有睇過下staycation package,首先一定要選擇零房價加lounge優惠。 holiday Inn永遠係首選,價錢勁超值,地點又方便,以酒店餐廳來說,質素不差,價錢又唔貴。前排幫家人訂左個staycation package ,順便我join佢地食左個飯,稍後可以寫多篇再分享個Offer係大家。 當晚有人帶咗紅酒,話要blind tasting ,佢話夾北京片皮鴨最好。 以一個不錯的價錢,吃到皮脆肉嫩的片皮鴨,不用兩吃已經覺得滿足。 最重要係喺呢個咁舒服嘅環境,同呢度附近另外一間好出名片皮鴨嘅店舖,價錢其實都唔係差好遠,咁喺呢度食就覺得物超所值。 紅燒花菇花膠鵝掌真係好得,似化骨綿掌一咬即溶,花膠大大塊,毫不留情,毫不手軟,大大力打落塊面度應該都會痛。 基本上係龍苑王牌產品,枝竹火腩紅炆龍躉翅煲,估唔到同紅酒都可以好夾,記得平時喺佐敦金山食龍躉翅,價錢都唔平,但呢到又係保持價廉物美,最正係嗰啲枝竹同火腩,入晒味,嗰晚出去講個電話,枝竹已經售罄。 辣子蝦球係我覺得最出色同有驚喜,愛辣嘅人一定會鍾意,你以為辣度係普通貨色,個辣味卻做得非常精準,蝦又大又爽牙,係你味蕾停留咗好耐,送飯一流。 四個人食飯的關係,始終唔可以叫太多餸,失去左中菜嘅意義,記得平時喺度食一圍,八個人以上食飯,食多好多野。 冇辦法,睇嚟呢個日子都會持續多一陣。 最美當然不能不點這裏的甜品,豆腐花係我每次鐘情的,朋友就反而愛蛋散,每次尾聲都係以呢兩個為終點。 冇辦法,呢度就係咁穩定,你一定不會失望,我唔夠膽學家燕姐話勁好食,但俾嘅錢,唔會你覺得唔值。 龍苑中菜廳尖沙咀彌敦道50號金域假日酒店低層1樓 continue reading

 自從限聚令下,已經有一段日子沒來龍苑了,雖然只可以4位相聚,但勉強將就將就。畢竟飯總要食,飯餐時段都有七八成客,場面都算可以。逆市中點都要花心思去推廣,近日就有一個好抵食套餐,有片皮鴨、點心拼盤、海皇豆腐羹、鴨崧炒飯、菜同甜品,折實不過$250/位(另加10%服務費及茶芥)今次就選了片皮鴨及幾款菜色試試。北京片皮鴨(兩至三位半隻/四至七位一隻)畢竟有限聚令,四個人只得半隻,要全隻上,恐怕又要過多一段日子。鴨子是即烤即片,侍應會在片鴨之前,詢問客人只要鴨皮抑或帶多少肉,非常窩心。餅皮當然是熱辣辣,而且層層間另有透氣紙相隔,絕不會黏在一起。用餅皮包起再加點京蔥及青瓜絲一齊食,滿有鴨香和嚼口,好味,只可惜兩食無得轉湯。辣子蝦球($328)辣度比預期勁,蝦球好爽彈,不帶絲毫化學成份,辣辣地真係好惹味。紅燒花菇花膠鵝掌煲($438)其實是一道老媽仍在生時最喜歡的一道菜,因為老人家愛濃味,而且鵝掌炆得夠稔,花膠筒滋補養顏,龍苑在傳統菜色上處理得有一手。支竹火腩紅炆龍躉翅煲($498)仍然記得上次係龍苑攪生日飯,其中一味就係炆班翅。須知道,用得炆班翅,點都要有咁上下體型,至少都大條過「條頭班」,龍躉皮先夠厚同起膠。而部位就會選擇魚鰭、魚鮫及划水位,其實自己最鍾意魚鮫位,因為肉質最嫩滑,加上吸收了燒肉的油香,更是人間美味,尤其是用來配杯啤酒,更是絕配。甜品當然是柚子脆麻花,即叫即炸,而且色澤金黃,入口酥化,澆上柚子蜜,味道更可口。 continue reading

食物味道:點了前菜兩碟,豬腳仔好味,胡麻茄子也可以。正期待下來的主菜,結果卻十分失望。百合鮮蝦仁一吃便知道是雪蝦仁,不過西芹和百合都炒得青脆。油泡班球完全沒有魚味,又「鞋」口,菠蘿咕嚕肉碎濕濕,不過最差都不是這些,是那碟野菌泡時蔬,野菌又乾又苦,完全食唔落口,仲問我們要唔要加餸,簡直想退返幾碟餸比佢哋。服務態度:不叫,不提點,沒有待應會幫忙倒熱水落teapot. 不叫,不提點,沒有侍應會協助更換碗碟。完全似茶記服務,但卻是高級食肆的收費。過了一天,餐廳仍未在open rice 系統確認我曾出席,致電給他們,只説他們辨不到,結果搞了一輪,先做到。這是第一次幫襯,亦絕對是最後一次。性價比十分十分十分低。 continue reading

前菜金黃魷魚鬚及鴨舌每款$168主菜是炆龍躉翅$498。魷魚鬚太濕,鴨舌是不完整而且是微波爐翻熱比絕味鴨舌49元12件完整鴨舌差天同地;龍躉翅水淋淋,肉質本身是不錯可是煮法比茶餐廳還差沒有鑊氣腩仔是濕,難以嚥下向服務員反映她說你下次叫廚房整乾啲,結果要加一個粉絲龍蝦煲,粉絲喊得太厲害,服務員說送甜品補數,那麼我說合桃糊吧她說不可以,只可送棗泥糕!我一直都是龍苑會員之前去不是這樣的,現在實在是太差勁,兩個人吃晚飯,如果龍躉翅好食就不用再加點粉絲龍蝦煲,四個菜都唔掂,反映了給廚房沒有歉意,食得好谷氣,甜品好似施捨咁 ,以後不會再去! continue reading

話說去Staycation, dining credit 仲有三百幾蚊。4點先Check out,食完早餐又唔係好餓,咁就去龍苑食個簡單Lunch. 果日朝早先訂位,都仲有位。2個食點左3款野食1. 蝦餃,皮薄餡靚,有大粒蝦。唔又蒸到軟淋淋,有水準的。2. 春風得意腸粉食過其他酒店或者酒樓都覺得好好食,咁就試下係度叫啦。入口,第一感覺好食,入面係好似炸羅漢齋咁。d油味重,個腸粉皮又唔好食,好厚又唔滑,感覺好粗糙。這個有點失望。3. 蒜香帶子蒸飯細細籠,2至3人食岩岩好。面頭有炸蒜有走過油既乾瑤柱,令成個飯清淡得來好香。飯底又唔會蒸到好濕,乾乾地,粒粒分明。帶子切細粒,唔會蒸過火,都好鮮甜。 continue reading
