can’t believe they make such a perfect match! /Aka uni/ I found another amazing caviar dish in hk😍 It’s as good as the one from Robuchon🙈 the cauliflower purée was sooo smooth and creamy😳 the flavour of lobster jelly was quite strong but still, it didn’t override the sweetness of uni and umami of caviar. The flavour of every ingredient was able to stick out very well👍🏻 /Milk-fed veal tartare with black winter truffle/ Lovely presentation🥰 the little tower was built up with truffle, mushroom, and pear. There’s also parsley and truffle paste on the side, which added extra flavours to the dish! /Wild tai/ Love the crispy skin and firm flesh of the wild tai! The soup was so rich. Dekopon, fruit tomato and bell pepper made the dish more refreshing. /Spiny lobster/ This dish smelled so good😳 the spiny lobster gets a firmer texture and fuller flavour than other lobsters🦞 /Red deer loin and neck/ This dish wasn’t to my liking😅 personally don’t like the texture of the deer. I’m not sure how to describe it maybe coz it’s too soft and mushy that I don’t think I’m eating meat (?) but I like the beetroot so much haha I didn’t expect to have this dessert since it’s not on the menu🤣 what a surprise🙈 it’s a yuzu sake sorbet with rice crispy and meringue cookie 🥰 there’s also yuzu pearls that pop inside my mouth🍊 Since this was my parents’ anniversary celebration, we got an extra cake. It’s a chocolate mousse cake with yuzu/ lemon jelly (?) and nuts on top😍 it’s chocolaty but light at the same time👍🏻 not too sweet as well. Why need to choose between coffee/ tea when you can have both🤣 this special drink is a yuenyeung with sudachi, honey, and rose petal. Nice combination😣 Last but not least, the meal ended with these amazing petite fours. Never a fan of gingerbread, but this gingerbread madeleine wow me. The ginger flavour was not that strong. The madeleine was so fluffy and moist in the inside💯 The Mont Blanc tasted superb as well. Never had fresh fruit as petite fours😂 always feeling gd to end a meal with some juicy and sweet fruits💯 Got a superb experience at Amber! Would def want to revisit again👍🏻💯

Wanna try this restro for ages hahaha esp their fifty shades of tuna but instead I went for the wine and dine lunch menu this time ($248pp)! /Autumn otoshi/ There’s edamame as the appetiser🥰 there’s also another cold dish. I like the container so much ahahah super cute. I think I tried sth similar before but still I’m not sure what is it😅 the miso soup was too salty... /Chef’s maki/ Nothing special. Just sushi roll with cucumber and crab stick😂 /Salary Man/ It’s an A4 wagyu and potato croquette🥰 crispy outside and fluffy inside. Stuffed with minced Wagyu👌🏻 /Wagyu/ The Wagyu was perfectly cooked😳 so tender and juicy🥰 /Signature Sando +$188/ Omggggg the best Wagyu sando I have ever had. It’s appearance just wow me😂 love the colour of the Wagyu katsu tenderloin so much! The Mayo and katsu sauce didn’t override the taste of the Wagyu. Those milk bread were slightly toasted with a lovely golden surface🍞 the texture of the sando was superb. I couldn’t say a word after the first bite.... it’s simply amazing no joke😂 the tenderloin was so tenderrrrrr🤯 would definitely encore because of this🐮 /Natsumeku/ It’s a raspberry cake roll with matcha icecream🥰 perfect ending with sth sour and sweet hehe Overall, I love the vibes of the restaurant. Good service. Amazing food💕 had an amazing Wagyu feast🤣🐮

