失經無神,話去大嶼山心經簡林,自然要在東薈城食午餐才上昂坪,又好自然來這裏,因為喜歡百樂潮州,這是他的青年版。 在店外等位時,聞鹵水味,撲香,令口水激流,即垂涎係咁滴。 約等20分鐘,四人枱分2人枱,就有位。 鹵水鵝肉拼盤,小份$118,不負所望,肉嫩入味,滷水濃香,百般滋味嘴舐舐,白墨魚,爽,有墨味,嫩豆腐墊底。 叫碗白粥陪食$52,先至爽,但可惜有味,有瑤柱,白果,绵稠,有米香,但我要潮州粥,有米水嗰隻,清清鹵水重味,又可解渴,一啖落肚,全身舒暢。 本點椒盐倉魚骨,又香口又未食過,侍應話無,倉卒就噏椒鹽九肚魚$108代替,轉眼好/大碟又好大件的啡色肥蟲上枱,有點驚嚇,我的暗瘡,生完都未謝,谢咗紅印未腿,但不想浪費照食,粉脆厚身味咸,送啤酒一流,吐曬炸粉,魚肉鮮味,魚肉薄,但鮮。 左右隔離都係退休夫婦 ,右手邊叫到成枱食物,食剩有6盒要取走,左手邊連一個工人,叫白肺湯一鍋,炒一碟菜遠牛肉炒河,點心,記憶中又係食好多嘢,我吔相形見绌。食飽飽上山去,睇牛牛,食豆花。 continue reading

閒來到東涌東薈城逛逛,這個商埸品牌商店林立食店選擇多,來到我當然不要錯過於地下層的潮洲食店"滿樂潮洲"上次對這家潮菜館有良好印象,今次再來一定要再品嚐這裡有水準的家鄉味道! 坐位在落地玻璃牆下,透視外面黃昏街景,非常開揚舒服~打開精美的菜牌見圖未食已令人垂 涎!當然少不了點上經典的滷水菜式;滷水鵝片拼墨魚片(例) $ 168墨魚片爽滑,鵝片入味滷汁香濃!鵝肉甘香,下層滷豆腐非常嫩滑!份量相當足!紅棗烏豆豬尾煲 (例 ) $ 108 很久沒嚐這道菜了,外面餐廳也比較少見,再嚐特別滋味!熱騰騰的上枱,紅棗甜味飄香,一件件 圓碌碌的炆豬尾醬油色澤閃亮,軟滑程度恰到好處!入口甘香肥而不膩!相當出色!蒜香梅汁蒸鱔片(例) $ 198豉汁蒸的經常吃,今次蒜香梅汁也相當的滋味!鱔片肉質細嫩,梅汁酸酸甜的非常惹味醒胃!方魚肉碎粥 $ 78潮洲粥的特點,湯與米分明,口感清爽,米湯鮮甜味道層次豐富,每口粥都吃到方魚片的香脆!這幾道潮菜非常滋味!環境,服務都很滿意!最後,喝一口香茶,再點一客甜品~蓮子棗皇糕 $ 33棗味濃濃軟滑Q彈!好味!再來東涌一樣會再光顧! continue reading

