一直都好想試吓半島high Tea 。這些機會,同女仔好似適合些,我覺得佢嘅三層架算都出色,計埋環境,服務真係一流。好多人話好食嘅鬆餅,亦都係焦點指一,入口鬆軟,味道恰恰好,而且成個三層假嘅份量好多,基本上都食唔晒。其他甜點,覺得啲味道重咗啲,不過當然好精緻,真係愛不釋手另外我哋再叫咗一個雪糕甜品,呢個就好好食要食到星期六日嘅時間,當然要一早上網book一早預晒時間,網上book,可惜朋友中咗COVID,好在可以改期,改咗另一個星期六。

一直都好想試吓半島high Tea 。


這些機會,同女仔好似適合些,我覺得佢嘅三層架算都出色,計埋環境,服務真係一流。

好多人話好食嘅鬆餅,亦都係焦點指一,入口鬆軟,味道恰恰好,而且成個三層假嘅份量好多,基本上都食唔晒。

💖唯一不變既食物係scone,正如我之前其他食評提過,scone都係一樣好考廚師實力既點心,冇任何花巧外形可言,食客鍾唔鍾意,全憑口感同味道取勝。老實講3-4年前我同朋友都覺得文華東方既scone係最好食,但近1-2年再去果度食,已經冇左以前一入口就心心眼既感覺,我地都唔知係我地口味變左定佢地換左廚師,取而代之,我地都一致認為半島既scone成為我地心中榜首。半島既scone, 大小、軟硬度適中,可以得心應手、保持優雅咁查到cream/ jam,唔會好似之前食評提過有間查查下成個散左。味道方面,scone本身奶油味香、唔會太甜,加埋cream/ jam, 味道恰到好處。之前staycation試過take away D scone, 番屋企隔日叮番熱依然唔會乾粉👍🏻。


💖環境方面,個人係好鍾意歷史文化建築,半島大堂樓底高,一排排既柱樑加上巴洛克風格既裝飾,仲有拱窗,令大堂更顯氣派,身處有近百年歷史既一級歷史建築到食維多利式下午茶,更有氣氛。


💖氛圍感亦都係整個用餐體驗既加分位,聖誕節、過年呢d大節日,有大聖誕樹、半島聖誕熊、桃花,巧妙咁凝聚左在座既食客,大家會有個joint attention, 望住聖誕樹用餐、一齊出去影相。主題下午茶亦都相關小紀念品,例如Peter Rabbit填色簿、Bulgari明信片,雖然都唔係咩貴重野,但感受到酒店既心思,因為呢d野本身都係bonus.


💖現場樂隊亦都係重要元素,唔少五星酒店/西餐廳都有現場鋼琴演奏,而半島有4位樂師小型orchestra, 分別演奏鋼琴、小提琴、大提琴同埋長笛。演奏既歌曲以西方音樂為主,由巴洛克/古典音樂例如歌劇中耳熟能詳既詠嘆調,到流行音樂例如家傳戶曉既迪士尼動畫歌曲都有,試想像下,Canon in D / Colours of the Wind 由敲擊樂、弦樂、管樂合奏帶黎聽覺體驗自然更豐富、有層次。不過疫情/後疫情階段好似唔係每次去都有齊4師live band🥺希望佢地可以日日full team 💪🏻。


💖至於抵唔抵食,其實都好睇果次用餐想focus係邊,如果focus 飽唔飽,半島個下午茶係飽既,但係如果要好似食buffet咁食到12成超級飽,可能要揀d可以refill/ semi-buffet既酒店/餐廳,但個人經驗,有semi buffet既下午茶,可能會因為用左d quota 食周邊野,個下午茶set即場食唔曬,如果take away就要keep到食物新鮮度。如果可以refill既下午茶set, 可能會因為太飽而滯左,要揀個啱自己食野份量同飲食模式既下午茶。如果以上幾個💖point唔係重點,咁真係有好多其他更抵既選擇。

今次為左食Peter Rabbit個主題,所以成個月前就book定今次個scone既水準返返黎,無奶粉味,黎到食既時候仲係暖暖地,鹹甜點都有用心整,好欣賞個「蟹盒」(黃色橢圓形的空心盒),啖啖蟹肉,個青瓜麥包卷就真係如服務員建議,要第一個食左先,都真係無咩特別,當清一清口開始食tea既感覺咁😆最無特別既甜點就要數紫色嗰個sponge cake,反而carrot cake做得好好,夠濕潤又唔乾,又唔太濕
