人氣馬拉菜館 -「蘇媽蘇媽」,之前在尖沙咀分店吃過覺得不錯。沒想到原來現在連沙田新城市廣場都開了分店。剛好要和朋友在這邊晚飯,那就決定吃這間囉。星期日晚市大約要等20分鐘。裝修走東南亞風格,夠明亮,坐得也幾舒服。一字骨肉骨茶 (HKD 188) 4個人大約每人喝到1碗半左右。藥材味都算濃,帶少許甜味容易入口。肉的話非常軟腍,基本上是一咬就骨肉分離了呢。招牌椰香咖喱叻沙 (HKD 88)椰香味濃得來偏辣的湯底夠惹味,但配料感覺比較少。像是螄蚶就好像只食到一兩隻。另外這碗選了滲滲。四大天王 (HKD 92) 這個包括了味道很特別的臭豆,吸滿油的茄子、爽脆的豆角和軟糯粘滑的秋葵,整體味道很濃。羅惹生果豆卜 (HKD 76) 醬汁香濃且有一種甜味。很多食材都是脆身那種,像是爽脆的青瓜,油炸鬼等。海南鴛鴦燒麵包 (HKD 52) 厚切鮮牛油加上咖央,作為飯後甜點不錯。三色拉茶 (HKD 42) 就是有焦香的椰糖+奶+茶。喜歡喝甜的可以選這個。想解喝的話建議點 桔仔話梅水 (HKD 42)。

所謂夜繽紛就是九點半都未到就要埋單,瘋狂執枱,抹枱,變相趕人走。8點幾先入座,又唔係一秒上齊餸,2個人4個菜,2杯嘢飲,成枱菜只食到一半時,成班員工為了早收工就來要人埋單,又嚟左執右執,又收碗又想收碟,搞到人無心機食,打包即走。想早收工,不如8點就唔畀入座,做少輪枱啦。食到火都嚟。

蘇媽蘇媽開咗喺沙田之後一直都好想搵食今日見到佢午飯好吸引絕對要試一試依間店主打一定係肉骨茶佢先一定嗌過肉骨茶先囉,成個肉骨茶上嚟選左用一字排唔肥瘦分明又有骨香而最緊要梗係佢真係好足料飲到好香嘅藥材味而且份量好多暖笠笠,加入肉骨茶精華同藥材,好養生啊棒棒骨有4條,肉質腍身,沾秘製醬油好滋味啊仲有豆卜同金菇,索哂湯底,好入味啊馬來西亞梗係要叫返個喇沙啦成個喇沙湯底濃掛住係面上面加埋豬頸肉面都覺得好惹味桔仔話梅水桔味好重,成杯飲品唔會太甜,仲酸酸地好清爽,飲完好開胃另外朋友嗌咗杯美祿美祿味濃,美祿專屬回憶返晒嚟
