💮終於又輪到熊妹一年一度嘅大日子,樹熊深知熊妹喜好英式下午茶,一早預訂左全香港最高級最著名嘅《半島酒店》經典下午茶,實在驚喜萬分。🥰📌實不相瞞,作為high tea發燒友嘅熊妹竟然係未試過《半島》下午茶,都有啲慚愧,所以今次係好期待嚟到《半島酒店》朝聖一下。🤩📌華麗高貴嘅裝潢,帶出古典優雅嘅味道,熊妹頓時搖身一變,變成公主出巡。👰🏻📌樹熊一早預訂好嘅窗口位🖼,滲透着柔和嘅光線💡,唔會刺眼又有陽光氣息。窗台擺放着畫功精緻嘅大花瓶,插滿紫紅色嘅繡球花同黃菊花💐,顯得格外清幽,份外賞心悅目。👀📌《半島》下午茶供應時間為下午兩時至六時,$748兩位加一,包含多款三文治、鬆餅、甜點同兩款飲品,有各類傳統半島茶、花茶、烏龍茶等供應,真係花多眼亂。📌《半島》經典下午茶秉承英式三層下午茶嘅傳統,用上銀器製嘅三層架,擺放着一層甜點層🍩,一層鹹點層🌮,一層鬆餅層🥠,再配上一大壺花茶🍵,係咁雍容華麗嘅環境下慢慢細味各款茶點嘅美味,再與友伴把茶聊天,實在係人生一大樂事。☺️甜點層四款精緻嘅甜點,有蜜瓜忌廉撻,紅莓蛋糕,芒果馬卡龍同埋奶茶蛋糕。味道都唔算好甜,本身應有嘅味道都好出,蜜瓜味香濃,紅莓味酸酸,芒果味偏甜,奶茶重奶味。其中熊妹就覺得蜜瓜忌廉撻最好味,本身蜜瓜配奶已經好夾,牛油撻皮又好鬆化,成件事係非常引人入口嘅甜撻🥧。鹹點層四款鹹點配返四款甜點,主要係三款三文治🥪同埋一款三文魚鹹忌廉杯。三文治嘅麵包非常軟熟,饀料配搭有雞肉,芝士,青瓜等等,飽肚之餘又唔會好膩濟,少少一件已經好夠喉。而另一款鹹點三文魚鹹忌廉杯,熊妹同樹熊就唔係好識欣賞啦,三文魚都幾爽口嘅,但托底嘅鹹忌廉比較鹹咗啲,同埋就咁食有點膩,熊妹認為如果可以撈相麵包會容易入口啲。英式鬆餅又到熊妹最喜愛嘅英式下午茶茶點啦,一如既往,熊妹認為好味嘅英式鬆餅一定要帶出淡淡的牛油香味同鬆化嘅鬆餅質感,《半島酒店》嘅英式鬆餅當然都唔會令熊妹失望喇。超開心嘅係四件鬆餅都係熊妹最愛嘅提子鬆餅,因為我覺得加上提子乾嘅甜可以提升牛油鬆餅嘅口感同味道,再搽埋跟上嘅士多啤梨果醬同cream butter,簡直完美配搭。果醬唔會太甜,熊妹最怕太假嘅甜;Cream butter質感滑滑的,淡淡的牛油忌廉香,真係鬆餅嘅最佳拍檔。香味茶:花香-熱情果、芙蓉花、萬壽菊花瓣《半島》下午茶咁多款茶揀,熊妹梗係要試一款花茶啦。非常高貴嘅銀器茶具,仲有茶篩隔雜茶葉,充滿高級西洋風。紫紅嘅茶從銀茶壺倒出,本身熊妹都好驚果茶會好甜,結果又唔係喎,少甜之餘花香味都好重,店員仲會好勤力咁不斷加水,就算飲到後期嘅茶都唔會覺得太淡味,果然值得一試。凍檸茶樹熊都係飲唔慣高級酒店嘅西洋茶葉,決定都係揀返地道風味嘅凍檸茶🍹,始終一口酸甜嘅冰茶先啱樹熊嘅口味,鹹魚青菜,各有所愛。📌淡淡牛油鬆化嘅英式鬆餅處於《半島酒店》嘅優雅氛圍下,呢個就係經典下午茶嘅靈魂。📌多謝樹熊的細心安排,熊妹終於圓夢。💕 continue reading

