📌 Nonsense - 土瓜灣北帝街143-155號順輝大廈地下4號舖🗓(19/11) 星期日 ⏰ 下午1點左右💈特式:開始入冬,另一半講左好耐想食煲「兒子」飯,上網見呢呢間近近地,仲要係未試過嘅日式煲「兒子」飯,所以見今日放假就中午同佢去試下。🥩🍔🌭🌮🥗🥯🥘🍲🍝🍣🥟🍤🍱食物:餐廳本身係主打日西式料理,當中最特別係佢地有幾款日式煲「兒子」飯,而且佢地嘅甜品都非常出名,款式同口味仲好多選擇,而家等我同大家講下🍲味道先。🐷🍲黑毛豬肋肉日式煲仔飯 $1️⃣7️⃣8️⃣ - 等候時間唔算耐,大約8~10分鐘就上菜,上枱時個煲非常熱,一打開會聞到微微焦香味。材料除左豬肋肉,仲有雜菇同蘆筍苗,面頭再放左一隻日本蛋黃。雖然佢哋唔係用瓦煲,但飯底都做到有飯焦,不過就無傳統瓦煲咁多。佢地跟埋個醬油唔似傳統煲仔飯豉油,反而味道近似日式甜醬油,令成件事日式感覺更加濃烈。🦐🦀🍲大蝦蟹肉蝦油日式煲仔飯 $1️⃣8️⃣8️⃣ - 呢個因為加左蝦油,所以聞落多左陣蝦香味,同埋唔需要再加醬油都已經夠味,大蝦就有5~6隻,size就普通尺寸,蟹肉份量就普通,都有配埋蘆筍苗,整體我會覺得好食過豬肋肉嗰個。🍰開心果巴斯克軟心芝士蛋糕 $5️⃣8️⃣ - 佢地個巴斯克軟心芝士蛋糕係餐廳主打招牌甜品,口味有成1️⃣5️⃣款咁多,真係總有一款啱你口味,個蛋榚可以揀配雪榚或者法式焦糖燉蛋。個蛋榚主打軟心,佢食落係中間偏軟心,近邊位就會硬身返少少,不過開心果味就唔重,對比起佢主身嘅芝士味,好似突出唔到個開心果味咁。🍰榴槤巴斯克軟心芝士蛋糕 $5️⃣8️⃣ - 榴槤本身味重,所以配咩都可以極之突出,佢地個榴槤味都做得幾濃幾好味,食完一段時間口腔都仲感受到嗰浸味。法式焦糖燉蛋唔係唔好食,不過同蛋榚比就會比比下去。☕️🍵🥤🧋🍺🍷🥃🍹🧉🍾🍶🥛飲品 : Brunch menu會跟左一杯熱餐飲,如果揀凍飲就要加錢,或者可以轉其他特飲就會有半價優惠,我地要叫左一凍一熱最普通嘅烏龍茶,就係正正常常嘅烏龍茶,不過就咁轉左凍飲要加$4️⃣蚊就有點貴。🍽環境:餐廳環境就係普通西餐廳格局,地方唔算好大,大約有40多個坐位,大部分都係卡位,而且坐位都幾舒適,地方都乾淨企理,燈光同音樂都唔錯。🤵🏻🤵🏻♀️🤵🏻♂️服務:店員服務很好,落order/覆單/上菜時都好有禮,當選擇甜品時亦會推介同講解下,當上煲「兒子」飯時會好細心提醒注意個煲熱💰💸價錢:今日兩個人叫左兩個煲「兒子」飯brunch飯,再加左兩份兩份甜品,埋單計埋加一就大約$5️⃣0️⃣0️⃣左右,雖然食物質素係唔差,但成兩百蚊一個煲仔飯確實有d貴。🐲💬總結:我本身唔常食煲「兒子」飯,因為香港好食嘅好難遇到,但呢間嘅日式煲「兒子」飯我又覺得幾新奇好食,再加上佢地出色嘅甜品,我對呢餐十分滿意。推薦指數:❤️❤️❤️❣️🤍

