早排同朋友去過銅鑼灣一間川菜餐廳,餐廳唔算華麗但一出lift就已經聞到好大陣酸菜魚味!我地兩個唔算好餓所以都係點左兩碟招牌送飯,就係酸菜鱸魚同陳醋菠菜。第一碟係冷盤既菠菜,菠菜食得多但落陳醋真係小食,食起黎爽口同埋酸酸甜甜,再加埋花生真係越吃越開胃!送飯一流!酸菜魚上台果刻我己經覺得好香,魚肉好滑而且無咩骨。整體魚肉好鮮美,酸菜的味道唔會話太濃同爽口。湯裡有好多桂花,一黃一紅兩種辣椒🌶️,可以話吊起晒d味之餘仲有點麻香。我個人都幾中意呢間d野食,平時川菜比我既印象係爆油,減肥果時一定唔會想食。但自從試完呢間之後就有所改觀,下次一定會再幫襯!

近幾年好多香港人都鐘意上深圳去食下川菜,特別係某間很有名的酸菜魚專門店。但今天香港人還是留在香港比較安全,已經好難再上大陸了。所以今次就和家人去了銅鑼灣的一家川菜餐廳,重溫一下川菜的辣!雖然我跟家人沒有很會吃辣,但也忍不住點了一盤少辣的鱸魚!我們很喜歡不儘是它的「辣」,還有會上癮的「麻」。鱸魚基本上都很少魚骨,加上魚肉很滑,再淋上又麻又辣的湯在白飯上,一併吃上,很容易就想添飯了!第二碟很喜歡的就是擔擔麵,它口味油香麻辣,放了芝麻醬、肉碎、碎花生、蔥花等等。而細滑麵條就剛上吸收了湯的精華,味道一流。最後就吃了炒年糕,的確是油了一點,但也搭上娃娃菜還有肉絲,年糕也吃起來很煙靭。

這家的菜還可以自選煮法,例如馬拉盞炒。下次可以試試別的。整體來說,小菜水準高,坐位很舒服,一家人來吃就很好。

今天聽朋友介紹了巢私廚,果然這裡服務非常熱情,環境優雅大方,乾淨,一進來有股香味深深吸引著我,讓我迫不及待。陳醋肴肉酸酸的醋味很香,肴肉肉質細嫩爽口,配上陳醋有不一樣的味道,好吃。值得一提擺盤精緻很美四川擔擔麵香噴噴的面香味,口感條條爽滑勁道,吃著舒心暖胃。豆苗碧綠如絲,脆脆的很新鮮,這裡的豆苗純天然很健康,口感很好。紅燒肉肥瘦正好,胖的部分肥而不膩,軟硬適中,一口下去那滿嘴肉香真的很爽。高力流心香芋這道菜很有創意,高難度,熱氣騰騰的香芋那香味很誘人,吃到流心那種感覺與眾不同,好香。這裡的熱情感染了我,讓我有種不一樣的感覺,非常好很喜歡。

上星期和朋友到尖沙咀逛街,之前已經提及想和他吃川菜,上網看一看資料便決定來這一間樓上川菜店試一試蟲草花燉烏雞,非常足料,而且味道非常香濃,每一口都有強烈的藥材味道,絕對相信是老火烹調的效果,在天氣寒冷的時間嘗一碗老火湯感覺非常不錯搶白蓮,椰菜非常爽脆,配上酸酸辣辣川菜味道真的是送飯良品熗炒土豆絲,這一道同樣是川菜的老牌名菜,廚師將土豆切成幼絲,每一條土豆都能沾滿四川香醋,花椒辣椒等調味,是相當惹味的菜色