🦠武漢肺炎🦠疫情期間,在這裏住了一晚,這是離開前的午餐。由於實在太多人預訂房間連餐廳,原本check-in book lunch ,只有11:30 am時段😫,8:30am的早餐還沒有落格便要吃這午餐🤨?既定時候仍很飽的到大堂,發現不是很滿座,嘗試問問可否改為1:30pm方入座,同事非常樂意調節時間,令我們不用勉強飽着吃午餐1:30pm入座時已見到很多人在排隊輪候稍後的🧁hightea, 其實若不為我們調動時間,還可以多做一枱hightea客。很欣賞酒店的安排,以服務及顧客需要為先午餐時間還好,其實下午茶及早餐時段,大堂比較多客亦很嘈吵,staycation 檔期與平日的半島是有很大分別Lunch set餐前麵包🥯由於在這裏住了一晚,所以也吃了幾餐這些包,三款也是好味的。海參雞絲羹🍲完全是農曆新年的味道,冬菇味突出,很多材料很中式鮮味。奇怪的是兩碗熱度及咸度都不一樣,🧐一碗是煲底另一碗是新一煲嗎⁉️烤焗牛柳分別來自兩份Medium rare,熟度做得很好,但兩塊扒的質素也是很大分別,一份⭐️⭐️比較乾有筋亦難切,另一份⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️有水份肉嫩,兩份扒也烤得炭香,而且配上濃厚蛋黃醬令牛扒味道提升楊枝甘露平平無奇薄荷茶非常香,同事走到附近,茶未上枱已經聞得到酒店的服務絕對是令人滿意,但食物質素不突出而且並不統一平穩🤨,可能是客多吧。相對比較喜歡晚上在房內吃的晚餐🌃 continue reading

Wanted to for high tea near Christmas period and chose The Peninsula. Good thing was you don't have to wait in queue to get a table. Just leave your name and no with the servers.Xmas decor on your table... giving off the holiday vibes when you take picture of your food Restaurant has interesting selection of tea blends.This is a two-person serving.Items I super like: the tofu panna cotta, crab/ lobster (can't quite remember it now) mousse. Items I don't really like: the chocolate cake. Too sweet!! Overall, the peninsula high tea was a pleasant experience. But would be better if there's a view. continue reading

(同上一篇嘉麟樓一樣, 呢個係package下對酒店大堂食物的評價, 唔可以做評價平日lobby的準則)-首先講午餐, 室溫牛油 + 大大舊的大方份量, 已經滿足到我呢個蜆肉車打湯呢, 真係極度好飲, 非常超級滿足因為每啖都有煙肉薯仔蜆肉之類, 非常厚身CREMY非常滿意另一款前菜, 吞拿魚, 都唔錯既, 但湯好D呢個冇咩驚喜驚嚇, 就係三文魚加味唔係好夾又有D怪的菜味醬呢個steak其實唔錯, 只係我冇大感覺呢個蛋糕同 petit four由佢啦, 冇野想發表因為媽生日, 所以送的蛋卷有心就好啦, 要食靚蛋糕唔係而家啦, 好好嫁喇-另一日, 早餐我揀西式, 媽揀中式, 我冇試食媽的任何, 所以唔知, 但睇落, 中式穩陣D因為我揀CEREAL, 佢比左Oatmeal費士轉了呢個OK的但佢比漏左個包, 最後問時又咩都冇, 得番凍的牛油餐包一個中式起碼一上就齊, 唔會漏單整體黎講, 午餐好正常, 但早餐大家好似未訓醒, 又好急咁, 又係HEA你咁解 continue reading
