又一次證明網上節目嘅號召力幾咁驚人! 上過杜生嘅節目, 即晚呢間餐廳就變得非常之難book... 幾日後終於俾我book到兩個禮拜後嘅佛誕, 五一連假嘅黃金晚飯時段~ 😈入到去量咗體溫, 侍應帶我上2樓坐低, 餐廳嘅顏色以深色為主, 都做到日本居酒屋嘅風格~ 🍵🎎認真地做咗功課先過嚟開餐🍴前菜係極上鹽燒牛舌芯 ($108) 🐮👅粒粒都好厚身, 燒得勁入味! 點下啲海鹽, 蔥一齊食, 幸福~~海膽炒飯 ($178) 😍有蟹子, 菇, 主角海膽嘅炒飯!! 一大塊海膽舖喺飯面, 正呀!! 海赤貝剌身 ($68) 😋刺身好新鮮!! 疫症期間,屋企人已經甚少出街!日日喺屋企煮麵煮飯食,難免覺得有啲悶~所以特登去買啲正野返屋企同佢地食~!三重芝士吉列千層豚肉 [分數:9/10]原本都有啲膽心返到去會唔會濕晒,但估唔到吉列皮係仲脆脆地,最重要係完全無濕!因為想做到拉絲效果,所以放入氣炸鍋翻熱,即刻做到外脆內軟嘅效果!豚肉非常香口,再加埋入面大量嘅芝土真係超好食!唐揚脆雞[分數:8.5/10]唐揚脆雞一樣!放入氣炸鍋翻熱,同樣做到外脆內嫩!脆雞大大件!脆漿唔會太厚!雞肉仲有啲肉汁添!仲有配埋他他醬,一樣咁好食!蓬鬆玉子[分數:8/10]玉子燒生熟程度控制得好好,焗到返屋企咁耐都唔會變晒熟蛋咁!切開入面仲有蛋汁流出,蛋味非常濃郁!再配上上面嘅燒汁同沙律醬,非常惹味!申子燒飯糰[分數:8/10]最後仲有燒飯糰~飯糰外圍經燒過,變得更有口感同唔易散開,旁邊仲有好多三文魚籽粒,好彩一樣無焗到熟晒!整體嚟講,屋企人都好滿意~不過最希望疫情可以快啲過去,可以快啲同佢地出街食飯!申子居酒屋 (旺角)旺角黑布街74號藝興大廈地下1號舖 continue reading

晚市不准堂食前的最後一晚,特地外出吃了一頓宵夜。雖然來到居酒屋吃東西,喝酒才是正道,但一來我不好酒,二來第二日還要早起上班,便與老婆仔一樣,兩人分別點了「巨峰乳酸梳打」($48)和「蜜桃乳酸梳打」($48)喝,兩杯梳打都算大杯,但味道就略嫌稍淡,不夠濃郁。「極上鹽燒牛舌芯」($98)軟腍嫩滑,最宜下酒,我雖沒喝酒,也覺好味。「厚豆腐」($38/兩件)平實無華,真的就是兩大件厚身的炸豆腐,外脆內軟,是另一道簡單的酒肴。「三重芝士吉列千層豚肉」($228)是這兒的招牌菜,厚厚炸漿藏著的是多塊被黏黐芝士包覆,堆疊在一起的豚肉,貨真價實的芝士可以拉出長得誇張的絲。這招牌菜雖然味道鹹了點,但確是特別,假如第一次來的話,必定要點來一試,下酒吃,一流。過了這晚,全港食店晚上六時後便不得堂食了,不知道要到一天,才可外出開懷吃宵夜呢! continue reading
