Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 訂了 11:30-13:00 第一輪任點任食,11:50 入座時趁未有太多人打了卡,裝修、環境、採光一流。餐廳告知窗邊海景位需有 $300/pp 最低消費,所以坐了入面卡位。如坐入面卡位不太能看到海景,不過仍很開陽基於價錢只需 (209 + 茶芥 + 10%),本身都預計吃環境居多,但食物很有驚喜。不能盡錄,個人覺得必吃的有:黑松露素粉果、蝦仁炒蛋、核桃包、春卷、炸雲吞茶亦有花心思,好像是添加了人參果。12:50 last order,最後13:00待應主動過來結帳,卻沒有趕客,吃到 13:15 才走 👍

餐晚餐係慶祝生日飯,本身開開心心慶祝,比依間餐廳搞到無晒引。想叫紅酒飲,waiter十問九唔應,叫佢介紹又唔識介紹,連遞本drink menu都唔識,要叫先識拎。仲要waiter講野串到呢,唔知以為我得罪佢😡送餐先搞笑,送到好似去左茶餐廳甘,求其放喺枱,正常見到客人放咗個人物品係枱面都會提提客人拎開呀,但waiter理都唔理,想直接放上面,完全冇出聲提客人,面口仲要係你做咩亂擺野係枱面阻住我放底野既樣😡之後執野仲要執到啲野跌晒,仲倒瀉杯酒,差啲倒落部電話度😡野食先更垃圾,做得中菜餐廳,啲中式野食都唔掂,避風塘炒蟹完全無辣味、蟹又無肉,鮑魚唔新鮮,大蝦又霉又唔新鮮,片皮鴨肉質太實而且黎到已經凍晒,唯一好味啲淨係得個湯飯。之後仲發現啲片皮鴨係放晒喺入口、近lift位切,附近不停有人出入,完全無衛生意識😡最後叫個甜品更加用垃圾黎形容,整tiramisu跟本無技巧可言,任何新手都整得出,但佢一間高級餐廳整個tiramisu整到似新手整甘難食,咁就唔好賣啦!做返自己中式甜品咪算,整咩西式甜品!?無圖去證明以上問題,因實在太垃圾唔值得影相留念😡😡此餐廳永久black list!

公司老外上司們從外國來港, 做TEAM BUILDING! 老外一般都愛中餐(西餐在外國日日食), 有人提議去六公館, 但公司既BUDGET係100USD per each. 最後揀了南海一號, 餐廳安排了上層, 仲要後面無人, 夠晒靜, 俾空間我們一齊合照及敬酒等, 仲要最後因公司政策, 麻煩待應去分單, 分成三張, 待應也很配合幫忙, 真係掂! 尤一係有一個餸, 沒有分開兩個碟(我們有15人, 要分成兩張枱), 不過只是小失誤, 其它野好優秀! 最後落下層既無散維港景真係無得輸(不過那晚好大風好凍!)

餐廳環境十分好,望出窗外可以看到整個維港景色,是加分位。當天是週末,價錢會比平日貴多小小,我用餐時間是第一輪,四位用,早上十一點半左右,人都不算太多,上菜的時間都好快。食物方面選舉不算多,但都有點心小食及飯粉麵可以order,這種的任食任叫都 很不錯。點食物是用紙自己填紙的,要幾多叫幾多,但是要留意的是 小食菜式是一客(一份)計算,點心就是一舊舊計,是有點不同。每碗食物都很精美,味道都好好,雖然是任食但水準都十分好唔會好鹹。另外值得一提是,每張枱都會有一個鐵茶壺,那就可以保溫飲到熱茶👍🏻

本來高高興興一家人來這做節,一進去,環境不錯、氣氛不錯,坐下來,茶不錯,景不錯。一道又一道菜上來,食質素,食環境,食氣氛,食一家團圓,但是隔鄰桌坐了一桌子女孩,吱吱喳喳的不停大聲喧鬧,以為只是一時,可是卻沒停過。個多兩個小時的時間,如此環境。。。我們忍了很久,是不想太計較,但差不多最後還是跟經理抱怨投訴了,我們不投訴那桌客人,我投訴的是當場的服務員沒適時勸管,這樣影響整個地方的格調,跟一般酒樓沒分別。
