今日同朋友放完工嚟到筲箕灣東大街,突然今晚好想飲茶,出到去見到有間點心專門店,見到都好光猛,咁同朋友入去試吓,侍應帶我哋坐埋一邊一坐低佢就俾咗一大罐茶我哋,原來佢呢度係set咗全部都係玄米茶嘅,咁我哋一到出嚟都有好香嘅玄米茶味,清清地,我哋見到有個招牌就係鮑魚燒賣,咁我哋叫咗一籠有兩隻,之後叫咗個鳳爪排骨飯,跟住叫左個煎蝦膠釀茄子,上湯鮮竹卷,香滑反斗糕,蝦將軍炒腸粉,佢個招牌鮑魚燒賣好好味,隻鮑魚唔係話好大粒但係都係好有鮑魚味,最有驚喜係個煎蝦膠釀茄子,上面嗰層蝦膠好好味呀,好有蝦味同埋爽滑,另外佢個香滑反斗糕,都幾好味有少少似馬拉糕咁,今晚呢餐大概$160左右兩個人除反平均每人$80都幾抵, 另外呢度茶錢每人$3一位,同埋唔需要+1服務費,都幾抵😋😋

今日去完石澳,想好好地吃一頓好的。便與朋友到筲箕灣東大街的籠太子點心專門店吃點心。看見很多人都有叫荷葉蒸飯,我們便點了一個蒸飯和數個點心。荷葉蒸飯份量不少,而且飯粒充滿荷葉味。另外石斑十分滑,不像外面乾。另外有一道叫不是炸兩。有點像外面吃到的春風得意腸但是這個更好吃,味道較多層次這裏的蝦餃和燒賣有一個好處便是可以只嗌兩粒,這樣我們兩個人也能不用吃得太飽不論是蝦餃或燒賣,內裏蝦仁十足另外我們還點了金錢肚,排骨和叉燒腸。調味恰到好處,不會十分重口味,吃完也不會口乾下次來筲箕灣一定會再試一試其他點心

今次食嘅港式點心店是位於筲箕灣,由於這邊遠離商業區所以價格較平民,亦是我選擇的原因。店裏裝修以簡單實用風格為主,店裏的座位大約容納40多人,中午的時間亦無需用太多時間等位。先是點了午市推介石斑荷葉飯配兩隻蝦餃,由於是即點即製的關係,錫返荷葉飯緊需等約20分鐘,石斑蒸煮得很滑溜,魚肉鮮味會不會太老,食落啖啖肉,加上炒飯底配上荷葉的清香,炒飯底嘅吸收了魚肉的鮮味及荷葉的清香,很是出色,令人再三回味。在等候的過程中我點了牛肉腸及叉燒腸粉,先說外皮,米漿糊又滑亦有米香,配上牛肉的鮮味及蜜汁叉燒的甜香,帶動了我的食慾提升。單純以午餐計,人均40-80左右便可以下樓,相當化算。

相約老友記觀賞書畫展,但先祭五臟廟,喜歡嘗點心的老友記推介「籠太子點心專門店」。龍太子蝦餃皇~皮薄、蝦肉味鮮又爽口,美味的。魚肚水餃~足饀料的上湯水餃。吃過水餃,再嘗魚肚、上湯,口感很豐富。香滑反斗糕~小巧的反斗糕有點兒像馬拉糕,微甜鬆軟好吃的。流沙奶皇包~雖然不是很「流」,奶皇饀甘香甜美。布拉腸粉~我們都喜歡吃得清淡點,熱騰騰腸粉配豉油已經心滿意足。南瓜煎堆仔~剛炸好煎堆仔非常香脆,少許南瓜蓉很解油膩。辣牛肉雜菌煎包~它令我想起兒時的牛肉生煎包,牛肉與多款雜菌味道很配合,煎包的香味與微辣也令胃口大開!

東大街嘅籠太子之前食過覺得抵食,今晚再嚟幫襯,坐低叫咗佢哋嘅蝦餃同燒賣,可以嗌兩隻一籠,份量啱啱好,二個人分,唔怕食太多,蝦肉彈牙夠新鮮。上湯鮮竹卷連湯上枱,鮮竹好吸味,索晒個湯汁,非常好味。不是炸兩,腸粉皮包住炸脆及蝦肉,落咗豉油入口仲好鬆脆。名醬善蒸鳳爪,非常入味,薦底嘅瀨粉,索咗汁都好入味。蒜蓉排骨,勁多蒜蓉,仲有少少薑同乾蔥,所以好惹味!雪山叉燒包,外皮非常之鬆軟,加埋叉燒,甜甜鹹鹹組合幾特別。最後叫咗個糯米雞,份量非常之大,裏面嘅雞都係好滑,而且仲有粒鵪鶉蛋,兩人差啲都食唔晒。整體味道不錯,價錢公道,埋單$180算唔錯,街坊嘅價錢,點心都係即叫即蒸,調味剛剛好,點心算各有特色。仲可以加埋自家特製嘅辣椒油,混入炸過的蝦米及蝦乾,唔算太辣,辣味點到即止。

原來東大街有間坐得幾舒服嘅點心專門店價錢相當實惠$29就有原盅蒸飯,仲要可以坐得舒舒服服咁品嘗!呢個雖然寫住「特製辣椒油」,但係一啲都唔辣的鳳爪排骨飯好欣賞呢度嘅盅飯唔會好油膩排骨無肥膏㗎肉質一啲都唔鞋!鮮蝦菜苗餃水晶皮十分軟糯一夾起身好軟,食落外皮夠滑中間 係勁多嘅菜苗,真係好正翡翠帶子腸粉腸粉好軟滑,不過帶子味道就比較淡口!藥膳雞腳呢個100%推介藥膳湯底好濃郁,非常真材實料!雞腳煮得夠哂腍,又入味,軟骨位好容易咬瑤柱灌湯餃個湯好清甜餃子皮夠薄,中間嘅餡有蝦隻、瑤柱!蒜香蝦春卷春卷有啲失望,雖然外層夠脆,但中間第二、三層嘅春卷皮相信炸得唔夠透,食嘅時候有啲軟綿綿嘅口感….整個感覺不太好!

原隻鮑魚躺臥在燒賣上,相當吸睛。鮑魚雖不算是太大隻,但很鮮味彈牙。燒賣彈牙有豬肉香,沒有豬肉羶味,而且內藏很多蝦肉。