One Michelin star french cuisine at the peninsula🌟 the interior looks wonderful but tbh I’m quite disappointed with this fine dining experience... they made too many mistakes throughout and I expected to have a better service🥴 since this was the first time for me to visit Gaddis, I got the 4 courses tasting menu ($1488) so that I can try out all the signature dishes! I would say it’s a good start. I love the cheese puff with Champaign cheese filling so much. The mini sourdough looks so cute😂 it’s still warm and crispy on the outside! The amuse bouche is a tomato cold soup. Personally think that it’s too sour🤔 /Le Caviar Kristal/ I had too high expectation on this dish🥲 i think the scallop and avocado cover the taste of caviar. This dish disappointed me the most coz of the present of shallot.... When the staff asked for any food allergy or food that don’t eat, I clearly mentioned that I don’t eat raw onion and shallot since I appeared to have some allergic reactions to shallot before🥲 however I ended up getting the dish full of shallot.... if that’s a premade appetiser, I think the staff should I least inform me that the dish contains shallot🌚 /Turbot des Côtes Bretonnes/ Love the firm flesh of the turbot. The tomato on the side are so colourful and sweet😍 When I thought everything gonna be okay after having the turbot🙂 incident 2 happened🙂 it’s actually quite presentable that the mains were being covered by the cloche and opened in front of you. But then... when the staff removed the cloche.... we were all shocked😂 the staff had mistakenly placed the mains to diff ppl lmao the staff also realised the mistake and switched back the mains😅 ik this was just a minor mistake but I don’t expect this should be happening in such restaurant... incident 3 happened right after... when the staff pour the sauce to my steak, I can saw his hand shivering and dripped a large drop on the table cloth... this scared me coz it was nearly dripped on me 🌚 /Poulet de Bresse de la Maison Mieral/ The chicken looked a bit dry but it wasn’t the case at all😳 the chicken breast was so tender and well flavoured! Really surprised me🙈 chicken thigh with the crispy skin taste superb as well! /Faux Filet de Bœuf Kagoshima +$288/ Personally like steak that are leaner but tender, so this one was not quite to my liking.... there’s a large proportion of fat but not melting in my mouth🥴 /Le Nid d’Abeille/ I like the dessert both it’s prevention and taste. The beehive was so delicate. It got layers of meringue, lemon curd, and winter honey ice cream. I could taste every ingredients and I love the texture that it brought up. /Petite fours/ I love the presentation of the petite fours. I think it resembles a Ferris wheel 🎡(?) i like all the items. The blueberry muffin was fluffy and moist 🫐 macaroon with a sweetness that I can tolerate😂 It wasn’t a nice ending at all coz of incident 4🙂 my parents and I were enjoying our tea and petite fours, everything went okay until we finished our first cup of tea🙂 we were wondering whether there’s a refill. We could see our pots of tea placed on the bench but no one served us... we ended up asking a staff for help... we appreciated his help but he pour the wrong tea to our cups roarrrrr I ordered peninsula blend and I could definitely tell that my 2nd cup wasn’t... I originally didn’t say anything coz thought maybe it’s just my prob.... but then after my mama telling me that her tea tasted weird and I tried her tea... I could def tell that ours were switched🥴 I’m still so mind blown right now... def expecting better service and food with this price....

Superb dinner at this newly opened Japanese restaurant! Censu is created by the former chef of fukuro👍🏻 You can def tell the food choices and style are so alike to those at fukuro😂🙈 /Oysters $78 per piece/ Oysters were fresh and fleshy. They were nicely paired with yuzu sanbaizu. Such a refreshing combo👍🏻 /Zucchini flower tempura $188/ This tempura was amazing! Best dish of the night😍 the zucchini was stuffed with scallop prawn mousse👍🏻 so crispy outside and creamy inside. I love the truffle puree as well🤤 so rich in taste💯 /Unigiri $258/ One of the signature dishes👌🏻love it’s presentation and umami taste💕 you have to mix the whole thing so that the onigiri can be well soaked in the abalone dashi😍 /Paella $368/ Nothing special😅🙈just the presentation it’s different from those classic unadon😂 personally think that they put too much sansho pepper🥲 the taste was too strong for me🥲 /House dango $58/ The dango was so chewy! Love the combo of mascarpone and karomitsu. Not too sweet👌🏻

A relaxing dinner at the lobster bar🦞 love it’s interior so much🥰 feel like I’m having a submarine ride💙 /Seafood platter for two $1188/ The most gorgeous seafood platter that I have ever seen😂 there’s a wide variety of seasonal shellfish and crustaceans🦞personally like the scallop the most! /Lobster bisque $218/ The lobster bisque was so good😲 super creamy and rich in taste👍🏻 there’s plenty of lobster inside the soup as well🦞 /Grilled whole lobster $598/ It’s actually a simple dish but the lobster was grilled perfectly! It’s pristine white, soft and tender🥰 love their crispy fries as well🤣 /Steak to share $1588/ This is a 900g bone in rib of beef🥩 not the best steak but fair enough coz here’s lobster bar right🙈 it’s served with roasted bone marrow, pickled shallots, french fries! /Beignets $88/ First time trying such dessert🧐 it’s similar to a fried doughnut. Crispy outside and fluffy inside stuffed with calamansi curd. Rmb to dip it in the lemongrass custard and coriander sugar or else it will be super sour😂 /Tarte tatin to share $188/ The caramelised apples and crisp pastry combine to make this heavenly dessert. Not too sweet! Best way to wrap up the meal👍🏻 Overall I’m happy with the food quality and attentive service. Would visit again👍🏻