上星期日和朋友到尖沙咀逛街晚餐時間到附近看看有什麼好吃,這間餐廳樓下有店員大力推薦正宗川菜,剛好和朋友想吃一些酸酸菜式,於是上樓⼀試老醋海蜇頭,份量不少,絕對足夠二人,另外調味同樣是中上水準,是十分開胃的餐前小吃椒鹽排骨,我和朋友都覺得其實這是椒鹽豬扒,因為沒有什麼骨頭,但是坦白說我覺得豬扒比排骨更好吃因為啖啖肉,而且廚師調味不錯,是很好的送飯小菜每次吃川菜都會必點的熗白蓮,酸酸辣辣配上充滿口感的椰菜,並不是每一間餐廳的廚師都能處理得酸味適中,但這一道就做到了,值得推薦

最近天氣變涼了後都很想食辣野,可以取一取暖,而朋友今晚推介了這間巢私廚川菜,便今晚過來一嚐。餐廳位於銅鑼灣的鬧區,方便就腳,環境整潔闊落,坐得舒服。十三香小龍蝦小龍蝦為必點自選,其獨家製的醬汁 十三香,味道香濃惹味,有八角等獨特香料,滲入龍蝦當中。小龍蝦份量較多,顏色鮮艷,蝦肉彈牙爽甜,令人食不停口。秘製酸菜鱸魚擺碟賣相美觀,鋪滿了辣椒及花椒等惹味香料,鱸魚煮得十分嫩滑爽甜,辣到適中,麻而不嗆口,香氣撲鼻,魚肉無骨而香甜,入口即溶,魚香味十足。嫩雞燴面會面的味道較為清淡,可以中和一下油膩感。配有菜粒,清脆爽甜。麵質幼細而滑身,入口爽滑彈牙,吸收了清甜的湯底精華,帶有雞肉的鮮味。

食川菜其實真係有隱架香港有唔少大陸落嚟嘅川菜等你唔使返上去都有得食實在好耐冇食酸菜魚 每日不停咁嗌 終於男朋友帶咗我去一間未食過嘅位於銅鑼灣謝斐道嘅樓上鋪,整體環境10分舒適和乾淨,我哋叫咗秘製白湯酸菜魚做主菜。二至三人份量已經非常足夠,最貼心係成條魚都係冇骨㗎。魚片雖然帶皮,但正正係因為咁留咗與本身魚嘅脂肪,令到整體魚嘅10分嫩滑,完全冇腥味!而配菜我地點左黑醋菠菜,黑醋嘅酸度拿捏得啱啱好,非常開胃,加上花生粒,10分有咬口,這個我是非常推介的。另外仲有黃金炒粉絲,一開頭以為係鹹蛋黃炒粉絲,點知誤會了,其實係蛋絲炒粉絲,幸好味道也不錯。我和男朋友每人大概200左右人頭,以這個價錢在香港能吃到這般水準的酸菜魚,已經是物非所值!

而配菜我地點左黑醋菠菜,黑醋嘅酸度拿捏得啱啱好,非常開胃,加上花生粒,10分有咬口,這個我是非常推介的。另外仲有黃金炒粉絲,一開頭以為係鹹蛋黃炒粉絲,點知誤會了,其實係蛋絲炒粉絲,幸好味道也不錯。
我和男朋友每人大概200左右人頭,以這個價錢在香港能吃到這般水準的酸菜魚,已經是物非所值!

The grape shaped melon is the restaurants renowned dish as I've never had this before. Its made from winter melon soaked in red wine. The juicy melon balls tasted of bubbly red wine was absolutely delicious and a must order to quench your thirst during your meal.

Garlic Crayfish
The garlic has a strong flavour and is very large. The crayfish are bright red and looks very attractive. Although the meat is relatively skinny, the accompanies garlic sauce was a perfect pairing for the crayfish.

There are red chili grains placed on the noodles with spicy oil. The taste is numb and spicy, and the moderately spicy. The beef is tender, smooth and sweet.

It is simmered with the best pork belly, the braised sauce is sweet and strong, and penetrates into the flesh. The fleshy flesh is gelatinous, the soft flesh is tender and smooth, and it melts at the mouth.
