附近有三間好出名食豬什。今次是永記點了三餸淨食有豬肺豬心鮮柏葉,仲有芥蘭。呢間嘅優點係豬心同埋豬肺都係切得比較大件,同厚好處係唔會碎濕濕同埋相對都係較爽口。店家火候控制比較好芽菜同埋芥蘭都係煮得比較爽口。最好12點前入座,因為每碗都係即食等嘅時間耐少少。 continue reading

#永記潮州粉麵 喺西營盤食豬雜粉麵,有一間老字號叫永記,鋪面唔大,經常都有好多客去食,今次決定早啲去試下。十一點幾去食諗住避開食飯時間,點知都係坐滿曬,好彩有一個位可以攝入去,嗌咗豬雜米,店員建議食中size,同雙拼一樣價錢$44。嚟到嘅時候第一時間試咗啖湯,係非常鮮甜嘅豬雜湯,並非胡椒豬骨湯,個湯好正。更加正嘅係好多芹菜碎,非常香。咁多件豬雜入面我最鍾意係豬肺,食到有少少爽口,除咗有一件腩肉比較大件,其餘豬雜都係碎上,而且比較細件,食咗都唔知。專登叫米粉索下啲湯嚟食,米粉係我鍾意食比較爽口嗰種,加咗少少辣椒油更加好味。實在太多客嚟食,會坐得比較迫,但價錢同味道都非常吸引,性價比高。唔敢想像食飯時間會有幾忙碌😅永記潮州粉麵西環西營盤修打蘭街21號地舖 continue reading

永記已經捧場左6.7年,水準一直keep到,大件夾抵食。就算年年加價,都冇拗撬。因為真係好食同飽。不過自從比米x定mx 食過後,再去幫襯發現份量小得可憐,以為一次半次,再第二日去食特登嗌加底,同無加一樣,連老闆娘見到,都聽到佢話加左喇?到琴日再幫襯,情況一樣,今次到送餐阿姐都話,咁就加左?但佢都無意識去幫我同廚房問下。香港地食碗麵唔飽都明,咁咪加錢囉。但加完可唔可以比返應有既野客人?唔知呢個”份量”係老闆要求定廚房自己亂嚟,如果係前者,真係會另捧場客失望 continue reading