陪朋友到東涌Outlet shopping, 為避過放工繁忙時間搭車, 於是一齊食埋dinner先返屋企。同朋友食過太多日本野同西餐, 今日轉轉口味食潮州菜---滿樂潮州, 幾個月前係尖沙咀食過點心, 今晚就試試晚市水準!東涌分店位置都幾隱閉, 如非見到水牌, 再問客服, 真係唔知東涌有呢間餐廳存在。餐廳環境闊落, 事關怕入夜飲茶會夜晚訓唔著, 揀咗杭州菊花 HK$20/位, 啖啖花香清甜同時送上兩款前菜: 咸菜、花生 HK$24【鹵水鵝肉拼盆】HK$158 (例)面層佈上了三四片鵝胸, 肉質軟糯多肉汁, 鵝胸下就有鵝背, 幸好唔會太肥, 鵝皮算可以入口。伴碟有幾片薄薄墨魚片, 有鮮甜味; 再伴有幾小卡鹵水蛋; 墊底嘅有四件鹵豆腐, 但索咗鹵水汁, 令豆腐過鹹。【蒜香梅汁蒸鱔片】HK$198 (例)鱔片啖啖肉已被起骨, 肉嫩彈牙, 尤其鱔皮都係彈滑的, 每件鱔片都加上了蒜蓉, 淋上了梅汁, 蒜蓉令鱔片味道更鮮, 但稍為鹹咗少少。【方魚肉粥】HK$78有四飯碗份量, 賣落好似好稀, 但其實完全索咗粥水嘅米飯粒墜底, 有少少肉碎唔會太重口味,  仲加咗少少莞茜, 營造出超清甜清香味道, 有幾少片方魚碎, 口感就好似乳豬皮浸林咗咁。  continue reading

今日真係滿載而歸雖然outlet啲款唔係最新,但價錢真係幾抵買左幾樣野都好抵又靚!行完又係食飯嘅時間!我哋都想食中菜,就搵到呢間潮州菜館滷水鵝片拼墨魚鵝片滷得好入味,鵝味都好突出反而墨魚就薄左啲,但口感都好爽彈!主菜出色,就連配菜滷豆腐都咁高質豆腐好軟滑,好有豆香同時亦有滷水嘅味道,所以味道一啲都唔單調方魚肉碎粥我好鍾意食潮州粥粒粒嘅米飯遇上濃湯,真係會令我食好多碗!仲有埋脆口嘅方魚,令口感更加提升紅棗烏豆豬尾煲豬尾我真係第一次食,朋友話唔係好多地方有,所以一定要食!個汁幾好食,甜甜地黑豆煮得好夠淋,而又有咬口豬尾原來同豬腳質感差唔多,好豐富膠質!比豬腳容易咬,唔會太大舊骨!鴛鴦水晶包呢個甜品真係好正中間嘅餡夠哂澎湃紅豆餡仲好香陳皮味㗎相信係自家製!另一款係蓮蓉餡,同樣好出色!唔會太甜 continue reading

消費劵終於到手梗係約好姊妹出黎食餐飯,然後就瘋狂shopping因為要買farewell禮物,所以去左東薈城,因為多outlet名店選擇,血併前,先醫左個肚先好姊妹一早就話想食潮州菜,咁呢間一定岩佢口味晚飯時間,已經好多人,都好快就有位,而且座位夠寬容🤗亦都坐得好舒服,望望餐牌,大家點左呢幾樣👇🏻滷水骨香鵝片(墨魚) : 食潮州菜,一定要點呢個鵝片,都好大碟上面果d係墨魚片,爽口又彈牙下面就係鵝片,好入味😋而且鵝肉皮薄肉嫩,啖啖肉之餘,仲可以食到鵝骨香,另外仲有入晒味既滷豆腐,件件都好大件方魚肉碎粥:用左大地魚乾煮湯底😋加入肉碎,湯味鮮甜又惹味蒜香梅汁蒸鱔片(例):出街食飯真係要點d自己唔會整既餸菜🤣🤣呢個好開胃呀,有梅子汁香,而且鱔片又夠滑,而且好鮮甜紅棗烏豆豬尾煲: 豬尾湯就好多時都會煲,不過用來做餸菜,就未試過☺️豬尾有壯腰補脊椎之膠質,所以食起上黎黏住咀,真係好鬼補💪🏻💪🏻蓮子棗皇糕:食到咁上下,已經飽飽地,不過點都要食埋甜品熱辣辣,每件都有幾層一樣,有紅棗味濃郁, 亦都有蓮子香味,口感不但煙韌,而且有好多層口感一樣 continue reading