One of the best pizza place that I visited recently! Ciao chow is an Italian restaurant at LKF that serves true Neapolitan pizza🍕there’s an open kitchen which you can see the chef making ur pizza🤣 /Vesuvio $228/ This pizza was amazing😳it’s a stone-baked pizza and i love the chewy dough soooo muchhhh! the ingredients are actually very simple but everything was fresh and in place! I’m a super fan of burrata and rocket these two always make the best combo🥰 the texture of the burrata was superb! I love the tomato sauce and cherry tomatoes on top as well! Great balance of the sweetness and sourness👌🏻 /Rigatoni Alla Carbonara $208/ Usually not very fond of carbonara... but I really like the texture of the rigatoni🥰 very al dente! The sauce was not too heavy as well! /Fettuccine Alla Rapa Rossa $188/ I was first attracted by the pink colour of the pasta😳 so pretty😍 first time trying beetroot pasta and it’s unbelievably gd! The texture was amazing (as good as those rigatoni) and the gorgonzola sauce was incredible🧀 it’s so rich and flavourful! You may not like this pasta if you don’t like the strong flavour of blue cheese😂🙈 Would love to try their dessert as well but my friends and I were too full for that🌚 would definitely come back again!

Another contemporary french cuisine that I tried in hk! The restaurant locates on the 101/F of ICC with a great view of the Victoria harbour😍 the lunch set served at Odyssee is starting from only $390. The meal starts with a sourdough. It’s warm but didn’t surprised me. I later discovered that there’s should be crackers as well but no one served us... We ordered oysters as well ($49 per piece). They were fresh and I love the briny flavour so much. I seldom pair oyster with vinegar but their shallots vinegar was amazing. It wasn’t too strong that mask the sweetness of oyster🦪 /4 courses mix & match lunch $490/ 1️⃣ /American black Angus/ I love the presentation! The tartare was well seasoned. But my parents weren’t that fond of the texture of raw minced meat😅 personally would prefer to have carpaccio more🙈 /Japanese mackerel/ The mackerel was grilled perfectly with a charred skin. Love the smoky flavour. The inside was pinkish in colour with a smooth and oily texture. The oyster cream further lifted the freshness. 2️⃣ /Boston lobster (add $180 for half)/ This is a quenelle that stuffed with lobster meat. The quenelle was fluffy and light. Surprised to get Bok Choi in the dish😂 /Norman organic egg yolk/ There’s an egg yolk inside the fried ravioli! the sauce was creamy and went well with foie gras. /Japanese cuttlefish/ The cuttlefish noodle was so chewy😂 taste like 海蜇😂🙈adding coconut, tamarind and macadamia made the dish more tropical and refreshing🏝 3️⃣ /French duck breast from Maison Ernest Soulard/ Nothing special. Tbh it’s a bit dry... /Miyazaki A4 Sirloin (add $290)/ One of the must try(?) personally think that it’s overrated.... it’s too oily for me... it would be perfectly fine if it melts in my mouth but it didn’t.... /Norwegian shiny cod/ Probably the best main🤔 love the firm and whitish flesh! 4️⃣ /Soufflé/ Raspberry soufflé + lychee sorbet🥰 what a great combo! It’s so refreshing and summerish☀️ /Chocolate choux/Guariguette strawberries/ Don’t have any cm since I didn’t taste both of them😂🙈 /Petite fours/ The best canele I have ever had🙈crispy outside and fluffy inside👌🏻 Overall, not the best fine dining experience🤔but it’s still a good deal for the price!

