早排同舊同事生日,所以請佢食個飯,順便Catch up下~ 朋友仔話好想試網上介紹個個鰻魚天婦羅,所以我們放工後就直接出旺角了~ 坐低無耐,先叫份水母刺身邊傾邊食,口感厚實又爽口。由於本身水母無咩味,點埋個柚子醋就好開胃。我係一個蛋痴,除了以前考試學校食蛋外,宜家無論係屋企定出餐廳,見到蛋的菜式都愛不釋手。呢個蛋捲炒得幾滑溜,雖然無加入蟹子三文魚等鮮味的食材,淨係上面的沙律醬、燒汁及蔥花已經可以令蛋味更出更日式。牛舌牛舌,毛虫都鍾意牛舌~ 哈,暴露左年齡添(笑) 呢客牛舌芯雖然燒得乾左少少,不過就非常香口。大家食的時候可以吱返檸檬汁或再用鹽或葱花稍為再調味。我就最鍾意落少少鹽及葱花係上面啦~串燒係食日式居酒屋的必點之選~ 今次我們叫左三款串燒,(由左至右) 包括豚肉鵪鶉蛋($26) 軟芝士黑豚卷($28) 甜薯($15)。係串燒中,我的Best Pick係軟芝士黑豚卷。油脂豐富的黑豚肉包住香軟的芝士,油香再加埋咇出黎的芝士,問你點忍?!第一次食燒日式年糕,原來佢比上海/韓式年糕軟身少少而且好煙韌。燒到個面脆脆地,加埋少少燒汁及放係上面的紫菜,味道幾香。不過今晚的Highlight都係呢個:鰻魚天婦羅。天婦羅真心食唔少,但用鰻魚炸天婦羅都係第一試!有咩咁好食?!首先佢唔會炸到油淋淋又夠乾身,但佢個鰻魚仲係好Moist。重點係鰻魚夠曬厚身,唔係薄切切,所以夠曬口感。呢份天婦羅份量夠多,而且只係$138,係我選的必食Item!燒菠蘿係用了新鮮的連皮菠蘿,燒好之後就厚砌8塊到。我自己就麻麻地燒菠蘿,覺得菠蘿都係新鮮雪最好食。不過朋友仔就食到唔停口,話佢夠多汁。臨走前見到好多人係到揀酒飲,原來餐廳係晚上10點開始有日本靚酒任飲,怪唔知餐廳愈夜愈多人啦~ 如果大家有興趣的話,可以同朋友黎個夜吹(笑)==============================鍾意我分享的,我邀請你訂閲我的食評,我會繼續與大家繼續發掘有咩CP高的冰糧!(敬禮) continue reading

今天與好友閒逛旺角,想起雜誌推介旺角新開了一間居酒屋,喜歡日本菜的我們決定順道在這晚餐。店內裝潢以懷舊日本居酒屋為題,隨處可見日本街景畫及酒樽裝飾。一口牛,口感幼嫩,肥瘦均勻,牛味濃郁,肉汁甘香,以黑椒及日本海鹽調味,鹹香惹味; 豚肉香蔥卷,煙肉香脆,帶點焦香,捲着的香蔥爽脆多汁,口感味道層次豐富 ~鱈魚乾,清爽薄脆,富濃厚的鱈魚香味,微鹹鮮香,再蘸上七味粉混沙律醬,非常滋味的小食!燒油揚腐皮,外層酥脆,內層鬆軟,口感豐富,滿有豆香,加上香蔥調味更香口~吉列千層豚肉(三重芝士), 份量十足,外層金黃酥脆,油而不膩,內層豚肉鮮嫩多肉汁,充滿肉香及芝香,再沾上甜香帶酸的醬汁,更濃郁惹味~蓬鬆玉子,蛋香嫩滑,入口即化,加上日式燒汁沙律醬及香蔥調味,別具風味~汁煮鹿兒島豬軟骨,肉軟腍香,吸收香濃的日式醬汁,非常入味,鹹香惹味,充滿日式風味~鐵板炒野菜,豆芽、椰菜及蘿蔔絲炒得爽脆清鮮,簡單 加點芝麻很香口~巨峰/蜜桃乳酸梳打,酸酸甜甜,冰涼止渴,一解吃炸物的飽滯感~ 小食及主食皆優質味美,個人尤愛鱈魚乾及吉列千層豚肉,滋味滿載,值得再來! 另看到有日本酒放題,下次放工可與喜歡日本酒的朋友來品嘗呢~ continue reading
