首次半島酒店hightea享受一下當貴婦的感覺😆💗Tea set $782/兩位,$418/一位第一層是甜品(圖三):紅色的是紅苺荔枝macaron,甜甜酸酸,果味濃郁,十分開胃啡色的是咖啡蛋糕,top cream非常幼滑,入口即溶,帶香濃啡咖味,咖啡控必定一試愛上第二層是手指三文治(圖四):青瓜蛋糕很特別,青瓜味十分青新,三層的蛋糕加強了青瓜的爽脆口感,薄切青瓜鋪面手工精細,別緻優雅三角形的是芝士火腿三文治,芝士很厚,味道濃郁,整體配合恰宜,芝士控大愛最下層是英式鬆餅(圖五):鬆餅帶著香濃牛油味,提子加強了口感,共有四件之多而且十分大件貴氣餐具(圖七,八)先把隔茶葉器放在杯上,然後才斟茶,這樣茶葉就不會進到杯子裏,客人也不會喝到茶葉,十分細心高雅💗欣賞酒店之細心💗另外很欣賞職員的有禮,最後我們吃餘了魚生,職員問我們是否魚生做得不好所以不吃?我們只答說:不是,其實只因我們不吃太喜歡魚生。不是餐廳的問題,放心職員竟主動說可以多給我們兩件喜愛的三文治以作補償,何等貼心的服務!真是值得加許!總結:甜品質素很好,最深刻是職員超級有禮貌,環境又美又高雅💗愛上這個地方🥰💗一定會再來 continue reading

If you're looking for a place that looks and feels expensive but doesn't want to spend too much, this is the place. The food portion is too small for me but the presentation is plus A. Their small menu will help you choose quickly. I always like the atmosphere at the Peninsula and dining at this restaurant and knowing the history of the building and the hotel itself makes me feel like I'm part of that history. The staff was very nice and friendly. Food tastes good. Just too small for me hehe. continue reading

今日假期去唔係好多人,一入去大堂嘅服務很好,大堂嘅設計很Grand,整個氣氛亦很舒適,播放着休閒的音樂非常relax選擇了三層架的下午茶,買單大約$800左右,最底層是4件提子乾scone ,配士多啤梨醬同忌廉,微熱而且軟熟,茶想兩種醬料之後味道非常可口。第二層是鹹點,有青瓜三文治🥪,🦐三文治、煙熏三文魚達.....全部都很好吃😋最高一層是甜品🍮分別有朱古力蛋糕🧁,馬卡隆.....比較偏甜。而且有很多飲品嘅選擇,本人邊點了桃味烏龍茶,整體還可以,雖然份量不多但都足夠。當然去到半島都係食環境為主,相機先食,影住呢個三層架下午茶,真係邊個角度都靚所以影咗很多漂亮的相片!因為是半島酒店的關係所以價錢係比較高。 continue reading

Superb and very caring staff members attended to our requests. Three of us wanted our easy over eggs done in slightly different ways and god knows how the chef did them all so perfectly. All of us wanted different bread and pastries and we were all happy to receive what we desire like hot cross buns, apricot danish and toasted French baguette.