Tried out this two Michelin- starred french restaurant from St Regis! They serve innovative french cuisine. Love the elegant interior. Like many other french fine dining, all the dishes were very delicate and presentable🥰 The sourdough was soft and moist. I love the champagne butter so much! Theres 3 items for the amuse bouche. I like the trout the most! Just one point to note was that the bread and amuse bouche served too quickly.... the food arrived while we were still deciding what to eat.... /Allure lunch set menu- 3 courses $788 (including coffee & tea)/ ꧁ℂ𝕆𝕃𝔻 𝕊𝕋𝔸ℝ𝕋𝔼ℝ𝕊꧂ /Brittany razor clams “à la marinière” “W3 Caviar No.2 Superior Oscriètre” (+$280)/ Like its presentation so much❤️ it gives a multiple textures. The caviar pop in my mouth, while the caviar cream underneath gives a creamy and smooth texture. The clams on top added sweetness and freshness to the dish💯 /Grilled tuna 5 spices Crushed avocado & crispy shallots/ Feel like having a poke bowl😂🙈 love the combination of tuna and avocado🥑 The acidity of the sauce makes the dish even more appetising👍🏻 ꧁𝕊𝔼𝔸𝔽𝕆𝕆𝔻꧂ /Brittany blue lobster cooked “à la nage” Uni emulsion & lemon zest (+$180)/ There’s a generous amount of blue lobster🦞 really 啖啖肉🤣 it gets a less intense flavour when comparing to those Boston lobster. Love the firm yet supple texture that you don’t have to chew for a long time! The uni emulsion wasn’t that stand out tho... ꧁𝕄𝔼𝔸𝕋꧂ /Roasted Iberico pork pluma Pink garlic confit & black garlic emulsion/ This iberico port pluma was so tender! It looks tiny but in fact there’s quite a lot of pieces overlapping with each other. The sauce added sweetness to the dish which made it lighter and less greasy🐖 ꧁𝕊𝕎𝔼𝔼𝕋 𝔻𝔼𝕃𝕀ℂ𝔸𝕋𝔼𝕊꧂ /Agrimontana pistachio soufflé & pistachio praline ice cream (+$128)/ Personally love pistachio sooooo muchhhhh🥰 this is probably the best pistachio soufflé I have ever had! It gets a super rich nutty flavour and not too sweet at all (unlike all those sweetness overloaded french dessert) love the crispy layer on top and there’s a cake layer underneath the soufflé as well! The pistachio ice cream tasted superb! Also super rich in flavour. Wanna encore this dessert so much❤️ /Wild strawberry, rhubarb compote & champagne rosé sorbet (+$98)/ This dessert looks so pretty🥰 there’s layers of meringue and strawberry! After you “destroy” the dessert you’ll get the Champaign rose sorbet inside😂 /Petite fours/ Last but not least, it came to the petite fours🥰 love the way they presented the tiny bites! The dessert trolley looks amazing! There’s a lot of options for you to choose from. I would wish to try all of them😂🙈 I like the yuzu cake, pistachio Choco and citrus puff👍🏻 Overall, quite an impressive dining experience! I have expected a better service tho....

After my visit to mashi no mashi, I always wanted to try all the restaurants from the wagyumafia brand🤣 went to yakinikumafia this time. The food and service were superb! You can def enjoy high quality grilled ozaki beef here! The interior design resembles the Copenhagen’s airport. Felt like I was having dinner at the airport lounge😂✈️ /Yakinikumafia BBQ plate combo set $480/ Since this was my first time to Yakinikumafia, the staff kindly explained the menu to us. To begin with, we tried out their Wagyu bone broth. It was well flavoured and got a thick texture but wasn’t too oily/ heavy at all!🐮 after that they introduced the BBQ sauce and appetisers to us! For the ozaki Wagyu plate, 3 types of beef were provided. It was suggested to start with lean, follow by medium and fatty. You can grill the beef for 10sec each side in order to get a perfect medium rare! The 3 cuts give you a different taste and texture. Personally like the fatty one the most😂🤭 it really melts in your mouth and I think it gets a stronger flavour🥰 I like the sauce with raw egg yolk very much! Not too salty but able to lifted the flavour of Wagyu beef! /Soft ice cream with waffle cone $40/ Best way to end the meal! It’s a milk with sea salt soft serve🍦it melts quite quickly... rmb to finish it asap after taking a few nice pic😂 Overall, good service and food quality. The staff there are super nice and friendly! Love the wagyumafia vibes and their signature pose as well🎉 Will definitely come again!🐮
