To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 米線餐包汽水或細豆漿就我加$3轉凍檸茶,而湯底可以自選唔洗加錢,我就選擇咗蕃茄湯底🍅
蕃茄湯底好重蕃茄味唔會淡,而且重有好多一舊舊蕃茄,而米線會有招牌辣豬肉、春卷、魚片同冬菇,招牌辣豬肉係我食南記一定叫既送,佢既辣豬肉唔會好辣,最重要夠瘦冇肥豬肉,仲唔會嚡,非常好食,而春卷方面味道保持水準,依舊係好好食,但係size大細條就差好遠,而冬菇同魚片相對就比較普通
炸魚片頭同麻辣湯米線,因為炸同辣嘅關係,老公唔比我食
今次主要係想介紹蕃茄湯底,有時唔想食辣係一個唔錯既選擇
- 招牌辣豬肉
盛惠$53大元,米線同湯底分開上。米線丶皮蛋丶芫茜丸,同大大塊嘅嘅炸豬扒裝埋一碗,芫茜蓉湯另上。
急不及待將啲芫茜蓉湯倒落米線入面,撈一下啲米線擺落口… 嘩,真係好得呀,芫茜味喺口腔爆發出嚟,一啲都無欺塲!可能放湯淥耐咗,啲芫茜丸就淡口好多,食落冇乜肉味估計係豬肉丸,如果佢比粒山竹牛肉,可能會正好多。塊炸豬扒大就大啦,不過冇任何味道之餘仲好乾身,好似食緊條柴咁。
總括嚟講$53蚊,有好大程度係俾咗落,一塊好掂嘅豬扒度,雖然芫茜味夠,不過真係唔值呢個價錢!

後話,個餐會跟埋芫荽味可樂,不過呢個真係仲未接受到。
紅磡分店夜晚都幾多人,本身諗住坐張吉枱,點知有個阿嬸話佢見到張枱先,是但啦,食野啫,最後撘左另一張枱,對方唔知係咪好怕疫情,我地坐低除口罩食野佢就即刻離坐,碗粉同豆漿都未食完…
Anyways,自己叫左麻辣擔擔麵春卷菜肉餃米線套餐,飲品就要左可樂。碗粉都幾大碗,熱辣辣幾香,湯底有啲稀又無乜花生味,飲落完全唔似擔擔麵湯底,少少辣都幾好味嘅。米線好爽口,春卷同菜肉餃正常味,整體黎講都叫幾好味啦。
朋友叫左牛魔王麻酸辣米線配豆漿,有肥牛、牛腩、牛丸等,料就幾多啦,但個湯底唔掂,唔麻唔辣淨係酸,而且係超酸,酸到一食就咳出黎,食得好辛苦呀…
五十蚊左右個人,價錢係幾實惠嘅,希望個湯底會改善啦。
唔知大家有冇我咁著重細節,我每次見到我D「心機位亅都覺得好開心,好似小朋友見到玩具咁, 做人咁辛苦,就係呢啲細節令到我可以會心微笑😊 重點👍🏼雖然係連鎖店,但係味精鹽份真係唔多覺,我食完都冇渴住要飲水呢!

之後魚卷果D都叫OK, 味道正正常常
但魚蛋真係差, 係叫彈牙但有腥味
所以平就係平, 但味道差好多
環境方面都OK, 乾淨 係魚蛋唔得
