雖然而家個個都好煩惱,不過飯都要繼續食,保持身體健康,唔好加重其他人嘅負擔。食埋開年飯,飯局大多都已經取消。今日揀左位於灣仔嘅川流,佢地係一間非常型格嘅川菜食堂,餐廳好似西餐廳咁嘅格局,以黑色為主調,大部份係方枱,正中央係闊落嘅吧枱,掛滿酒瓶,食住川菜可以嘆到啲特調cocktail、餐酒。川流最出名嘅,相信係大廚陳啓德師傅,除左展現正宗川菜風味,都喺菜式中加入一啲創意,就如店名"LAB",好似一個實驗室,令客人有一種新體會。菊花入座後店員送上前菜,花生、拍青瓜、爆谷、泡菜等,好開胃先點一份小籠包,如果鐘意食小籠包嘅話,一定唔好錯過,好耐冇食到咁皮薄餡靚嘅包子喇小籠包一份四隻,上枱時會配上兩枝試管仔,裡面有醋,食前可以先用試管將醋注入小籠包頂部,令湯汁同醋完美混合。小籠包皮非常滑溜,全無粉感,裡頭湯汁滿滿,肉汁嘅香氣同醋mix埋好正,最重要係唔會一夾就散開,非常回味然後我地點左餐廳其中一款招牌,胡椒餅,一份兩件,切成一半上枱,胡椒餅外面超香脆,裡頭係自家製臘肉,香口之餘唔會太油膩或者重燻味,朋友讚不絕口,聽番店員介紹,裡頭用上來自貢布嘅胡椒,非常矜貴,辛香惹味另外點左幾個小菜,首先係酸菜

另外點左幾個小菜,首先係酸菜魚,香港人對酸菜魚可能都係由大陸所認知,呢度嘅酸菜魚完全唔同,首先湯底係飲得入口,非常重魚香味,溫和不麻辣,亦都唔會油淋淋。魚片更加唔洗講,份量不少,而且好厚肉,啖啖魚鮮味,完全無骨,入口柔軟,忍唔住都要點左個飯share

宮保雞丁係其中一樣最熟悉嘅家常菜,好多時都會點,連埋個sauce簡直係飯小偷。雞丁一口大小,好好肉地,入口滑溜,雖然睇落色澤深,但基本上唔會太辣,帶好微好微麻香,送飯一流

聽番店員講呢度午市都幾多人,午餐選擇多元,除左套餐,仲有點心;甚至週末好似仲有點心all you can eat brunch,聽落非常吸引,想黎試試
