每款食物都過百蚊,諗住有返d質素,叫咗個二人餐,可惜每樣嘢都好難食,叫完餐唔洗十分鐘就上齊·椰汁雞湯如果改名叫香茅煲水就滿分,成個湯只有香茅味,用料都好充足,好多香茅,所謂湯嘅顏色同水一樣,好健康(希望大家明我意思,唔係讚緊佢)·炒雜菜油炒菜,只食得出油味,仲食到貝殼類嘅碎殼·串燒最高水準一道菜,就係串燒味·青咖哩雞水咁稀嘅咖哩,無咖哩味,只有4-5件急凍雞球,咁樣係二人餐份量?·炒金邊粉未食過咁差嘅金邊粉,唔熱,無鑊氣,無味,d粉硬嘅,咬好耐先吞到·椰青椰肉無甜味,懷疑擺咗好耐,第一次飲椰青無食晒椰肉食完去對面食咗個麥當勞,麥當勞都好食過佢食咗差唔多一個鐘,連埋我都係四枱客,見隔離枱兩個人都食到面有難色。用咗好多年openrice,第一次寫食評,希望大家唔好中伏 continue reading

明爐冬陰功海鮮湯好似一場香港冬日既暖陽,入口暖暖地,唔覺寒冷。湯底深沉,明爐熬煮嘅香魚骨,散發住濃郁嘅魚香,彷彿置身於漁港,感受到來自大海嘅味道。一啖啖鮮甜嘅海鮮,海膽、蝦、花膠一應俱全,入口即化嘅滋味舌尖翩翩起舞。湯底微微帶辣,唔係咁刺激,岩岩好,啲香草同香料嘅味道亦好平衡,唔會喧賓奪主,令湯更加層次豐富。泰式炒雜菜:「香辣爽脆,齊啖泰式風情!」一上桌,彷彿香港街頭小食攤既熱鬧場景,香料嘅香氣迎面撲來,令人胃口大開。炒得恰到好處,各色新鮮蔬菜保持脆嫩口感,搭配上泰式特製醬汁,酸辣鹹甜四重滋味瞬間爆發。沉浸在濃濃的異國風味中。雖然帶有點辣,但唔會蓋過蔬菜嘅原味,反而提升左整體嘅層次感。食後餘香縈繞,回味無窮。 continue reading

朋友生日,揀左食泰國菜,睇食評都唔錯,㨂左食呢間泰國菜🤡 位置係銅鑼灣廣場二期,地點都好就腳,應該同同一層另外兩間食肆係同一個集團,個reception同落單code都係共用😛▫️坐低就叫咗個二人餐✨($508)✨明爐冬陰功海鮮湯(+$12)個湯係有啲驚喜地好飲,夠濃味,辣得嚟又唔搶,有青口、魷魚仔、鮮蝦等材料,兩個人每人都添咗三大碗,份量好足👍▫️少少敗筆嘅係…上咗湯冇耐,其他嘢食三兩下手勢全部出晒😆但我哋坐緊張二人枱(四人枱變二人嗰啲),張枱唔夠擺,侍應係咁過嚟想幫我哋收走啲嘢.. 連水杯都收埋,然後係咁想將我哋食咗一半嘅嘢倒埋一碟😢其實唔夠位擺都未係重點,而係兩個人邊食得切,所以食左一陣就開始凍晒🥲▫️✨沙嗲串燒四串可以揀牛豬雞唔同嘅組合,我哋就揀咗兩串豬兩串牛,口感頗乾,0 juicy,食完豬食牛嘅時候,串牛已經凍咗..▫️✨泰式炒雜菜呢個頗足料好大碟,有椰菜、翠玉瓜、蘆筍等,幾好味 。不過都係凍咗,我哋感覺佢上枱嘅時候都唔係好熱▫️✨泰式鮮蝦炒金邊粉(+$48)睇張相可以見到,喺未飲完湯同未食串燒前,個金邊粉已經到咗😆所以我哋食咗一串串燒再食粉時,個粉已經變咗一餅嘢🥹鮮蝦都算彈牙,其他嘢就冇乜特別..▫️✨海南雞半隻賣相唔錯,但係食落去完全唔好食.. 無雞味,怪怪地,又好鞋… 最後都係食咗兩嚿停左手😢▫️跟餐包兩杯$30嘢飲(普通茶啡),加錢亦都可以轉青檸梳打或者其他特飲👍嘢飲就正正常常不過不失啦🤡▫️兩個人埋單六百幾蚊,不過就唔係食得好滿足…始終星期五夜晚旺場,對餐廳嚟講係好事👍不過如果坐二人枱,或者可以考慮唔好一次過上晒幾個菜,放到逼一逼,唔使係咁叫客人將啲餸放埋同一碟俾佢可以收走隻碟🙃感覺上好似不斷比人催住食咁,我哋都想可以逐樣享受吓,一路食一路傾吓偈🥲🥺整體上我諗最好都係一開頭個湯👍 continue reading
