To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 南記嘅春卷，食咗咁多次都依然覺得好好食，一直都keep到水準！今次決定買啲春卷同魚蛋返屋企擺喺雪櫃，隨時都有得食😋今次先留意到，原來齋買材料都幾抵，$32/6條春卷，$23/4両魚蛋

凍凍地，又唔想煮嘢食！所以經過南記買碗米線食！買咗個春卷牛腩小窩米線！$46南記嘅米線，其實一向都係唔差，雖然有人話佢比起以前啲水準，現在確實係有啲分別。但係因為我今日係外賣嘅，攞到返屋企嘅時候都成大約20分鐘後，但係啲米線仲係好彈牙，而且份量十足，👍🏻反而令我覺得佢都係唔錯，牛腩今日係比較多，同埋佢牛腩煮得幾淋嘅，春卷就兩條，春卷一向係佢招牌菜，所以都好食！另外加埋杯免費豆漿！😋感覺物超所值！

南記已經食過無數次，不過次次都係食麻辣湯底或者酸辣湯底，見啱啱病好仲有兩聲咳，一於健康D就試吓個蕃茄湯底啦😬，老公就一於好小理照舊食佢既麻辣湯底😏招牌滋選小窩米線餐米線餐包汽水或細豆漿就我加$3轉凍檸茶，而湯底可以自選唔洗加錢，我就選擇咗蕃茄湯底🍅蕃茄湯底好重蕃茄味唔會淡，而且重有好多一舊舊蕃茄，而米線會有招牌辣豬肉、春卷、魚片同冬菇，招牌辣豬肉係我食南記一定叫既送，佢既辣豬肉唔會好辣，最重要夠瘦冇肥豬肉，仲唔會嚡，非常好食，而春卷方面味道保持水準，依舊係好好食，但係size大細條就差好遠，而冬菇同魚片相對就比較普通炸魚片頭同麻辣湯米線，因為炸同辣嘅關係，老公唔比我食今次主要係想介紹蕃茄湯底，有時唔想食辣係一個唔錯既選擇

員工服務態度真心差，餐廳果然經不起時間考驗，見佢每次都在退步中，分店開得多，請不到足夠質素和數量的員工，食品開退步，員工服務態度真心爛，希望會有改過的打算，否則都不會再光顧，改善啦，改善啦，基本上人客數量已減少，不自我反省，還這樣經營下去，好快會被途態，曾經也有名一時的春卷米綫已不再，聛請員工真的要很小心，做不好就退步，客人是不會體諒的，只有強者生存，劣質的餐廳便要結業，分店太多是主要因素，反省反省
