近期少左好多人出街,就在這特別的日子四出尋找美食。今日就黎到銅鑼灣。尋找美食的時候,被一位有禮的派傳單嬸嬸熱情推介,最後不好意思地進入了餐廳。店內光猛,店員有禮,裝修行清新風格,估計應該開業不久。美容蹄。一個吸引的菜名,能令眾人二話不說點這菜。幸好,亦非浪得虛名,肉質嫩滑,炆得好林,而且無毛的,哈哈!食得川菜,點少得水煮牛肉。用瓜同菜做底,唔會好多油,花椒味噗鼻,辣味同麻辣配合得剛好!

今天約了女友相聚,心血來潮選了這間高級中菜廳相聚,免得常常投訴食茶餐廳,沒有好東西吃。餐廳位於銅鑼灣地鐵站旁,位置非常方便。餐廳裝潢非常獨特,牆身和屋頂也裝置得非常特別,非常適合情侶和公司同事朋友前來。酸菜鱸魚餐廳主打川味食物,我們叫了酸菜鱸魚,鱸魚非常鮮甜,配合小小辣度,非常之香,加上魚肉塊塊都沒有魚骨,配上白飯真是一流。它的份量也是非常足夠,夠2-3人食用。韭黃鴨血也叫了個韭黃鴨血,鴨血很大塊和厚身,而且非常之滑,配上韭黃的清甜味,兩者非常之配,女友最愛。土豆茄子最後叫了土豆茄子,茄子很滑,而且土豆切得很薄,兩者一起入口,口感非常特別,加上碟子很漂亮,值得加分。

First time here and ordered quite a number of dishes for two. The hot and sour soup - a bit on salty side and would have been nice to have a bit more shredded pork, fungus and duck blood in the soup. First time here and ordered quite a number of dishes for two.

The hot and sour soup - a bit on salty side and would have been nice to have a bit more shredded pork, fungus and duck blood in the soup. Will not order it next time.

The celtuce (celery lettuce) was crisp and refreshing. The spring onion oil was fragrant and there was a hint of peppercorn as well. The seasoning was also just right. 👍

We liked it’s FB page and got the shredded chicken in chili sauce for $1. The orange chili sauce was okay. Not authentic for me.

The pickled turnip was a bit too sharp and tangy for me. And I was expecting it to be the dried and aged pickle.

The diced chicken with chili pepper was good. It was tender and moist despite the chicken was chopped into small pieces. I could taste the peppercorn along with the chili. I had it extra spicy and it was just right for me.

The duck’s blood, tripe and pork intestine in spicy sauce was quite authentic. The sauce was a bit salty for me but the seasoning (mix of spices and chili) was okay. My first time to have this dish with also luncheon meat and squid in it. Extra bonus for me as I like both.

On balance, it’s a decent place for Sichuan food.

Sichuan Dandan Noodles 四川担担麵 - Really good! Very nice nutty flavor you expect from Dandan noodles. 自上年十二月去了成都重慶一轉後,這半年沒有太多川菜局,早兩天當食友相約有川菜局在銅鑼灣,想也不想就應約了。 前菜點了四碟,蔥油伴青笋清爽無渣,貴妃葡萄入口冰凍清甜,陳醋肴肉的陳醋已做成啫喱黏在肉的上方,一起同吃醋汁也可好好的帶出肉香,最後的夫妻肺片不太油且辣度剛好。 主菜的饞咀牛蛙先上來,叫得做牛蛙蛙身蛙腿果然比較大件,而牛蛙肉厚入口又夠結實,加上麻辣的陪襯,不一會便只剩下辣椒在碗中浮游了。這年頭大家都在找在吃酸菜魚,而這個秘製酸菜鱸魚似乎是店家的名物,出來的樣子對版,先試湯頭喝下也夠酸夠濃,魚片算是滑溜,將魚片跟酸菜同吃的結果是美味加乘的組合。香辣美容蹄是第一次偶上的菜式,煮豬蹄的時間及火喉做得好,吃著不用太費勁便可骨肉分離而仍有嚼勁,加上香辣汁的配合也是吃得過的菜式。 整晚都是肉沒菜的話是有點過火,最後便叫了一客熗白蓮即辣炒椰菜,而吸了辣油的椰菜,除了爽口果然更惹味,而最後追加的辣土豆絲也是夠乾夠辣的出品。 香港這年的夏天好像一浪比一浪熱,有些日子真的熱得令人沒甚胃口,天氣繼續這樣熱下去的話,想吃辣的心情看來只會有增無減了。

後來得知原來重點的薯粉是可另加的,有趣的是原來巢私厨川菜所用的麵條的是像粗身米粉的,看來吸汁能也會是挺強的吧!

