我就最鐘情乾拌面, 這款招牌私房花雞拌面, 面質彈牙, 沾上了些少酒香, 更能引起食慾.
花雕雞塊味道出奇的不是重口味, 不會被奄得太咸或酒味過濃, 點到即止, 剛剛好.

最後我們點了兩款飲品, 值得一提的是那檸檬冬瓜茶, 真的造得很好, 比起坊間的台式飲品店造得更好.
先來的是冬瓜的清香, 中間夾雜着醒胃消油的檸檬, 如果是夏日, 肯定飲水幾柸.

整体來說, 價錢合理, 食物水準也不錯, 最重要是有地道的宝島味道

麻辣老鍋麵,湯頭是以麻辣火鍋湯與牛肉湯混合熬製,風味濃郁並帶有香麻辣味,麻辣醬辣得超過癮的,內含花椒、辣椒、椒王、燈籠椒、豆豉、蒜頭....數十種辛香料經小火拌炒,點一碗等同兼饗牛肉麵與迷你麻辣鍋,一麵雙饗。麵條揀選了粗麵,粗麵是麵條呈波浪狀的關廟麵,吃起來沒有麵粉感,滑溜又有咬勁,而且多虧那特殊的波浪造型,醬汁完全吸附,每一口都很有味道,好吃。

老媽的實體店同時展現品牌在烹調料理上的功力、火候與創意。而老媽的手工日曬關廟麵在「擺脫了包裝袋的束縛」,經門市廚師的烹調料理與加值後,形色與內容亦都升了級,感覺不再「只是儲藏櫃的常客」了。
