幫朋友慶祝生日去咗KK地(kkdxy)見到有做推廣好似幾吸引,平均每人800多元,覺得應該唔錯,所以買咗劵。去到現場個門口好細,唔知有冇攞食牌或者酒牌,麻煩食環署查查。去到原來店舖很細,不是多人的問題,而是店細的問題,等了超過半小時才能夠進入。現場見到是開放廚房,可能他們想做到真正omakase格調,但是反而是似大排檔的廚房,顯得低俗,一點都不高級。見到都已經唔開胃,本身都諗住離開,不過買咗劵又冇得走。食物質素一般,環境一般,擺盤唔得,餐具完全不到層次,低價食物,扮作高級食物。但是扮得不夠認真,選材用得不好,甚至簡單碗碟都沒有認真深究。牛油果生的,沒有煮過一樣,很硬。大蝦,根本沒有膏,是後期加上的。甜品用的是平時是珍珠奶茶到爆珠,說成是份子料理,是騙小孩嗎?炒飯上面加一隻蝦,是茶餐廳的一般菜式,放在這個碗內,就扮高級了?和牛可能是真和牛,但級數一般,擺盤放一片樹葉到底是什麼玩法?
