🌕臨近中秋,都要相約朋友團聚在一起😊。今晚特意想試試一間新粵菜,餐廳位於中環繁華嘅擺花街,中西文化密集,但仍不減我哋三五知己對粵菜嘅強烈需求。🥘位置處於靜中帶旺嘅SOHO區附近,比較方便。餐廳放置著蒸籠佈置,有著中華文化嘅元素,簡單中帶點溫暖的感覺,場地大,坐位舒適。餐廳讓人感覺時尚。萬眾期待,我們點了糖心黑蒜燉響螺湯、石窩鮑魚雞粒炒飯,仲有金銀絲蒸娃娃菜。耐心等待一陣後,先上糖心黑蒜燉響螺湯,入口清甜不俗氣,隨後黑蒜回甘,湯味份外香濃,令人回味無窮,用上精緻菜壺呈上,感覺新穎👍🏻確實無得彈👍🏻。接著金銀絲蒸娃娃菜跟上,清清淡淡,味道得宜,清蒸感覺不油膩,稱得上是健康生活享受。隨後石窩鮑魚雞粒炒飯,色香味俱全,賣相色水恰到好處,視覺享受無窮、不得不提,用上石窩令炒飯嘅溫度得已保存,味道中等因爲太多材料令鮑魚不能發揮其本質,有點有點遜色,整體都是滿意的。我自己好喜歡食飯,雖然味道淡咗少少但都實在值得一讚、唯獨要做到炒飯濕度維持之餘鮑魚唔老!確實有點難度,有待改進。所有食物價錢中尚,職員有禮態度親切,還會悉心講解品嚐美餚嘅先後次序,好窩心。如此舒適情況下,誠意推薦👍🏻。

離遠已經聽到石窩吱吱的響,強勁的鑊氣令到陣陣的薑蔥味四散,攪拌一下入面發現入面鮑魚數量都算多,薄身的鮑魚完全吸收了薑蔥,雞和醬汁既味道,爽口入味。鮮淮山本來沒有什麼味道,但經過同醬汁的相處和高溫的炒焗,不但沒有因此而失去了本身爽脆的口感,還沾上醬汁的味道,成為這道菜另一驚喜。雞件不會過熟而煮過時,嫩滑的雞肉配合其他食材,錦上添花。

整晚另一非常其待吸引的主角,一聽黃金球已經提起我的興趣,上菜時令我驚喜不斷,首先有一個小火爐,一路將濃厚的魚湯連同配料滾滾下,有清甜的蕃茄,爽口的粟米,少量什菌,有甜味的豆和重點黃金球,原來是用米飯
煎成金黃色的飯焦球。上菜後靜待一會兒,餐廳的服務員細心將黃金球敲開,香脆的飯焦變成一個泡飯,整個泡飯味道的配搭簡直令我一試難忘。

主角來了,先不論味道,單單是外觀已經值回票價,遠睇同一副真的麻將完完全全沒有分別,幾可以假亂真,其實麻將是椰汁桂花糕整成,還有用米紙整成的美金和人民幣各一張,味道一流。睇得玩得又食得的特色甜品
