適逢朋友生日，好耐無去𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝘁𝗲𝗮 咁就去咗𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝘁𝗲𝗮搵搵下見到𝗪 𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗹 𝗪𝗼𝗼 𝗕𝗮𝗿呢個𝗦𝗲𝘁又唔貴環境一定唔會差有杯𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗸變相二杯嘢飲仲有魚子醬勁高級感覺啱晒大熱天時甜點同咸點都各佔大半Scone味道一般但其餘甜點都好好味又唔會太甜特別個個馬卡龍勁好味咁嘅價錢同環境cp值好高

入到Woobar呢個時尚嘅天地，一掌大靚景就已經攝晒心🎇。先來個聖誕茶set，色彩閃閃惹人愛💖。Pickled Red Beet Deviled Egg先來一個，松露味拎捏得好準，一啖Serrano Ham Chips，鹹香正！Spinach Bread Bun包住BBQ火雞，滋味好滿足。再講Duck Liver Terrine，完美搓合埋果仁脆脆，味道層次多到數唔清👌。當然唔少得醉人嘅Smoked Salmon Tartare，加埋三文魚籽好入味。最得意係做到圓滾滾嘅Goat Cheese Ball，半甜唔膩，好過癮！甜品部分真係讓人心花怒放🌸。Cinnamon Rice Pudding溫暖咁融入口，Apricot and Pistachio Mont Blanc Cake就係淡雅中帶點堅果嘅對比，好精緻。聽日聖誕鐘聲，一啖Mango Christmas Bell，甜美得嚟又唔膩口，正！再嚟個Cherry Cheese Log Cake，啖啖櫻桃同芝士嘅享受，咬落crunchy嘅蔓越莓scone，鬆化得嚟又保留住啖啖crumbs嘅趣味，真係滿足到不行。有誰可以拒絕這場舌尖上嘅聖誕盛宴啊？尤其是坐喺呢度望住海景，親味親景，哇，真係得喎！🍾🍰🌅

Beautifully presented afternoon tea with treats matching the theme very well 🤩🍹Welcome Mocktail: A tangy drink the is very refreshing and appetising SAVOURIES🐟Caviar 10g with Condiment: A very good combination, a good start of the afternoon tea🍅Tomato Chocolate Quiche: Good that the tomato aroma was not too strong. There was a slight sweetness from the quiche but it balanced well with the savoury taste🦆Foie Gras Terrine with Chili Dark Chocolate: A delightful surprise that the chocolate did not overpower the Foie Gras. It was also not overly spicy. A good blend of flavours.🥩Beef Pastrami Tartare Profiteroles with Avocado 🥑: Flavours blended well. Will be better if the profiterole could be a bit more flaky.🥪Spanish Ham Truffle Sandwich: Very nice flavours from the Spanish ham and truffleSWEETS🌰Chestnut Mont Blanc: Loved the chestnut aromas. However, it was a bit too sweet🍫66% Valrhona Chocolate Yuzu: Cute presentation of playing cards. The yuzu added a refreshing touch🧁Hazelnut Espresso Cupcake: A good balance of hazelnut and espresso flavours🍊Orange Raspberry Macaroon: The tangy flavours from the orange made the treat not over sweet🍒Cranberries Trifle: The berries were a bit sour🥧Cranberries & Cinnamon, and Original Flavour Scones (With Clotted Cream / Homemade Rose Jam): Texture was ok, loved the cranberries and cinnamon flavoursA delightful afternoon overall. Everything was aesthetically presented.
