環境方面:枱與枱之間不算太密集,但四人坐感覺有點迫,枱不夠大望海景,雖然不是維港景,但日落時大家也爭去打卡食物方面:總扣味道非常滿意,只有一道鴨/鵝肝配黑豬肉太乾身有點硬,肝太薄不夠油份,完全吃不出肝的油香味道另外這兒是一道菜上,吃完才上另一道,好處是保持温度及口感,但貪心鬼的我還是喜歡吃一下這味餸又吃一下那味餸,不過枱面太細,如果全部上菜真的沒那麼多位而且這裡菜色通常計位數的湯太好飲很甜但要一口氣飲完,就很飽服務方面:有酒店水平,會和客人建議上菜次序,加水加茶也滿勤力但有改善空間,如龍蝦沒給龍蝦鉗,要叫才有,可能没客人如我那麼寒酸要吃那龍蝦爪,但别浪費真的非常肥美,有很多肉,輕輕夾一下一條蟹肉就出來,

最後感想:
服務同環境絕對係5星級,侍應們都好細心,例如建議適當份量,上菜時為你切開,上菜速度等等。環境就唔駛講,好舒適,同隔離台距離都有番咁上下👍🏻

煎帶子薑米炒飯:因為實在吃不下太多,打包上房了,不過即使是冷吃,也是驚為天人的好味道,炒飯粒粒分明,刺身級帶子煎得剛剛好,淡淡的薑味,連不喜歡薑味的我們也都接受得到。

TBH I was quite full after the 3rd dish and we asked the restaurant to get us smaller portion for the ladies, but i still have a lot of food left on my plate . The food was quite yummy indeed but you will expect to taste it in other chinese restaurants as well, the service was excellent, they tried to explain to us the details of the dish and the pairing wine as well. We had a great night there and that dinner was like 3.5 hrs long 🤫 still not enough time for me to digest all the food 🤫

蝦多士: 個個人黎都點呢味,我又跟風叫下😋 果然係炸到金黃色好脆,d蝦膠又彈牙,好食👍🏼
脆皮三層燒肉: 不嬲都鍾意食燒肉,又係好脆,少少油喺中間又唔太油膩😈正
鮑粒荷葉飯: 飯唔算太突出但值得讚嘅係好足料,有大蝦鮑粒冬菇瑤柱咁🤭 所以先可以賣咁貴

其他野食都係幾好ok咁,唔算太特別
唯一可惜嘅係無機會食到出名嘅叉燒😩
不過未必會再revisit啦,每人都成$500,性價比不太高🤔

今次到最高中菜廳食晚飯,我地冇選擇套餐,想試下招牌小食點完菜就上左當天的前菜,係鹵水鮑魚加酸薑皮蛋。鮑魚入味,但味道較濃,搶了鮑魚的鮮味,亦略嫌口感太軟,沒有有鮑魚的彈牙口感。大蝦窩貼,係今晚最好食,最值得推介!😋😋香脆可口,大蝦爽甜,配埋酸甜汁可以食多幾件。最出名既黑毛豬叉燒,呢度係半份既份量,但好厚,份量好有誠意。叉燒夠肉質,但欠缺barbecue 既味道,冇燒蜜汁既惹味同香甜。如果可以燒得足d, 會更好。呢個譽為最好食既叉燒,實在不符事實,都幾失望。釀蟹蓋,蟹肉好多,但忌廉搶左蟹肉味道。而且師傅功力唔好,太多蟹殼🤨🤨,一路食要一路損出黎😟鴿肉兩食,呢個配搭唔錯,每個味道都試到,唔會膩鮑魚滑雞脆麵,味道好一般,鮑魚完全冇鮮味,啲汁應該分開一d 另上,依家太多,太鹹,有浸軟晒中間既麵。大廚應該要細心諗下上菜安排。呢個價錢有大半係為個景而黎,服務都算好,但中餐廳黎講,味道其實好普通。
