之前經過每次都好想試,但沒有泊車位所以有試過。到最近終於有機會來,嚟完又嚟。小小館呢度地方似兩三間舖位大小,枱不多,很整潔,廁所也乾淨,上次我嚟只有兩枱食客,今晚人較多,都是知己聚會。一坐下來,侍應奉上萬同的茶,有人蔘烏龍、玫瑰普里、蕎麥茶,每人選自己喜歡的。我地看餐牌,點了幾款廚師推介菜式,反正每樣都想試,有咕嚕黑豚肉、竹笙卷、牛肋骨、水煮魚。樣樣菜式精緻好味,幾位朋友一致讚賞。大家都吃辣,特別喜歡水煮魚,魚肉很滑,味道濃,配飯一流。咕嚕黑豚肉來上來有拔絲,配火炙菠蘿,好夾。其他都好味,不過忘記拍照。開瓶費不貴,建議大家帶多兩支酒來伴美食。支持本地小店,日後也要多來。 continue reading

朋友介紹呢間私房菜,話喺佐敦有間叫小小館,同事餞行飯就試吓預約佢啦,特別問吓有冇夏天必食的冬瓜盅。原來可以預訂的,我哋就話幫我預訂一個。餞行朋友想食鱔,打去訂枱只係講出想食,店員便幫我地諗左炮製方法,非常貼心,對於我哋呢啲唔想用腦諗嘅人士省卻好多麻煩😆嚟到原來每人揀一個茶包飲茶的,一人一壺好特別,蕎麥桂花幾好飲,沖極都唔淡左味道。見到個黑板有是日孖寶,仲叫咗個清蒸東星班併招牌拔𢇁黑豚肉。總括嚟講呢餐晚飯非常唔錯,值得推介。 continue reading

係佐敦見到間私房菜食物既味道都可以但係有幾味刀工很厲害的菜色味道卻不是太合我口味.話梅涼瓜切得好似花型咁散開好靚食落爽口但酸酸苦苦的我可能不太習慣這個味道覺得一般.白玉葡萄又一款好靚既小食好似提子咁其實係冬瓜但係味道偏酸,個人不太喜歡乳鴿炸得比較燶鴿肉亦偏淡講真有少少失望.反而個椒盬豆腐好正外脆內軟外皮好香口豆腐好香滑大家食唔停口.日乾燒八頭南非鮑至於飽魚就正常水準不過不失但係照燒汁配落去又算創新既 continue reading

復活節假期前,同同事一起去咗小小館食晚餐。起初見間餐廳平平無奇,以為水準一般。一坐落,有待應招呼你飲咩茶,一人一茶壺幾特別,唔洗就人飲茶。上菜時間一般。但菜色好吸睛菠蘿拉絲,炸子雞同炒飯底鮑魚,好好味,特別炒飯底鮑魚,另一番風味。整體呢一餐,除坐位有點細之外,菜色都好有水準。好滿足的假期前哨戰。嘻嘻 continue reading

這一個位置無意中又發現轉了名,生意實在太難做,每一次經過都以為自己找錯地方,其實是改名轉老闆而已,反正未嚐過,所以安排了一餐認真地品嚐品嚐四小碟之中涼瓜比較有特色,但如果不吃涼瓜的朋友,就沒有必要特別試了,因為甘苦味保留得很完整以黑豚肉製作的咕嚕肉比較腍口,原來是這裡的招牌菜式花雕蛋白蒸蟹就吃得多,大蝦球就初次品嚐,比起吃蟹方便,以全蛋蒸只是看蛋面已經知道有多滑漏這個辣子雞比想像之中辣刺激的辣感是由雞肉內滲出,慢慢口舌呈現出火辣感覺,食後向師傅了解一下,原來雞肉是以幾款辣椒泡浸過才炸甜品有兩款,這個水中花非常精緻,味道也不會太甜,剛好調和之前菜式的味道 continue reading
