平時都唔行呢邊,今日經過見到好似有間新開嘅居酒屋,因為時間尚早,所以等左一陣位就可以入得,但坐低食緊之際,都好多客入嚟,但係佢哋人手好似唔多夠,所以服務一般,講番啲食物先,首先叫咗個雞泡魚乾,本身以為會比較乾身同硬身,但你都出奇地軟身同埋熱辣辣,不錯,之後就叫咗個燒厚身豆腐配自家製醬汁,厚身豆腐普通冇乜味道,但個自家製醬汁幾特別,令到個豆腐變得好味左,之後就係一口牛柳粒,牛柳粒入口即溶嘅感覺,好軟身,呢個做得不錯,亦都好香口,之後係廣島蠔鍋,啲豪整得一啲都唔腥,個湯係用面豉去調製,呢個整法又出奇地好味喎,之後係手打免治雞肉棒,呢個整得幾好味雞肉好軟唔會硬,另外嘅燒菠蘿味都好香,菠蘿好甜,食得出唔係用普通菠蘿去整,因為口感同味道都好好,最後係海膽炒飯,海膽好新鮮,而炒飯係睇得出好有心機,因為啲飯粒粒分明係,每一粒飯都包含着海膽嘅味道,另外仲加咗一啲蟹子同埋一啲雜菌落去炒,變咗成個炒飯好有口感好香好新鮮👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 continue reading

最近係網上見到申子居酒屋嘅報導位置黑布街 門口裝修得十分日式牆上仲畫左個相撲手壁畫 好易就搵到.前菜🥗和風麻醬豆腐沙律上菜嘩左一聲 好大盤啊豆腐好滑 所以好考筷子功🥢好難夾啊略厭水份有啲多 令到麻醬變稀.燒物🍢汁燒蒜片牛柳粒賣相緻美 牛柳粒燒得唔乾仲好滑可能有汁嘅關係 好juicy 帶有少少甜味食食下仲不時咬到燒脆的蒜片 好特別另外仲有醬汁提供(應該係麻油+蒜粒).燒物🐖豚肉香葱卷呢個又便宜又好吃 推薦一下豚肉片燒得岩岩好 所以仲好滑香葱沒有了那股強烈的青味 反而好香仲帶有好多水份 重點係即叫即燒 小心燙口.燒物🐟鱈魚乾小時候嘅回憶返哂黎 味道係小食鱈魚絲!唔同嘅係脆好多 大大片 點上沙律醬更好味.燒物🥐燒油揚腐皮本身都中意食腐皮 估唔到燒完再好食啲好脆好多層次 有少少似牛角包嘅口感表面淋上醬油 甜甜地 不過如果有得走青就好.燒物🍗日式雞骨腸貪得意叫左一條試下 同台灣腸味道幾似肉質更嫩滑一點 同冇咁甜 .燒物🐠鹽燒鯖魚基本上間間日式料理都有呢道菜 一試功架符合到要求:魚皮燒得脆 有魚油香 肉嫩滑略厭冇乜味 如果係燒嘅時候加上少少幼鹽更能帶出鮮味 依家只可以邊食邊加味.壽司🍣葱拖羅卷係香港好難食到好味嘅拖羅 偏向冇油香所以期望不大 不過呢度賣相救返唔少分拖羅切成蓉 食落冇乜筋 但都係冇乜油香.呢度有好多日本酒 仲有清酒放題添不過由於唔飲酒🍶選擇就比較少.飲料🥤黑牛好特別啊 由客人親手製作其實即係朱古力雪糕加可樂注意⚠️先放雪糕 所以逐少加入可樂如果一次過倒哂落去 會爆炸架哈哈.飲料🍵西尾抹茶凍鮮奶同平時飲嘅green tea latte 有啲唔同好濃郁嘅抹茶味 底部仲有大量嘅抹茶粉所以味道唔會太甜/假 飲到底都有茶嘅甘香 continue reading

朋友約旺角居酒屋晚飯,環境氣氛都幾好而且地方亦就腳,食物選擇亦不少添。 放工 Happy食吓嘢興鬆吓更係要出黎傾下計同食好野,平行翻工作嘅壓力。開開胃,先食過海蟄柚子沙律,甜甜柚子粒粒飽滿有汁,配香爽脆可口海蟄估唔到又幾夾幾新鮮嘅感覺,適合夏天來臨的解暑美食。那威三文魚洋蔥卷 三文魚控的朋友們之選,用三文魚卷著洋蔥絲小芽,還配蟹籽放面入口,就係未試過咁幾配搭,但食落又唔覺得怪,洋蔥絲點點甜味反而我對嫩芽一般,有點青味。海膽炒飯賣相驚喜金黃色同橙色兩款好味食物同炒,每粒飯也沾滿蛋汁同蟹籽,而海膽就燒焦少許去,食到海膽好鮮鹹鹹甘甘,巧出色呀 申子卷 原來係三文魚同吞拿魚做面再放上黑魚子,手捲裏面就包著炸魚皮真係好特別,一軟一脆,真係好好味呀,本人覺得用吞拿魚夾d咁,無筋豐富肥美。(燒物)日本甜薯呢個甜薯一口一粒剛剛好燒到出糖份,超香甜又軟熟,連皮都可以一齊食的。燒雞腎同雞軟骨,簡簡單單鹽燒方法最好味,雞腎彈牙又爽口,雞軟骨燒得大大粒,最鐘意夠咬口,有肉又連軟骨同嚼碎夠晒惹味。 continue reading
