今日嘗咗間餐廳嘅客家小炒，一入口就覺得好有家鄉味！煮薯仔炖豬手，塊薯仔外皮滑溜溜嘅，吞落肚裏暖笠笠，仲有啲豬手肉滑過沙發，咬落去又唔會太淋，正到不得了！蒸肉餅嘅話，肉香四溢，入口即溶，係咁嘅天氣裏頭真係夠暖心，平平淡淡，竟然絲毫唔覺得沉悶。嚟個涼瓜排骨湯清清地一啖，好似可以洗涮晒所有嘅煩惱咁。排骨湯底滑溜溜，涼瓜熬到啱啱好，仲有股淡淡甜意。講真啊，咩藥材湯水都比唔上家傳湯水嘅靈魂！點少得客家咸豬肉呢個經典！佢哋炒得啱晒火候，豬肉冇一啲乾柴咁，啱啱好嘅嫩滑，配埋啲鹹香，食落嘅時候真係覺得好滿足。值得一讚嘅係，佢哋嘅咸豬肉不膩口，同埋健康細滑，一點都不會俾人食得太過。總之，呢件事，唔係浪得虛名。🤤👍🏻整體嚟講，啲菜烹調得宜，古味猶存又唔失時代感，再搭配埋間店懷舊嘅裝潢，真係食得出佢哋嘅用心同尊重傳統。下次想食黎一份暖笠笠嘅家常味，知道應該邊個打邊個飛喇！ 🏠🍲👨‍🍳 continue reading

啱啱行完步，餓到喺住，就同三五知己撲入咗呢家食堂。一坐低，臨頭跳入眼簾嘅係鮮嫩彈牙嘅鹵水鵝掌翼，食落真係好入味，啖啖肉嘅乳豬更係皮脆肉嫩，啖啖正！一籠竹笙冬菇扒豆腐添上嚟，食落仲有一股清香木味，真係舒服過癮。嗰啲蒜蓉辣椒醬豬手指，啖啖肉真係夠哂味，香辣過癮，真係👍！食飯時一定少不了咕嚕肉，啱啱好嘅酸甜味，夠晒開胃，好夾白飯。而啲炒飯酸酸地嘅陳醋味，又係一陣新鮮刺激。當然啦，點可以錯過招牌嘅片皮鴨呢？脆皮配上滿滿香味嘅鴨鬆生菜包，啖啖惹味，令人食指大動。而啲擔擔麵，就算唔係辣嘅人都會讚好，微微嘅麻辣感覺，正！要講下最後個甜品，味道、口感都正到彈晒，粒粒都係心思。總括嚟講，呢個地方嘅菜式質素一流，真係畀到我一個美味驚喜！有家庭氣氛，仲要啱晒同三五知己嚟添😄🍽️！下次記得要早啲嚟，唔想錯過任何一款美食。 continue reading

幸好在Open Rice 訂位，散叫有8折，否則用匯豐、中銀白金信用卡只有9折。套餐會提供8 5折給萬豪會員、機場員工和東涌居民。茶每位@$25，沒提供收費的餐前小碟👍在東涌地鐵站有酒店免費車到，但一小時一班。環境一般，枱與枱有距離，不算太多人，但侍應說平時較多人。套餐@$328 全包，但要2位起。我們只散叫了點心，上準高👍- 蝦腸 晶瑩通透，粉質佳- 魚湯鮮竹卷，有4條份量多，但魚湯味不濃- 杏圃芝士春卷，特別，鬆脆，芝士味濃，但感覺不到杏圃- 黑糖馬拉糕， 質地鬆化，不甜，好味- 陳皮牛肉蒸飯，陳皮味濃，米靚- 金銀蛋碎牛粥，非常大碗，料多 continue reading
