PHENOMENON 誘惑醉人提拉米蘇。同樣自家製tiramisu,打開已經聞到濃濃的咖啡香味,同樣每日新鮮製造,餐廳做法非常正宗,用咗大量expresso粉,並加咗白蘭地浸餅底,令每一條餅底都有香濃嘅酒味。

除咗有一流嘅風景,餐廳嘅菜式每日由老闆親自監督出品,所以都好有水準。整晚都係視覺同味覺嘅極佳享受。

龍蝦意粉上係原隻波士頓龍蝦尾,非常有氣勢。意粉汁亦係用十公斤龍蝦殼去熬製,增加龍蝦濃郁鮮味。意大利飲管意粉比較粗身,有嚼勁。加上鮮蕃茄同羅勒香葉,帶出一層清新感覺。

烤焗澳洲羊架以迷迭香調味,增加一點原始田園風味。伴碟嘅係古法製奶油千層薯,加有忌廉,薯味芬芳,質感滑溜。

Tiramisù 十分正宗同出色,加入Espresso 及白蘭地,會有啲苦澀咖啡味,酒味亦比較重,忌廉同蛋糕比例恰好,誘惑醉人 。

烤香滑芝士蛋糕,入口即溶,質感非常滑溜。意大利芒果雪糕芒果味濃郁,清新香甜。兩款甜品都令人心動。

男友話想食得健康啲,所以我地就揀咗呢款。頭盤色彩繽紛,睇到都覺得開心🙈 三文魚刺身肥美,帶子鮮甜,香脆麵包粒輕輕沾上牛油果慕絲,口感好豐富🤤

餐湯 - 法式龍蝦湯、干邑忌廉 (另加$60)
同其他餐廳好唔同,龍蝦同湯係分開上的。服務員喺我地面前將湯倒入盛載住龍蝦肉嘅碗中,確保每一碗湯嘅龍蝦肉份量,真材實料👍 龍蝦湯味道非常濃郁,飲得出係用新鮮龍蝦再經過長時間、多重功夫熬煮而來嘅鮮味,飲落仲有陣陣咸香。龍蝦肉肉質細嫩,且爽口彈牙,值得一試😋

意粉 - 波士頓龍蝦尾、意大利飲管粉、秘製龍蝦汁、鮮蕃茄、羅勒香葉 (另加$80)
第一次食飲管粉,口感好特別。每條飲管粉都沾滿住龍蝦嘅鮮味,而龍蝦尾入口啖啖肉,用料一啲都唔馬虎🙈 蕃茄同龍蝦汁味道都幾夾,當然唔少得羅勒葉來加強視覺美感😁

主菜 - 美國安格斯頂級肉眼、法國鵝肝薯蓉、鮮露筍、瑪爹拉酒汁 (另加$100)
我地叫咗五成熟,廚師燒制的時間剛剛好,咬落唔會過乾、過熟鞋口🙈 肉眼扒肉質滑嫩多汁,鵝肝薯蓉質感幼滑入口即融,兩者配搭完美👍 加入爽脆嘅露筍作配菜,進一步豐富了整道菜嘅口感層次🤤

甜品 - 烤香滑芝士餅、意式芒果雪糕
擺碟賣相吸精😍 芝士餅質感好香滑,口感軟綿;芒果雪糕夠哂冰凍又唔會太甜,滿載幸福感,為呢餐生日飯劃上圓滿句號💕
