服務態度一般,因買了一支港幣24圓的430ml Watson 支裝水,竟不提供水杯。套餐重慶小麵,麵質似粉團,不似一般的麵條有彈性,味道一般。最差的是小食分量,四喜烤夫四小粒,三片小雲耳,三小塊鹽水鴨及一條幼小條青瓜,一絕。另青荀蔥椒丸子飯味道也是一般。竟在香港故宮博物館內食中菜,沒有一樣好,真的有失中國人的面。希望貴餐廳多多改善服務態度和食物品質質素。高興參觀故宮博物館,卻在餐飲上敗北,有失香港美食的美譽,又何況是中菜。

西九文化區都開咗一段時間,見咁好天去行下。就係行故宮文化博物館嘅時候見到呢間叫下江南嘅餐廳,見個名好有感覺又肚餓就試下佢啦。康𤋮同乾隆都係在位期間,曾多次下江南地區出巡,途中考察民情風俗,品嚐各地特色美食呢間下江南位於故宮博物館,取名好有心思。餐廳充滿典雅氛圍,設計又別出心裁連餐牌都以月亮造型呈現🌙而從餐廳寬敞嘅窗戶望出去,更可欣賞到西九維港壯麗嘅景色,為用餐環境增添不少分數。我地選擇咗兩個套餐。第一個套餐有火薰玉蓮鴨子麵🍜,麵份量不少,啖啖鴨肉鮮嫩多汁,濃郁的湯底中蘊含著豐富的鴨肉香氣,蓮子亦輕輕入口即化。而小食方面,醉鮮鮑同花雕醉雞,鮑魚切開三片,著柔軟卻有彈性又充滿酒香。配上醉雞酒香醇厚,雞肉細嫩多汁雞肉充分吸收了花雕酒的風味,同時保持了肉質的嫩滑和原汁原味。至於酥油野雞瓜飯🍛,雞肉嫩滑香濃美味帶微辣酥油,配上松子紅椒,正而小食鹽水鴨同醉雞一樣嫩滑和鮮美鹹香可口,手拍青瓜伴雲耳就正常發揮。飲品方面,杯水果茶清新解渴最後,甜品選擇驢打滾,甜度適中,建議上枱盡快食,以保留外皮嘅軟糯。

故宮博物館真係有好多嘢可以參觀,基本上一定會行到成日,所以行完成日,都想搵個地方坐下飲杯嘢,所以就去咗呢間有落地玻璃幾光猛嘅下江南甜品有好多選擇,我們喜歡吃芋圓,所以叫了芋圓紅豆涼粉。望住中環景色甜品,真是別有一番風味,芋圓非常之新鮮,很Q彈,食落去就知道涼粉很適合夏天嗰陣時食,加埋啲花奶同埋啲紅豆,真的透心涼哦飲品方面,水果茶和百香果青檸茶,真的值得叫,份量竟然是手搖飲品一樣,非常大杯,而且所有東西都是鮮榨的,非常之清甜又新鮮。坐到咁上下,我們決定食埋個輕盈晚餐先走,這個山西牛肉夾餅真的很特別,就算在平時的上海餐廳都見唔到,很有北方的孜然粉風味,入面又有不少青菜,中和返孜然牛肉的口感。醉雞非常之入味烤夫甜甜地,非常開胃。快雲吞湯底非常鮮甜,還有用上櫻花蝦和蛋花,用料考究,非常精緻。夫妻肺片有麻辣味牛腱,非常過癮。最鮑魚醃得剛剛好。
