Thaiology係銅鑼灣廣場二期6樓,座位好闊落,有好抵食的$398二人餐,不過今次想試下佢個海鮮,所以就選擇左單點。泰式生蝦刺身($108)竟然有十隻咁多,新鮮而且肉質鮮甜爽脆,每隻都有蒜片同指天椒伴食,辣椒的籽都幾辣,如果唔食得辣可以拎走辣椒,但一定要配泰式酸辣醬食,酸甜好味。Shake Shake海鮮三款($298)第一次係泰式餐廳見呢款菜式,可以係menu入面點三,五,或八款海鮮,店員會幫手將煮好的海鮮倒入袋,再倒入生蝦醬,再搖呀搖呀搖,搖到均勻之後,再倒出碟慢慢享用。今次揀咗虎蝦,魷魚圈同墨魚仔,生蝦醬好入味,戴住手套食海鮮特別滿足。冬蔭功雜菜湯($78)泰菜必飲冬蔭功湯,今次飲雜菜湯,味道特別鮮甜。冬蔭公湯足料,有好多不同的蔬菜,椰味同辣度都好夠,更有少少香茅味。馬拉盞炒椰菜苗($98)椰菜苗都幾大條,係比較少見的菜類,馬拉盞味道香濃,菜的質地比較有質感,厚實中又帶點甜,炒香了就好有鑊氣,而且入味。香酥薄餅($38)有三大塊,而且有一碟沙嗲醬用來配搭食用,外皮酥脆內層柔軟,每次食泰國菜都必叫。原個鮮椰青($54)兩個的椰肉都香甜,椰青水清澈可口,消暑解辣醒胃,清新香甜的味道非常解渴。 continue reading

朋友介紹Thaiology抵食又大碟,味道好,裝修泰國特色,性價比高入到餐廳,裝修有泰國風味,有卡位都坐得幾舒服,最回味下泰國食野二人餐$398,但絕對夠三人食,我地最後食唔晒冬陰功海鮮湯冬陰功好足料,有蝦、魷魚、青口,食落鮮甜,湯底第一啖唔算辣,飲到最後辣慢慢出黎原隻鹵水豬手豬手好好肉,基本上兩個人都食唔晒!鹵得幾入味,皮下脂肪薄唔算好肥,都幾好送飯泰式炸蝦餅蝦餅鮮嫩彈牙,有魷魚粒咬落更加有口感 炒菜 (跟餐)唔會好油,味道都唔錯泰式沙嗲 $88見隔離枱沙嗲好吸引,可以豬牛鷄各兩串。沙嗲上枱香氣噗鼻,入口有微微燶邊炭香,完全諗起泰國街邊香足成條街既沙嗲 泰式飲品好多款,想轉飲特飲加$10 - 20椰汁珍多冰(左)椰汁好香濃,但略略甜左少少,下次會少甜青檸疏打(右)去到泰國一定飲青檸疏打Overall, 餐廳都坐得舒服,最正有泰國街邊味道既沙嗲,食完可解思鄉情懷 continue reading

知道銅鑼灣新開了一家泰國餐廳 Thaiology,評語都不錯,於是跟老公親自去試試。一早訂了窗口位,二人坐的確寬躺舒適。餐牌上的食物選擇眾多,總統都吸引,令人心大心細,正見到有「晚市二人套餐 $398」餐牌,內容都很豐富,於是直接決定就這個!椰汁雞湯/ 冬陰功二選一:《冬陰功海鮮湯》用泰式鍋滾熱着,冬陰功湯酸辣惹味,當中有幾隻蝦都大隻和新鮮。《青木瓜沙律》青木瓜絲有口感又健康,當中的酵素對腸胃或皮膚都很好,而且味道酸酸微辣,很開胃。海南雞豬手/海南雞/青或黃咖喱三選一:其實三款都很吸引,最後決定《海南雞(半隻)》有驚喜!雞肉很嫩滑,大隻肉多,加埋海南雞醬油更好味。《泰式炒雜菜》用蒜蓉炒很香口,雜菜食新鮮無渣。金邊粉/油飯兩碗《泰式鮮蝦炒金邊粉》熱烘烘即粉夠新鮮,金邊粉煙韌有咬口,拌勻花生和調味後再加上青檸汁,酸酸的不膩又好味。《青檸梳打 +$10》《蜂蜜龍眼蘆薈特飲 +$20》點返杯泰式風味的飲料,更加能享受一頓泰式晚餐。凡惠顧晚市套餐,可+$28任選甜品一款。《芒果糯米飯 跟餐+$28》這個絕對抵食,一定要點!份量跟原價的一模一樣,芒果清甜,糯米飯加上椰汁又清甜好味,在飽也要吃!雖然很飽但都想吃咖喱和薄餅!泰勒的我點了偏甜的《黃咖哩雞肉 $88》咖喱的濃稠度剛好,味道甜甜的越吃越想吃,雞肉亦多。《香酥薄餅 $38》酥香軟熟,配咖喱一流! continue reading

之前食過屬同一集團嘅Mini Friday同埋「日本野」, 兩間分別供應西餐同日式嘅食物質素味道唔錯。原來集團又再多一間泰菜餐廳「Thaiology」開左係銅鑼灣二期, 今晚就約丫妹去食dinner。只係平日晚, 接近7點多, 餐廳已經坐滿食客, 果然很有人氣。其中最抵食嘅當然係二人餐, 每項自選款式都好岩心水【晚市二人餐】$398冬陰功海鮮湯: 冬陰功湯熱辣辣上檯, 依然有個小火爐慢慢興住, 入面有兩大隻鮮甜爽口大蝦、青口等海鮮, 湯底酸酸辣辣, 味道濃郁惹味又開胃。醃酸辣鳳爪: 無骨鳳爪跟軟筋位相連, 口感爽脆, 酸味味又有少少辣。海南雞(半隻): 雞件已被去骨, 肉質很嫩很有雞味, 而且好厚肉, 雞皮富彈性, 配上三款海南雞醬油, 正!  泰式炒雜菜: 炒得頗有穫氣, 菜蔬、青豆類, 樣樣有d泰式鮮蝦炒金邊粉: 金邊粉有彈性, 唔會一pat pat, 味道甜甜地, 有大量炒蛋碎, 蝦很大隻又爽口, 再加入左類似素叉燒、芽菜, 食落很有層次。 套餐包兩杯 --- coffee/tea/汽水 (價值$18)補差價可轉特飲, 補左$20 order 泰式奶茶質感幼滑, 奶比例較重, 有泰國地道風味+$28 任選甜品一款芒果糯米飯: 芒果香甜多汁, 糯米飯濕潤有黏度, 再多少少椰奶會更好另外想試試呢度嘅咖哩, order左【咖哩炒軟殼蟹】HK$168咖哩份量好多, 蓋過了所有軟殼蟹, 大約有3隻軟殼蟹原隻開邊, 索左個咖哩汁, 甜甜地, 有淡淡椰香味, 唔食得辣嘅丫妹話有微辣, 但平時食得辣嘅我就唔太食得出。 continue reading
