第一個套餐:醉鮮鮑配夫妻肺片+火薰玉蓮鴨子麵
估唔到有一隻鮑魚,切開了三片。鮑魚嘅鮮味加上少少料酒,味道很好,而且肉質彈牙👍🏻 至於夫妻肺片的份量也不少,充滿麻香味!🤤

聽待應講,“下江南.精選套餐” 係全日一個價錢,冇分中午,下午,夜晚,揀咗兩個套餐,佢哋係 “火薰玉蓮鴨子飯” 和 “青筍蒽椒丸子麵” ,有飯有麵,好啱我哋中國人胃口,而且每個套餐都跟有兩個涼菜,這個就係點解揀套餐的原因。涼性的鴨肉啱晒熱氣騰騰夏天,感覺食咗可以清熱祛濕,蓮子亦清心醒胃,好配搭。

行完博物館勁肚餓,尼間餐廳就係G floor。入來坐滴看窗外風景好靚,無敵天空景,配合店裡放鬆的音樂,人都放鬆噻。點佐兩個套餐,一個是重慶小麵配合兩個涼菜,醉仙鮑同醉珍肝。一個是菜肉大雲吞配花雕醉雞同夫妻肺片。重慶小麵料很多,肉醬花生同酸菜,量好足,仲有足量蒜末,撈埋一齊好香。面比較有咬勁,面皮唔算厚。菜肉大雲吞真是幾大隻,一碗有好多粒。餡料除了菜肉好似仲有韭菜,好香。雲吞湯底中規中矩。醉鮮鮑已經切成幾片,質地韌韌哋,酒味唔重。醉珍肝就脆好多,同樣酒味唔重,幾好。夫妻肺片牛肉都肥瘦相間,唔算辣,再辣滴應該仲香。花雕醉雞酒味就濃烈好多,雞肉帶皮,好嫩。甜品點佐姜汁湯圓同蟠桃包。湯圓是芝麻餡料,薑汁暖胃,甜甜哋有少少辣,食完好舒服。蟠桃包好得意,同故宮氛圍好搭,餡料有竹筍和香菇,食落不膩,面皮好軟。飲品點佐水果茶,水果種類唔多,但酸酸甜甜好開胃,清爽解暑,冰冰涼涼,飲落人都舒服佐,今日行博物館的疲倦一掃而空。

這是慈禧太后喜愛的甜食。還有一個棗泥麻餅, 因為喜歡紅棗和芝麻。點完就先欣賞窗外美景,看看旁邊的人吃甚麼,在舒適的環境享受美食確是賞心樂事。今天的食物非常精緻,特別出色是山西肉夾饃,特製的面餅夾住用孜然等香料製作的豬肉生菜,非常美味,麵餅是即叫即做,香鮮美味,是一道出色的美食。吃到一半才想起沒有飲品,問侍應可否給我們兩杯水,他回答說餐廳沒有水供應,再看看旁邊一枱原來是自己帶備水壺,幸好我們點了一個火熏玉蓮鴨子面,有麵湯飲冇問題。

麵食也是很出色,這裡的面條有別於外面的麵食,特別香韌,感覺上應該是手工麵,配菜也是很豐富,有燒鴨,有蓮子,還有一些火腿絲,麵湯清香甘甜,不覺有味精,所以我連湯都飲哂。幾個冷盤小食也不錯

平日想搵個靜靜地嘅地方同朋友食個簡單飯,喺九龍區好似冇乜可能咁,但係今日比我發現到原來喺西九文化區一帶嘅餐廳,平日夜晚好寧靜好悠閒,仲要有好靚嘅維景夜景欣賞。本來都知道近海邊係有啲酒吧,但係今日想食中餐,就同咗朋友嚟故宮博物館嘅下江南。大家如果喺平日夜晚嚟,一定記得要喺LG層經過安檢入去,工作人員會問你要去邊一度,然後行一層上G/F,千祈唔好嘗試喺G/F嘅博物館入口進入餐廳,因為博物館已經閂咗門。雖然食物選擇唔多,但係我覺得嘢食水準係喜出望外嘅,小食一定要食佢嘅花雕系列,我哋試咗醉雞同鴨都好好味,主食方面我哋叫咗重慶小面同埋火熏玉蓮鴨子麵,蓮子鴨麵係必食,坊間比較少地方有得食。我覺得重慶小面嘅麻辣口感都係好好食,唔會超辣,啲面亦都唔會太硬或者太爛,喺出面食過,有啲黃豆做得唔好,成個感覺好似食糊仔咁,呢度就唔會有呢個情況。仲有,我覺得一定要食佢哋嘅甜品,當日有部份食物都已經賣晒,點咗棗泥餅,好鬆脆,芝麻好香,不過預咗會有少少飽滯,可以四個人share一份,每人試少少。另外佢個桑寄生蛋茶味道好濃郁,甜度略甜,但係個紅糖好好食。仲有點左雜果鴛鴦涼粉,味道就比較普通,不過個賣相都係非常之討好嘅

雖然食物選擇唔多,但係我覺得嘢食水準係喜出望外嘅,小食一定要食佢嘅花雕系列,我哋試咗醉雞同鴨都好好味,主食方面我哋叫咗重慶小面同埋火熏玉蓮鴨子麵,蓮子鴨麵係必食,坊間比較少地方有得食。我覺得重慶小面嘅麻辣口感都係好好食,唔會超辣,啲面亦都唔會太硬或者太爛,喺出面食過,有啲黃豆做得唔好,成個感覺好似食糊仔咁,呢度就唔會有呢個情況。

仲有,我覺得一定要食佢哋嘅甜品,當日有部份食物都已經賣晒,點咗棗泥餅,好鬆脆,芝麻好香,不過預咗會有少少飽滯,可以四個人share一份,每人試少少。另外佢個桑寄生蛋茶味道好濃郁,甜度略甜,但係個紅糖好好食。仲有點左雜果鴛鴦涼粉,味道就比較普通,不過個賣相都係非常之討好嘅。

雖然價錢唔算係非常大眾化,但係環境真係好舒服,同埋食完飯仲可以行吓海旁,間唔中去吓避靜都真係幾不錯!
