係元朗應該冇咩鐘意食生蠔嘅人唔識Oyster Season,印象中呢間係元朗都一段時間,原來佢有中文名㗎😆。叫得神都有啲原因,就係蠔種類不能少,當晚我就食到5款,而且好鮮甜,其他海鮮都有水準,果然食蠔要係有R字月份。🍽️生蠔海鮮刺身拼盤除咗最愛嘅蠔外,仲有我一直好想試嘅車厘蜆。🔸生蠔:有5款--Cocollos, Josephine No.2, Special de claire, Tia Maraa Pearl, Gillardeau No.0. 自己最中意當然係Gillardeau啦,大隻肥美,肉質細滑,先海水後甜。有兩隻唔記得係咩,細隻啲,不過海水鐵味重啲,都好鐘意。🔸車厘蜆:相對蠔嚟講腥啲,我都係鐘意蠔😌。🔸北海道活赤貝:爽脆鮮甜,好味。🍽️牛油煎帶子配黑魚子:好期待呢個,一嚟到好香,帶子鮮甜,可惜面頭辣椒絲太搶味,蓋過帶子魚子鮮味。🍽️清酒蒜蓉煮活蜆湯:蜆鮮甜大隻,清酒香,蜆間中有啲沙,可接受。由於份量賣相同平時差不多,我察覺唔到呢個係湯嚟😅。幸好我習慣飲清酒煮蜆嘅湯汁,因為精華係晒度,可品嘗淡淡酒香,又飲到鮮甜,好在都差不多飲晒😌。如果有兩塊多士係度,咁我應該會察覺到係湯嘅😆。🍽️大蝦鮮茄意粉大蝦肉質彈牙,蝦殼香脆。意粉軟硬適中,汁剛好掛係每條面度,茄味香濃。📝人手落單,收加一。💬店鋪不大,氣氛不錯,聚餐一流,無限時慢慢傾。 continue reading

今年的周年紀念,我們選擇了這間主打海鮮的西餐廳,因為開張多年未曾試過,而且地點對我們來說方便,吃後可以早點回家。先來一個Seafood Platter!生蠔 $9@是日特價生蠔是Speciales de Claire,蠔身飽滿爽口,味道鮮甜,帶有海水的鹹味。北海道活赤貝 $78外表呈橙紅色,帶有光澤,肉質爽厚,鮮味十足。牡丹蝦 $78@味道鮮甜(again),口感細綿帶爽。Sauvignon Blanc White Wine $398海鮮少不了白酒,這枝白酒帶有石榴和檸檬味,清新宜人,搭配生蠔和海鮮最適合不過。Belon No. 000 銅蠔 $49@店家見我們以白酒配搭生蠔,便介紹我們吃銅蠔。果然好介紹,蠔味濃厚,帶有金屬味,裙邊爽脆帶勁,餘韻持久不散,十分特別,帶領我們認識不同品種的蠔。法式龍蝦湯 $98味道濃郁,口感細滑,充滿在龍蝦獨特的海鮮味。松露雜菌忌廉湯 $98松露香氣撲鼻,菌味濃郁,口感順滑。招牌鵝肝焗雜菌飯 $168錫紙包裹珍珠米和原塊鵝肝,店家叮囑我們先把鵝肝和飯拌勻才吃。飯以黑椒調味,加上鵝肝的油香味,使黑椒控的他,極度愛此焗飯。松露白汁帶子意粉 $168忌廉香滑而不膩,扁意粉非常掛汁,使我吃得很滿足。帶子煎得恰到好處,外皮煎香,內裡軟綿。晚飯尾聲時,和店家聊天才知道他們是新接手,調整過價格。難怪價格比之前便宜,但質素很好,性價比頗高!另外,他們還有供應午市套餐,可以揀選招牌鵝肝焗雜菌飯,奉送餐湯和果汁。以上價格需另加一服務費 continue reading
