好朋友來港旅遊,我同佢去銅鑼灣行下,朋友喜歡食海南雞,就去咗附近嘅天天海南雞飯食晚飯,餐廳是新加坡米芝蓮推介餐廳,獲無數獎項,享譽世界被譽為雞飯之王。天天海南雞(大):海南雞採用皮下脂肪少的白羽肉雞,所以雞皮爽滑,肉厚零脂肪,口感嫰滑,就連雞胸也絲毫不嚡口。加上秘製雞汁,特別惹味。雞油飯(大):食海南雞不可缺少的就是油飯,廚師會先炒香蒜、斑蘭葉等,再放湯和米再炒,待收水之後再蓋上蓋子蒸,使每粒米都吸收湯的精華,無論味道或口感都極佳。黑胡椒羅氏蝦粉絲煲:原煲用火熱住上枱,熱辣辣即時香氣四溢,羅氏蝦好大隻,味道鮮甜,肉質彈牙,粉絲吸收蝦的精華和黑胡椒醬汁,真係夠晒惹味! continue reading

老友生日請吃飯, 話食豪d, 選了這華麗店舖我們二人一入已給環境吸引, 圓圓的榙, 每榙距離很闊, 容易傾談, 有私隱而且三位職員熱情招呼已加分不少但先看看食物如何先我們點了招牌菜, 天天海南雞, 果然肉質很滑, 不太肥, 細細件上碟, 應該是很嫩的雞, 加上我喜歡的甜豉油和薑蓉, 更加相得益彰說人氣雞飯王真是沒誇張另外加了一碗油飯, 應是清雞湯煮的,非常大碗, 飯香而且軟的, 合我們心水再點了星洲福建蝦麵大份油麵也是非常大碟, 足可三人吃, 有很多不同的配料, 有蝦,菜, 花甲, 栗米芯, 蠔仔, 而且新鮮好味,特別在有生芽菜, 真是很星洲風味, 欣賞很地道味道, 值得讚是蝦很大隻, 新鮮不梅, 少少辣很好, 還有炒得不太多油最後來的是黑磨豉炆豬軟骨, 煲煲上, 其實我從未吃過此配搭,上枱時出煙的, 豬軟骨炆得軟身, 大大件多肉, 有少少肥, 反而我們喜歡口感很喜歡所有菜式同時間一起上碟, 不用等住吃本想吃甜點但實在太飽了, 一定下次再點最後配上好喝的中國茶, 消油脂, 寫下呢餐完結的一段見到有星洲旅客來, 應是出名好味,和他們吃大排檔完全不同 continue reading
