雖然呢度梅酒好出色,不過…原來呢度嘅嘢食先係殺著。同好多酒吧唔同,呢度嘅熱食真係有餐廳水平。最重要係佢嘅價錢冇因為酒吧而故意上調,就算就咁食嘢都唔會覺得肉赤。

我特別欣賞佢嘅”燒肉配薯條”,佢嘅燒肉係帶有超級脆皮,食落非常香口夠味。另外一個印象深刻嘅係”辣肉丸”,份量多,夠味,襯甜甜嘅梅酒亦非常好。另外佢嘅薯仔牛肉粒,牛肉非常嫩口,直程可以同中菜廳相提並論。至於”日式脆餅配梅子奶油乳酪,就酸酸甜甜,做甜品都得。

有次記錯樓層,出了lift,見到此Choya Bar,看到中午lunch餐牌,價錢全部under or around $100,環境又舒適,便記下,擇日嘗新。前後共去了三次。Lunch menu 前菜有兩款可選,個人大推梅子薯仔沙律,首先薯蓉部分甚綿密香甜,再加上紅蘿蔔西芹粒及梅蓉,更開胃好吃。主菜我試過不同款式,有一款香辣牛油煎鱈魚,十分惹味,也夠飽肚,但後來在menu上不見了。牛肉沙律就不特別推,雖然肉的份量多,但牛肉本身有點過鹹及偏乾。反而相貌平平咖哩飯有驚喜,當中的牛肉塊質素也算高,咖哩屬不全日式,不會只有甜味,仍有很重的香料風味,珍珠米也夠熱及粒粒分明。跟餐配一杯Choya Sonic,即無酒精梅子Soda的friend,很清爽,悶熱天時更涼透心,另一款可揀有酒精Choya Gin Tonic。這兒地方不擁擠,坐得舒服,確係食lunch 仔好地方!

一年熟成,酸甜適中易入口,店內其他調酒亦主要以此做base。

🥃The CHOYA CRAFT FRUIT
用南高酒液,調製時加入果泥作調和,酒體較混濁,相對更濃郁圓潤感強,亦會更有口感。

🥃The CHOYA AGED 3 YEARS
三年熟成,酒精濃度感覺更高,甜度亦更高,口感順滑。

🥃The CHOYA BLACK
梅酒濃厚,加上法國產白蘭地調合。酒味更散開,同白蘭地配合得幾好,風味獨特,我幾鐘意。

今日試咗唔同熟成程度嘅梅酒
自己比較鍾意三年熟成!梅味比較濃😍
另外呢試咗四杯Cocktail

1. **櫻花梅香** — 呢杯飲落去就好似春天的氣息,花香清新,令人心情愉悅,真係好舒服。

2. **法式嗨棒** — 用干邑做base,酒味層次分明,每一口都有新驚喜,帶有濃郁嘅香氣,實在好享受。

3. **The CHOYA糞航** — 同樣係干邑base,飲嘅時候感覺好有格調,唔同嘅果香味道交融,唔會悶。

4. **巧心馬天尼** — 呢杯creamy嘅口感搭配淡淡朱古力香,真係一個意想不到嘅組合,特別又美味。

整體來講,今次嘅雞尾酒就好似一次味覺之旅,各種風味都令人驚喜,真係好開心!
