以為與黃竹坑的「玉」是同一店,專程去試。原來只是同名而沒關係,它是附屬於麗豪酒店的中菜廳。可能沒展覧時便不多客,整個午餐時段應不超過10枱。地方不錯,坐窗邊還有山有海,還看見飛機低飛往機場降落😆茶每位@$28, 餐前小吃是鹹蛋黃魚皮@$30, 非常美味。最欣賞它的套餐可以一位用,不似大部份酒店2位起。 另外用信用卡或Open Rice 訂位有85 折。叫了一位套位@$398 ,再自加三款點心已足夠二人吃。套餐份量十足,有冷盤也有三款點心,雖然每款只有一粒,但蟹肉炒新竹米粉分量足兩人吃,味道非常好,而羊扒亦有2件,不「穌」,最後還有甜品。加叫的響鈴卷肉脆腸粉,非常晶瑩脆口,值得推介,而胡椒餅和芋角,水準合格。 continue reading

難得今日去亞博館做嘢,去咗附近呢間比較新嘅酒店飲茶餐廳開12點,我哋12:30左右去到,可能係平日嘅關係,酒樓一個人都冇,我同朋友們包場。餐廳嘅裝修值得稱讚,望住藍天白雲食飯,不過冷氣就唔係好足夠茶嘅種類唔算多,壽眉、普洱呢啲都係有嘅,不過菊花就冇感覺上餐廳好似唔係好多侍應,可能因為太早嘅關係。叫咗幾個點心、一碟炒飯、一個咕嚕肉同埋芝麻卷。唯一要稱讚嘅就係個芝麻卷有芝麻味,唔算太甜。其餘嘅食物就好一般啦。個炒飯仲要有粒石仔喺OpenRice訂枱,有八五折,對比亞博館酒樓嘅話,算平啲。不過就唔會再過嚟試 continue reading

6月1日晚飯,兩個人叫咗:1. 花椒蔥油片皮炸子雞半隻(去骨) $288 - 可能因為要去骨,令到雞嘅熱度爭啲。食落感覺冇正常炸子雞咁香。2. 蔥燒胡椒蝦球煲 $368 - 冇乜胡椒味,蝦唔夠香口。除咗蝦之外只有洋蔥大蒜,好似我老婆咁唔食洋蔥大蒜就只可以食蝦。建議加返啲西蘭花,一方面好睇啲,另一方面都畀啲唔食蔥蒜嘅客有第啲嘢食吓。3. 例湯姬松茸煲唐排 $88 一位 - 夠熱,好味。湯裏面祇有一塊姬松茸,冇任何其他湯料。4. 白飯一碗 $205. 甜品泡沫蛋白杏仁茶 $72 - 夠熱,冇渣。6. 黑白芝麻卷 $68 - 傳統芝麻卷,上面審白芝麻。幾好。7. 蓮蓉壽桃 $19 - 呢個幾好。個包差唔多有正常叉燒包咁大,壽桃形狀幾靚。同埋叫一個都照蒸出嚟。8. 茶位兩位 $56,醬料 $30,餐前小食鹹蛋黃炸魚皮免費。總括嚟講地方好靚,招呼都好好。少少失望就係兩個主菜都唔係特別好。 continue reading

休閒的Staycation,總會留在酒店用餐,剛好這間中菜就在我們入住的樓層,環境雅致,就嘗試一下。個人比較鍾意食點心,對粉麵飯興趣不大,所以只叫了點心。1️⃣海藻金魚餃好精美😍賣相比想像中更有心思🫰🏻🫰🏻有得食有得玩,食得好開心🥰2️⃣蜜味叉燒酥酥皮好香牛油味,味道好好😋只係掛住玩個金魚餃,玩到個叉燒酥都凍晒😆食嘅時候覺得個酥皮比較厚身,但係係好食嘅😋😋3️⃣響鈴豚肉脆腸粉好多酒樓都用其他嘢代替油炸鬼,做一啲代替炸兩嘅點心,有啲用米紙,今次佢哋用「響鈴」,但唔係打邊爐用嘅響鈴,效果好好。加上腸粉相對薄身,餡料有蝦有肉,調味適宜,根本唔使點豉油都好夠味。4️⃣雲南玫瑰火腿餅呢個有驚喜,玫瑰香味適中,配鹹香嘅火腿,加上係用湯圓皮,焗到外脆內軟,輕輕帶少少煙韌,真係好好味😋😋😋P.S.茶葉不錯,好味😋叫了鐵觀音,呢個價位嘅中菜,唔會用水仙當鐵觀音啦。🤣🤣 continue reading
