今日同幾個同事剛好在東涌做野做到好夜,累累地就想係附近搵野食,即興就去左滿樂潮州菜館度食晚飯,點知幾有驚喜,都幾有水準,值得再去。我地一坐低。發現地方都幾闊落同舒服,因為餐廳樓底好高,就算多人都唔會覺得局促,同埋入面都有唔少大圓枱同卡位。侍應既態度都好好,餐牌上都有好多款式可以選擇。前菜小食有花生同甜酸菜,起初以為都係普通一般既小食,但花生原來係煲過,仲加上調味,微甜又林既花生,好味。因為太肚餓,朋友即時點幾樣菜。其中係必食既滷水鵝肉拼盆(當日餐廳人數都唔少,但唔洗等好耐就已上菜)拼盆入面有鵝肉、雞蛋、墨魚同豆腐,墨魚彈牙爽口,每舊鵝肉都厚厚,啖啖肉,又好入味,送飯一流,所以我同朋友好快就清曬成碟。跟住侍應就送上杏汁白肺湯,以往杏汁做甜品就聽得多,煲湯就真係第一次試,一遞碗湯埋黎已經有好香濃既杏仁味,起初以為兩樣唔係好合,怕會好怪,但飲落又出奇地match,湯料十足,一致讚好。然後唔可以唔提既係欖菜肉碎炒飯,炒飯粒粒分明,食落又唔會太油膩,有心思既係炒飯面有蛋絲包住整個飯,相當唔錯。食食下發現原來身邊都有唔少枱都叫呢個炒飯,睇黎我地真係無叫錯啊,呢個菜應該幾受歡迎。另外食得潮州菜又點可

另外食得潮州菜又點可以唔叫蠔餅,以往食打冷係炸既比較多,而今次反而係反傳統地用蛋去煎,上菜前已經切好左一塊塊好似pizza咁,細心睇可以發現每塊都有好多蠔係度,每隻蠔都係肥肉,又唔腥,點埋魚露味道岩岩好。
最後值得一試既係芋茸香酥鴨,一上菜時碟菜既賣相都好吸引,配上特製微甜醬汁,咬落外鬆內軟,有好香既芋茸味。
整體食完都好滿足好飽好滿意,要約埋朋友下次要再試埋其他菜式先得,呢間值得推介。

我覺得呢個炒飯係呢幾道菜當中最值得推介,每粒飯都炒得粒粒分明,出面層蛋網已經顯出廚師嘅心思,賣相十分特別,肉碎香融入係米飯當中,味道可口,油而不膩。

整體黎講,呢間餐廳食物嘅味道係恰到好處,如果中意重口味,呢到未必適合你。但如果想食到食材原有嘅鮮味,想食有層次嘅味道,咁我都幾推薦呢間餐廳,都幾適合帶長輩黎食。

最值得一讚係服務態度好好,侍應會經常留意食客有咩需,我飲完一碗湯,侍應會主動黎問要唔要添湯,又會主動斟茶斟水,說話有禮,態度友善,抵讚,比服務費都比得甘心呀!

週三上班午餐選了潮州,

好耐冇去東涌,今晚特別同朋友嚟左呢間潮菜餐廳吃飯。原來呢間餐廳喺東薈城靠近酒店的一邊,唔係近地鐵站嗰邊吖,由餐廳出去就已經喺圖書館位置了。坐低發覺呢度樓底超高,空間感十足十。侍應招呼唔錯,未坐定已經介紹有乜茶款提供,我就要左壼菊花茶,起初以為喺用茶包,點知而喺用好多一朵朵菊花㗎,正。另外,想特別講呢度嘅例牌滷水鵝肉拼盆,通常外面潮州菜館嘅滷水拚盆一定用牙菜仔鋪底,然後再喺上面加豆腐干、鵝片之類,但是呢度冇用度牙菜仔,成碟拼盆名符其實全部都係滷水嘢,滷水豆腐干片、滷水五花腩片丶滷水鵝肉片丶滷水魷魚片丶滷水蛋,而且非常入味,啲滷水片全部切得又簿又均勻,容易入口,雖然五花腩片比較多肥膏,但喜歡肥肉的粉絲一定會食得好好味。

The food was good, but overpriced, and I was very surprised and disappointed to be charged HKD 60 for jasmine tea as well as a HKD 37 service fee. The manager's attitude when I questioned these charges was appalling and completely unsuitable for the customer service industry. This was the only bad customer service experience I have had in 12+ years of visits to Hong Kong.

呢間餐廳嘅侍應會將啲餸菜一碟一碟慢慢上, 唔會覺得好似食得好急要趕住叫人走, 我哋仲每人叫咗一碗白飯攞嚟送d潮州美食, 我最欣賞話梅炆豬手酸酸甜甜口感仲好煙韌添攞嚟送飯的確一流, 至於沙茶牛肉炒河d肉質仲好好味仲帶出牛肉嗰種鮮味, 個潮州蠔烙係將啲蠔仔肉再炒蛋賣相靚之餘仲好有一定嘅口感, 而個蔥蒜炆黃花魚就肉質鮮美整得唔老仲係多肉少骨嗰隻, 一個字"正", 我平時都好少食蝦乾, 但係見到個者者蝦乾通菜煲就要試一試, 因為本人最鍾意食通菜, 啲蝦乾配通菜的確惹味, 食完之後覺得簡直回味無窮, 呢間位於東涌嘅"滿樂潮州"果然別有一番風味, 大家去開東涌玩嘅朋友仔可以一試,呢間咁特別嘅潮州美食!

來呢度食幾次午餐, 晚餐都食過,食物質素不用評,是好味,今晚個梅菜扣肉就失色左無味,其他都ok. 但是每次來食飯班侍應真係趕客格,今晚特別離譜。 問點解有枱唔放,唔理唔答。 如果唔想做細枱,就請係 reception 就講富,唔使我地等!!!
