看菜單瀨尿蝦有很多種烹飪方式,我們點了辣椒蒜粒豆豉炸制的半避風塘調料,沒想到巨辣的調味反而顯得瀨尿蝦肉更鮮甜。餐廳會幫你把蝦殼都剪開剪成一段段,手臂長的蝦肉肉質鮮甜還有蝦膏,很好吃!涼拌花甲沒那麼硬,但也好吃的。花甲已經掰了一半的殼,處於剛剛斷生的嫩滑感,汁水是泰式酸辣涼拌汁,青檸洋蔥魚露辣椒一起拌,很開胃!服務到位,還有包廂,除了海鮮之外餐廳也有其他肉菜素菜。食材新鮮,好好味!推薦!下次再來吃! continue reading

雖然價格略高,但品質絕對對得起價格。這次基本把招牌菜都點了一遍,非常滿足。服務員的服務也非常周到,能夠主動招呼客人,幫忙點菜、換骨碟,細節上做得很貼心。特別推薦「二十年陳釀瀨尿蝦」,蝦肉鮮嫩,蝦膏肥美,搭配陳釀花雕酒,香氣撲鼻。還有「蒸扇貝」,扇貝鮮美多汁,蒜蓉調味恰到好處。最後是「果凍馬鮫魚」,口感爽滑,味道清新。溫馨提示,建議提前預訂,3人或以上建議預定圓桌,拍照拍視頻效果更佳。這次用餐體驗太棒了,下次還會帶更多朋友來嘗嘗,真心推薦給大家! continue reading
