一家人做節, 去酒樓食真係不二之選!叫左半隻皇者燒鵝, 棗紅色既鵝皮,光澤而挺身, 油亮鵝肉,肉嫩結實無渣, 霸氣咁大口咬一下,鵝皮香脆鬆化,濃郁鵝味在口中散開,隱約帶有陣陣八角香料芳香。滿嘴鵝油緩緩從嘴角流下的滋味,妙不可言!開始入秋, 飲多d 湯水係常識吧!, 老火花旗參竹絲雞湯, 足料非常, 竹絲雞湯, 雞湯味濃郁, 湯面少油脂,濃稠度適中, 烏雞的甘香, 味道先是甘香,餘韻帶鮮,湯渣足料, 點醬油食真係唔錯清蒸游水沙巴龍躉, 清蒸的方法可以最大限度的保持沙巴龍躉的營養之餘, 清蒸最能突出其鮮味, 肉質細嫩肉質細嫩刺又少,味道又鮮美, 蒸魚鼓油真係居功不少!