🍰生日就是尋找美食最好的理由這次來到收藏已久的餐廳🏠因為生日可以提供超可愛的畫碟服務,所以就選了這家小店❣️最後也沒有失望。☀️黑毛豬肋肉日式煲仔飯 $188它是混合日式炊飯和港式煲仔飯,可以稱得上是日式煲仔飯。飯粒飽滿,應該是日本米。上菜時店員很細心提醒鐵鍋很熱,要小心。煲仔飯料很足,飯上鋪滿了滿滿的菇類、黑毛豬肉,幾乎每一口都能吃到。豬肉很有肉香好吃,有咬口又有很香的油脂味。煲底有飯焦,很好香脆,整體味道十分之好!中間的生蛋黃令煲仔飯的顏色很豐富,但飯的味道很香,所以不太吃到有蛋味。☀️燒澳洲和牛封門柳 $298封門柳是牛橫隔膜肌肉,每隻牛只有一條,非常罕有,雖然份量不算多,但對得起這價錢。牛肉燒得剛好,中間有點粉嫩色。雖然封門柳脂肪較少但出奇地肉質細嫩,肉味香濃,很好吃。☀️咸蛋單骨雞翼 $68雞翼上枱時熱呼呼的,加上咸蛋黃,鹹香鹹香,是想像中的味道,沒有太驚艷。☀️甜品:蛋糕配焦糖布丁 $50開心果巴斯克軟心芝士蛋糕,很好吃啊!!!!這陣子巴斯克芝士蛋糕很熱門,很多餐廳都有,但這家真的做到軟心,蛋糕不太甜,有淡淡開心果味,如果開心果味來一點,就更好了,另外芝士味又不會太膩,真符合我胃口,我下次要買一個來吃!店員們的服務態度也很好,老闆最後也會問問顧客有沒有什麼意見。

如果要推介土瓜灣的餐廳,我會毫不猶豫推介Nonsense❗️❗️❗️已經光顧了無數次,當中的煲仔飯及卷蛋是極力推介的🫶🉐️🍲黑毛豬肋肉日式煲仔飯($188)黑毛豬肋肉經過煮熟後,肉質鮮嫩多汁,搭配日式煲仔飯的米飯,口感香糯。店員會額外提供醬汁,但我認為不落醬汁已經很夠味,是必點的一款菜色🔥🦀️雙重芝士蟹肉焗大啡菇($63)大啡菇的口感鮮嫩,充滿了蟹肉的鮮甜味道,而雙重芝士令整道菜變得更邪惡🧀️😈🦑烤魷魚串($68)烤魷魚串經過烤制後,外層呈現金黃色誘人的色澤。口感嚼勁十足,搭配著微微的炭烤香味,非常美味。🍵日本小山園抹茶卷蛋($58)抹茶控拜託一定要點🙏抹茶味非常濃郁,而且不會過甜。不知道該選伯爵茶還是抹茶的話,建議兩款都點🫶(小孩子才做選擇🤣)🍃特濃伯爵茶日式卷蛋($58)伯爵茶的香氣與卷蛋的綿密口感完美結合,而且苦甜味道平衡得很好,整體口感順滑細膩👍

今日要出土瓜灣做嘢,於是同同事睇吓附近有咩好食,就喺OpenRice搵到呢一間有得食煲仔飯又有得食蛋糕嘅餐廳👍🏻好少見有Cafe會有得賣煲仔飯😂所以就嚟試試佢~我叫咗個黑毛豬肋肉日式煲仔飯($178),個份量真係超級大‼️兩個女仔share食一定夠飽🤣個飯都好足料,好多豬肉,但我個人鍾意食多飯焦嘅煲仔飯多啲~嚟Cafe梗係要食甜品㗎啦!首先嗌咗個鮮雜果忌廉窩夫,軟熟嘅窩夫配上酸甜嘅生果,口感好豐富👍🏻甜品係女人嘅第二個位,所以我哋另外仲嗌多咗好幾件甜品🤣啲卷蛋大大份好多cream,個甜薯芝士蛋糕唔好睇佢細細舊,但食落真係好飽肚😂另外仲嗌咗個焦糖燉蛋,呢個就正常發揮啦~最後再嗌咗杯芒果milkshake, 真係糖分滿滿嘅一餐😋😋😋-結論:呢間餐廳嘅食物份量都好足料,甜品有好多選擇,但味道就略嫌普通🤔如果經過嚟試吓都可以嘅~
