由「雲陽」開始已經被深深吸引,怪味大曲朱古力意式雪糕($48)及藤椒香子蘭意式雪糕 ($48,啡白兩款是各有千秋,既在濃香的朱古力中帶酒香,復有陣陣麻辣的感覺在舌尖漫延,所以就算加錢都要試試。



其實作價$168連茶位大約是$200位,大可當作Sunday Brunch,瞓得晏少少,再食得豐富些少。

早前朋友介紹這家位於灣仔的川流頗有特色,主打新派Fusion中菜,環境有情調,於是今晚就和太太來撐枱腳,試試水準。餐廳環境裝飾舒服,燈光柔和,有不同組合的座位,不論二人同行、或者一圍十二人都可以容納,平日晚餐時段亦全場滿座,記得要事先訂位。餐牌選擇多樣,主打各式的新派Fusion川菜,單看餐牌就知道廚房是有扎實的中菜川菜底子,才敢加以創意和玩味,以新穎的方式重新呈現各款經典中菜。前菜甫入座侍者立馬送來餐牌及前菜四款,可以邊吃邊點菜,其中的辣泡菜一吃辣度十足,就知道這裡做正宗川菜,而爆谷亦令人十分驚喜,甜中帶辣,非常開胃。老鷹茶今晚不飲酒,所以只點了熱茶,這裡竟然有四川特產的老鷹茶,當然要試試,老鷹茶入口滋味無苦而甘醇,香氣獨特而持久,與四川麻辣相當合襯。灌汁小籠包先點一客小籠包試試水準,十分有玩味的以試管盛載醋汁,上枱後自行直接加入小籠包內,令醋汁酸味與餡料的肉香油香完全混和,而小籠包本身皮薄而夠韌度,肉餡味鮮而湯汁清香,小籠包的皮經得起用筷子夾帶而不破裂漏汁,而且柔韌度足以支持餡料和湯汁下墜的重量,證明廚房師傅的功夫十分了得。糖醋桂魚片之後點了十分開胃的糖醋桂魚片,本身糖醋汁酸甜平衡

天氣剛轉冷,所以按捺不住點了一客羊腩煲,侍者介紹用上海南的東山羊羊腩,羊腩帶皮帶骨,吃得夠過癮,一咬羊腩,有軟嫩中而帶柔韌的口感,輕輕的羊羶味更是畫龍點睛,羶味非腥臭,反而是種獨特的濃郁滋味,吃羊腩不可或缺。而湯底醬香馥郁,南乳、柱侯、麻辣味道融和,香氣四溢,要留意是正宗四川口味,所以會越煲越辣。

賣相精緻,慢煮的樟茶鴨胸夠香,鴨皮脆口而鴨胸肉質都很鮮嫩還帶有淡淡的茶燻香味! 店員建議我們夾無花果及饅頭一吃食用,口感會更好同埋不會油膩。
