With a thick layer creamy hazelnut zabaione at the bottom, the cake was soft and light with a nutty aroma. I could taste the earthiness and buttery texture of the zabaione and the cake at the same time when enjoying the dessert. They used chocolate sauce to write the bday message on the plate to celebrate my bday.

Testina是意大利米蘭著名小餐館Trippa, 在香港的分支店, 和本店一樣奉行從頭吃到尾的飲食哲學, 也就是豬和牛等食材, 由頭去到尾巴也可以煮成餸菜. 香港店的裝修甚至比米蘭本店更為Upscale, 但當然吃的東西很類似, 以外國餐飲直接放入去香港的飲食文化, 這裏算是跟得很足, 沒有因為香港人的飲食習慣而變味, 事實上香港人對外國某些獨特的飲食文化也越來越接受.這裏最經典的, 必須說是Trippa Fritta, 用上本店的名字其實就是炸牛肚, 用上金錢肚的部位對於品嚐Fine Dining來說,也許是一個障礙, 但我作為內臟愛好者, 對於這菜式特別期待, 金錢肚炸得很酥脆, 用上基本的椒鹽作調味, 炸皮厚薄均勻, 做到外脆底部依然保持着金錢肚的煙靭, 比起傳統粉麵店的滷式做法更為複雜, 也更得我心.另一道要吃的是豬頭皮沙律, 豬頭皮不是潮式般大大塊, 而是將其切成絲, 配上同樣切成絲的蔬菜, 吃起來口感非常爽脆, 味道自然, 沒有任何的重口味, 純粹就是豬頭皮的香味, 連沙律醋也很不多, 撈起來就有點像過年時吃撈起的感覺. 主菜的豬腩肉也有驚喜, 用上酸汁調配, 將豬腩肉切