畢竟在銅鑼灣食肆選擇多,競爭也是挺激烈的,也有很多川菜的選擇,看來假如巢私厨川菜想要突圍而出,也該要更大的努力吧,加油!

川菜真的讓人又愛又恨.好鍾意果種濃調味,但又怕辣.朋友介紹左尼間樓上私房川菜.專修很精緻乾淨,有點西餐的感覺.餐具也很有心思,就餐環境很舒服.這餐廳主打酸菜魚小龍蝦.小龍蝦沒什麼興趣.倒是酸菜魚很想一試.要知道現在大陸有幾間網紅酸菜魚太二鹿鼎記.我覺得酸菜魚不能不提他們倆,做比較.見高下.酸菜魚有三款,白湯金湯紅湯,三大主力.白湯豬骨雞魚熬煮.金湯在白湯基礎上加蝦膏.紅湯就加紅油.點了白湯,小份268,一條魚.小辣.上菜很快.必須先喝湯,無敵,湯很鮮濃郁,很有層次,帶一點酸菜味,酸爽.完勝太二.魚肉超滑嫩,沒刺.入口直接滑入喉嚨,鮮嫩.酸菜魚湯必須配飯,很完美,不太辣,但胡椒花椒鮮湯的味道完美結合.無敵,而且很適合本地人的口味.回鍋肉,味道也不錯,肉質有咬口,滑嫩,有小小臘肉既口感.最後菜花,熱鍋上,也做到脆口.不錯.路過銅鑼灣不妨一試,還有避風塘炒蟹也出色,起碼比橋底兩間坐得舒服,便宜味道也不錯.

好鍾意果種濃調味,但又怕辣.
朋友介紹左尼間樓上私房川菜.

倒是酸菜魚很想一試.
要知道現在大陸有幾間網紅酸菜魚
太二鹿鼎記.

白湯豬骨雞魚熬煮.
金湯在白湯基礎上加蝦膏.
紅湯就加紅油.

點了白湯,小份268,一條魚.小辣.
上菜很快.
必須先喝湯,
無敵,湯很鮮濃郁,很有層次,帶一點酸菜味,酸爽.
完勝太二.
魚肉超滑嫩,沒刺.
入口直接滑入喉嚨,鮮嫩.
酸菜魚湯必須配飯,很完美,不太辣,但胡椒花椒鮮湯的味道完美結合.
無敵,而且很適合本地人的口味.

牛蛙係中國的名物,在深圳很多的四川餐廳也是主角,饞咀牛蛙上枱那刻熱氣騰騰,牛蛙很多,條條腳也非常粗壯,辣度雖不是激烈,但如你好此道,絕對是好選擇,牛蛙腿絕對肥大肉壯,好像吃小型雞脾咁。

聽說這裡的師傳在太二學過師,於是我對秘製酸菜鱸魚勁期待。香氣四溢說不算,但大力吸還是嗅到那股酸菜魚的油香,鱸魚肉質很軟,一夾就容易散,不過魚都好新鮮,而且份量非常多,如果你識食魚,食埋個魚頭都好過癮。

唯一不好,是沒有薯粉和寬粉在湯中,如果唔係,更加完美。

巢辣子雞相對是失望的,可能吃不習慣正宗?雞粒雖然炸得脆,但很細粒,口感相對輸蝕,辣椒雖很多,但多得掩蓋了雞像紅海,加上有很多脆麻花,有點奇怪,相對來說,冇咁突出。

看食評和IG很多人叫的主角是香辣美容蹄,美容蹄夠哂骨膠原,又不會太辣,正適合女士來吃,而且膠質堅一流,特別係個豬蹄皮,很有咬口。

我會覺得其中一個最出色的是這巢炒桂花,彈牙又爽,桂花炒得細緻分明,蛋又炒得滑,簡單而好吃。

辣的菜色我覺得未夠喉,所以我想吃個水煮牛肉,那個辣度要正宗的,一吃才知這裡的火氣其實很夠,只不過,遷就香港人的關係,你要起碼勁辣或者大辣先感受到那四川的火花,牛肉的質感完全像脫胎換骨一樣,染上了鮮紅的裝飾,送飯才是王道。
