这款tapas也挺奇妙的,甜椒包裹着细嫩的鳕鱼肉,再同甜椒酱和奶酪焗烤,酱汁充盈,热气腾腾还能有点拉丝。

【Squid ink paella】
海鲜一般般,鱿鱼切成小块融合进饭底,很喜欢这锅咸香油润、米粒分明而耐嚼的夹生饭,吃到一半挤上柠檬汁,又是一番滋味。

最爱还是贴住锅边那一层浅浅的饭焦,就像煲仔饭的锅巴一样令人欲罢不能。我拿着大勺子又挖又铲,在狂野的碳水面前就是很难保持优雅。

【Traditional paella Valenciana】
以鸡肉/蝸牛/兔肉为主的瓦倫西亞烩饭,同样是米饭更好吃,食材还可以更入味。

看到Sangria很受欢迎,但感觉要人多点一壶才喝的爽,杯卖和调酒也不错,没有什么比Tempranillo和Albarino更配tapas啦!

服务也很专业和热情,二刷时还遇到老板在店里,挨桌打招呼还帮忙分菜很和蔼~

Their garlic shrimp is a must order and comes with an attractive sizzling sound, served piping hot. The clams were fresh without any sand and the mushrooms were also flavourful. We also tried the cod fish in pepper sauce, the sauce was nice but the cod fish was scarce. Their soup with chicken, beef and Iberico ham was very salty.

For mains, we had their signature suckling pig, which is very juicy and tender. I couldn’t find a better one anywhere else. Spanish food is not complete without paella and we had their seafood paella, which was generally portioned, enough for four people with lots of seafood on top. Lastly we had their churros with hot chocolate to end the feast.

Though not every dish was impressive, most were still very good. I also love the atmosphere and design here, which feels like old European style.

最近和朋友慶祝生日,到訪了這家位於中環雪廠街接近有26年歷史的Ole西班牙餐廳!
餐廳由來自西班牙的 Carmelo Lopez 先生創建,到訪時也看見他熱情地跟客人交流,當天也有不少人在慶祝節日,會有兩位樂手自彈自唱,好聽之餘也非常有氣氛!
而且他們最近推出了春季限定的西班牙傳統菜式Menu,當中更加有反映西班牙狩獵飲食文化的菜式,這次試了當中的4道,少見之餘十分美味,值得一試!

你星期六同老婆搵咗間西班牙餐廳試吓。其實呢間嘢都幾唔方便,搭車之後都要行條大斜先到。一入到去,環境非常好,我哋早兩日book咗位,但其實都仲有四五張枱未有人座,所以午餐係唔使特登book 既應該,可能因為價錢始終都唔平。餐牌得一款就係嗰日嘅set brunch, 其實前菜加加埋埋小食,未食主菜都有啲飽,主菜就叫咗和牛面頰同埋西班牙乳豬,其實有啲後悔嗰個和牛面頰,因為佢同其中一個小菜好似但個小菜個汁仲好食😂。我哋book咗1400,我哋last order係1430,1545要交台,建議大家book早啲,多啲時間享受吓餐廳環境,鍾意飲酒嘅朋友,可以慢慢品酒傾偈。
