這間都開了很久了,人氣一直都挺高的,餐廳有兩層的,今天我們就坐了下層BAR檯的位置。餐廳也提供了挺多特色的日式料理,挺有驚喜的。吉列千層豚肉(三重芝士)(238元)非常邪惡的一個菜式,中間藏有大量的芝士,來到還是拉絲的狀態,而外層是炸得香脆的脆殼,然後是一層層的豚肉片,口感外脆內嫩,既又肉香又有芝士香,配上沙律醬或日式炸豬扒汁來吃更解膩。火炙大蝦讚岐手打烏冬(168元)大蝦幫你開背了,而且經過燒香,蝦味突出,肉質很彈牙。配角還有大量的櫻花蝦,跟湯底混合在一起後,令湯底都帶有濃濃的蝦香,配上滑嫩彈牙的烏冬更惹味。重量芝士玉子(138元)這裡的玉子跟平常的玉子不一樣,有點像香港平常滑蛋的感覺,口感更滑嫩,而且有點半熟的口感,上面再放上火炙過的芝士片,芝士味更濃郁。極上鹽燒牛舌芯(128元)切成一粒粒的牛舌芯經過煎香,吃起來焦嫩多汁,牛味特別香濃,而且本身就加了鹽了,直接吃就很夠味,也可以配上山葵一起吃,會清爽一點。三文魚(四切)(68元)三文魚比想像中質素要高,而且很大片,性價比不錯,也看到油脂分佈得不錯,口感嫩滑,魚味突出。
