位於airside間樂天皇朝真係超級推介,值得記錄在案。必食之選👍🏻。

首先講吓環境,真係坐得好舒適闊落。而且店員服務很好。上菜速度理想,每碟餸都可以熱辣辣一齊食。

今晚我哋叫咗:

今日到啟德新發展區探朋友,順便到附近商場一遊,這裏的商場都頗大,亦都很多美食。見到樂天皇朝10週年活動,推出$10優惠菜色,由 3月11日至4月30日,分三階段推出$10蚊優惠,今日剛好推出$10 原味小籠包 (6粒) (原價: HKD$78)餐廳裝修富有中國古典風味,頗有特色且新潮。原味小籠包6粒$10侍應非常貼心,上枱時提醒小籠包要趁熱食,否則凍咗皮會硬,小籠包細細只,皮薄餡靚,非常多湯汁,一啖一個,味道鮮美。木樨肉炒拉麪$93,拉麪不會比想象中的煙韌,但面炒得頗為入味,加上椰菜絲更增加口感。黑松露雞肉帶子燒賣$58,雞肉與帶子味道都不太濃,2者結合顯然沒有肥膩感,加入黑松露更添加餘香。花蔬蒸餃$72,這一款餃子裏面很多蔬菜,食落比較清新,點上醬汁,好清新。清燉雞湯$68,雞湯一人份量,飲得出是老火雞湯,又不會太多油,好清甜,平時少煲湯,這一個就一人份量,價格相宜。正適合我哋少煲湯的人。

啟德AIRSIDE的食肆差不多全開了,有不少著名餐廳進駐,樂天皇朝是其中一間。這間分店走明亮路線,大大隻玻璃窗,沒有浪費了啟德開揚景色,感覺舒適。坐下便送來的小食和其它分店一樣是花生栗子($15),炆得又腍又香,一如以往的好味。今天我們沒有點樂天皇朝的招牌八色小籠包,想試試其它。🏅蝦仁酸辣湯($63)皇朝的酸辣湯最合我心意,因它夠辣,但卻不是死辣,辣得來夠鹹、鮮、香。一大碗熱氣騰騰的酸辣湯,非常開胃。至於蝦仁,我倒覺得可有可無。🏅皇朝話梅骨($108)好吃到舔碟,酸甜清爽不油膩,肉質不硬,一個人也可吃完一碟。話梅骨即是糖醋骨,不過皇朝的話梅骨其實是楊莓骨,比話梅更健康好味,寫到這裏又流口水了。🏅紅油鮮蝦黑豚肉抄手拌麵($75)拌麵最重要是麵質和醬汁。這個麵質幼滑,能掛汁,醬汁清爽,有花椒香味,好吃。🏅黃橋燒餅($38)外皮酥脆,色澤金黃,內餡是豬肉和椰菜,略嫌較淡味。🏅擂沙湯丸($45)芝麻餡流心,完整一粒放入口,齒頰留香。

Yesterday I had a great dinner with my friend at Paradise Dynasty and I would like to recommend the Xiaolongbao😋Eight-Flavored Xiaolongbao:There are eight unique flavors to enjoy, and the Xiaolongbao has a thin and translucent skin with delicious soup inside. The fillings are rich and diverse. Overall speaking, the food here has good quality and the service is excellent and thus will surely come again👍
