A hearty local place. Seems like a normal typical local Cantonese restaurant. Bright, glam, chandeliers... ambience might be a little dated but let’s put the focus on the food. High quality, innovative, great value, and tasty. The typhoon shelter style Har Gow is a surprise, lightly crispy spicy outside, fresh juicy inside. The spring roll wrapped in rice roll has a creative red look, guessing beetroot juice. Shumai is tasty, using fresh pork. Food standard beyond expectation. Great value, $339
