今次來到這一間位於銅鑼灣的日式隱密酒吧,位置有點隱蔽這間酒吧是以日文「匠」命名,而Takumi可講秉持著日式職人精神,會為每位賓客打造專屬的日式調酒體驗,面酒吧也是嚴選日本各地水果,打造時令性的水果雞尾酒。一埗入酒吧,已經感覺到店內的情調,裝潢是走日系和風風格,位置不算多,建議可以先預約;同時可以近距離欣賞調酒師調酒的過程, 環境同音樂都是令人投入同放鬆。Tailored Premium Cocktail (Seasonal Fruit Plantium )一杯以靜岡蜜瓜調配的雞尾酒,香甜的靜岡蜜瓜加入Gin酒,因為第一次飲,有一種清新的感覺,是一款清香與鮮甜的味道,我個人很喜歡這杯,而且調酒師會來介紹每一杯雞尾酒,服務不錯!茶底雞尾酒以焙茶同Gin 為基底,先將煎香的焙茶精華,調入Gin酒中,可以在飲到酒香之餘,會嘗到茶葉香味。兩個人聚舊或聊天,一杯酒再配上小吃,二人世界不妨考慮這裏。 continue reading

好耐冇同朋友去bar飲酒談心事,見朋友呢排有啲唔開心,就約咗佢去銅鑼灣Cubus上面間bar飲嘢。升降機一出便看到一扇木門,打開後就見到呢間酒吧,佢走嘅係日式風格路線,採用木系裝修,甚為有格調。雖然酒吧面積唔算大,客人可以選擇坐舒適嘅梳化位置跟朋友暢談,梳化距離都幾闊落,完全冇壓迫感。另外亦都可以選擇坐bar枱位置,近距離欣賞bartender調酒過程,又係一大樂趣。🍸 HojichaHojicha 有傳統雞尾酒的韻味,又融入了焙茶的獨特香氣和口感,在品嘗時既能感受到酒精的微醺感,又能品味到焙茶的醇厚與清香。🍸 Fukuoka Yame Peach呢杯cocktail 係以日本佐賀縣嘅白桃做主要材料。呢款雞尾酒能感受到清新嘅桃香,口感係非常滑潤,甜而不膩,更在桃香之中感受到微妙嘅酒香,整體口感層次豐富。🍸Mochi and Irwin Mango呢款係以日本嘅Mochi同愛文芒果做主要材料嘅雞尾酒,愛文芒果嘅香甜味道能完美地融合咗入酒精裡,令整杯雞尾酒嘅口感更加豐富。銅籤上更串上帶有米酒味嘅三粒mochi加一粒香甜芒果肉掛在酒杯上,令觀感同口感更為豐富。🍸 Order Upon Request 我選咗日本豐水梨做cocktail,呢款雞尾酒有好清新嘅梨香同酒香,口感好清新、甜美,而且飲落去重有啖啖嘅梨肉,絕對係一款適合喺夏天享受嘅飲品。 continue reading

觀賞完神之調酒師後特意找了一家可以欣賞調酒師即席表演的樓上酒吧酒吧位置不多,私隱度高,非常有情調而且感覺日系以木色為主調,裝修有氣派,佈置小物營造高級感由日式調酒師主理,店內採用時令日本水果隨心情關係調製完全客製化的日式手工雞尾酒Mochi And Irwin Mango加入新鮮的台灣愛民芒果肉,散發香甜芒果味時令水果愛媛蜜柑雞尾酒味道清爽,迸發出夏日活力先煎香日本焙茶留下精華再配上烈酒,飲到酒香之餘,會嘗到茶葉香味Matcha Mochi Cadillac Cocktail加上麻糬波波,抹茶味濃而不澀 continue reading
